So it was a nice Friday evening and my friends and I were going to stop in the sand bar for a few drinks before we headed out for the night. We were also looking for a local hang out since we just moved to the area. Little did we know how unbelievably rude the staff was going to be towards us. My friend asked for the price of a long island and a margarita just to see which was a better deal. The dark-haired bartender proceeded to absolutely throw a fit and said "Are you serious? You're kidding me right? I don't have time for you to ask what everything costs" She then turned away and walked to the other side of the bar and waited on another customer. Pretty pathetic and sad. Might I add that the bar was not even that busy and there were no drink menus or specials anywhere in sight. The owners should probably look into hiring more professional staff that understand customer service as that type of attitude is NEVER acceptable. Her service ruined the entire place for us. The blonde bartender working that night was not any better. We left immediately and will never return. As locals, a bar full of rude employees is not the place for us :)

Creative and fun bar with a food stand in the front. They have a sand pit surrounding the bar with a small stage for music. The bar area is a very cozy and a nice area to chat it up with the locals or friends.

Interesting place. It seems there is a contingent of locals who like this place, but also a ton of tourists. It has the relaxed vibe you want in a beach town, but is nowhere near the beach. I came during happy hour and there were $2.25 (or similar) wells, so I grabbed some gin and tonics. They were poured well, the staff were friendly, and the clientele were varied but all friendly as well. There are games to play in the open (sand) area, bands from time-to-time, and a general atmosphere of fun and relaxation. It's not the kind of bar I would want to always go to, but I enjoyed it.

Went here with a few friends on a Saturday night. Pretty chill. Love the atmosphere. It was very laid back, the drinks were great and the bartenders were awesome. We went inside for a few then outside in the sand to watch the live band. Pretty cool place

Great place. Very chill beach vibe. They have great specials and bands. Love the crab dip and tuna dip. They have corn hole tournaments on Tuesday nights.

Food is decent and reasonably priced. I like the atmosphere and the live music is good. Service tends to be a bit slow so I wouldn't recommend it if you're in a rush, but definitely check it out for a few drinks & snacks.

Love the atmosphere with the bands, sand and good drinks! Tend to be a little pricey but, always have a good time! One of my favorites in fort Walton!

Didn't order any food but saw it was reasonably priced compared to other places around here. Atmosphere and drinks were 100% better then any place around. There was live music and our waitress was awesome and friendly!! They have a TON of different beers on tap!! Definitely would like to try the bacon wrapped scallops next time.

This place sucks. Its basically a poorly constructed tent with a shitty bar. Staff is rude and the clientele are assholes....stay away from this one!

Got pizza all the way really good if you like thin crust. This is a nice little dive bar. The bar area feels comfortable and the live music is decent. I recommend for your first night stop on by.

By the looks of the FRONT of this place along Miracle Strip Parkway I'd never guess there was a bad/restaurant behind the SNO-BALL stand. When we moved here during the winter it was closed and I wasn't about to venture into unknown territory. Fast forward, SPRING BREAK, season's open and now its time for everyone to open their doors for touristy money. My friend and I had our two little boys with us during a downtown fort walton beach exploring adventure and came across this place. They serve american food and its a full fledge bar. In the back is a huge sand area that I think is good for children but beware! They smoke back there. It has sand box toys and games scattered around, a stage for live music that the waitress told me usually plays around 7pm. It's an interesting setup, we sat outside just to avoid the smoke in the bar and the kitchen is in the building next door so I'm not sure if there's more table seating up there. When you're done with the food and playing, SNO-BALLS has a selection of snow cones and one special days they even have fro-yo in vanilla and chocolate. The waitress there was kind enough to help make my meal gluten free, a burger no bun haha and call my ticket the gluten chick. Definitely will come back for a date night.

Great selection of beers (60+ on tap downstairs) and average bar food. Don't come here to eat a world class meal but if you enjoy bar food and a great beer selection, come on down. Fast and courteous staff and nice location.

Not a bad place to stop by for a quick drink or dine. Live music, cheap meals and drinks. But after going here for the 5th time, shouldn't have to feel like a person going for the first time. The everyday regulars are given the best service. Plus the attention is focused on those, we have to flag someone every time we needed something and it wasn't packed like it's usually.
