First off, I drink a LOT of coffee. Specifically, I drink a LOT of Dunkin Donuts coffee, so I have been to more stores than anyone my age should have. This is the only location where I can get consistently non-sucky coffee at any hour of the day. In the mornings (anywhere between 7am-10am), this store will be packed, and you can expect at least 4-6 cars in the drive-thru. They have a cashier walking around getting your payment processed while you are in the drive-thru line though, so it actually goes incredibly fast. They're on top of the morning rush, without a doubt, and they've never messed up my order regardless of the 328 bazillion people also waiting. The overnight staff is composed of the nicest people I've ever met. They always chat with me and whoever I might have gotten to be my designated driver for the night (yes, this store is open 24 hours! hooray for cheap drunken drive-thru!). If you want something quick to eat (whether drunk or sober), or some coffee, I'd definitely recommend this Dunkin Donuts.

Consistently inconsistent would be the only way to describe this particular dunkin donuts. I was a regular at this one for almost a year and i've never had the same thing (mind you i get almost every single day around the same time) twice. My order is easy and it seems it's never been the same thing twice. I can't fathom how a donut place would be out of certain bagels, donuts, etc. I've moved on to the one on university and nova dr, I've been there three times and they already consider me to be a regular and know my order before i even say anything. AND their almost just as busy as this one. Good luck to whomever goes to this one.

This Dunkin is awesome! It has patio seating that is very reminiscent of a green house with glass ceilings and different plants around the patio and seats so cute. Oh and the guy at the drive thru is such a cutie not to mention super sweet, he gave me a complimentary double shot on my caramel almond iced coffee. Swag!

You've seen one Dunkin Donuts, I suppose you've seen them all. At this particular one, the service is way better in the afternoon to early evening. Some of the inside tables have their own tv screens and although this DD is located right off of I-595, the outdoor seating has a quaint mini waterfall feature along with some basic landscaping.

I absolutely can not stand this Dunkin Donuts. We live 2 minutes away, so it is very convenient, but 75% of the time they get our order wrong, the service is horrible, the product is not available, machines are out of service so you cannot get what you want or chocolate milk has gone bad & they still sell it to you past expiration dates! When we go in the afternoon & no one else is in line, they still make you pull around front to wait for your order! Even if it's just a drink. I now refuse to do so. They have given my order to others on numerous occasions too. They use to have someone outside during busy times expediting service, but now that's done. I've complained so many times about bad service & wrong orders & still nothing has changed. And the phone number listed has been disconnected! They don't even offer anything to make up for their offenses. When I can, I go to the DD on SR 84 & Pine Island - they are Excellent!!! We've even complained to corporate with no evidence of change. Very disappointed.

This particular Dunkin Donuts is awful. I went there on Labor Day and my Croissant Sandwich was cold and the bacon was underdone. The cheese wasn't even melted. I love Dunkin because the croissant sandwich always comes hot and crispy. Not to mention the staff was speaking loud and cursing left and right while I sat and dined with my young child. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

This is the WORST location I have EVER been too. The employees get my order wrong EVERY single time I go there. I ask for a bagel, they give me a donut. I ask for iced coffee, I get hot. Besides the fact that they get my order wrong every time, they are the rudest group of employees I've ever met. Really disappointed in the Dunkin Donut company for hiring such rude people.

Went to DD's on 4/29/15, at 6:02 worse experience ever. I asked for a butter pecan ice latte. The lady gave me a butter pecan ice coffee. I informed her, this is a butter pecan ice coffee. Not a latte. "I clearly know the difference" Omg, They're so slow. they made me the same exact ice coffee. Then told me "it needs a lot of sugar to taste like a latte, you also need to ask for wiping cream, we don't just put them on lattes". I said really that's the first.

Come on drive thru morning crew!!! Waited in line.. Placed my usual order. Tuna melt On a croissant..#14 So simple right? I get to the drive thru window and the girl says that will be $6.66. Wow really? Then she hands a bag and a coffee. What is this? It's your order. No, I didn't order a coffee. At this point I'm waiting 15 mins. The girl asks me "did you place your order?" Ummmm yeah... it was a male who took my order. Wth I don't have time for this. I say look I'll come inside. I go inside place my order and they never ask me what I want to drink. Why have a "combo" if it doesn't come with any drink?!? THEN IM LEAVING AND THERE ARE FLIES FLYING ALL AROUND. One landed on my arm. Gross!!

Went through the drive through at this DD this week on the way to work. I usually go to the store on Davie Road, but was out west this day. I waited about 3 cars to place my order, and was back on the road in about 4 minutes. My iced decaf coffee was just as I ordered it. Quick service, and got what I ordered. It was a good start to my day.

I go here often because of the location and the speed of the drive-thru but the lack of consistency with the food and drinks makes it not worth the convenience anymore. Today ordered 2 #16 combos, one with an iced coffee and the other with a coolata and the difference in the two sandwiches was ridiculous. On one the chicken was normal size, and the other was miniature. Needless to say, 14 dollars later, one of my kids was not happy.

Overall: As a Dunkin Donuts, this specific location is very good. I have always seen myself as a Starbucks kind of guy, but this location is very good, and the staff is very friendly. Service: The staff is well-trained and friendly and the manager (who I think is the manager) is very approachable and friendly as well. Studying Here: The location is very quiet and has plenty of tables and space to layout some books or a laptop/tablet. So for studying this place is pretty good. Food, silence, and well-located, so if you're in the area try them out.

This DD has by far the longest and slowest drive thru. And then when you ask for their doughnut availability, they're all sold out of a particular variety and it's not even noon. Go the DD on Flamingo north of Sheridan. They're better stocked.

I come to this Dunkin Donuts quite often, I'd say at least 2-3 times a week. Unfortunately their service leaves much to be desired. I always get the same exact thing which consists of a small iced coffee with cream and 3 Splenda and a plain bagel with bacon and cheese. Pretty simple right? Well apparently that is an extremely difficult order for this location. Nine times out of ten I've ended up with cream cheese and bacon (gross!), egg and bacon, wheat bagel instead of plain, and many other combinations besides the one I ordered. Bottom line is check your food before leaving!!!
