I particularly like this Dairy Queen because of its large outdoor patio. Whether I order a hot dog for lunch, a sundae or a blizzard, I enjoy sitting here in the shade. This DQ has some great lunch deals. Hot dog and a soda for $2.99. Chili cheese hot dog, chips, drink and a sundae for $5. The hot dogs always seem to be fresh, and the staff has always been friendly and efficient. I also love that I can get an Orange Julius here!

I get Blizzards mostly and just realized they have Never served it to me turned upside down or it's Free. My items are good, but this trick to show us is how thick the Blizzard is. Hmmm. It IS NOT cheap to eat here at all! So next time I go I will have this in the back of my mind. Please stop being cheap with the ingredients put in the Buster Bars. I have bought a few boxes and some were missing fudge in them. These are made fresh in store. A box IS a bit over $8.00! Only 6 in a box. So with all these things in mind I am taking away a star. I must go to another DQ and see how they are.

It is extremely rare that I ever write up a business for 1 star, but everything was so bad and I wish I was able to get my money back..I came here with the intentions of wanting to get a $5 bacon cheeseburger lunch box combo (well that's only from 11-4, something that the commercials fail to mention making it seem like it's all day long) they told me this place doesnt offer full memu so all they had were hot dogs...I had to settle for their "oversized" all beef hot dog. I love beef hot dogs so that's the only thing worth giving 3 stars but it wasn't over sized and I also got a mini blizzard but it was the NASTIEST ice cream that I threw it out when I walked out the store and three scoops, it was horrible. Not coming here again, rather just go to a nearby yogurt place to satisfy sweet tooth. Service was very lackluster..no smiles or thank you or helll..just teenage high schoolers tired or bored to be there.

After trying to go to a trendier ice cream place the line was too long and we left, and my boyfriend asked "is there a Dairy Queen near here". I pulled out my Yelp app and found one less than two miles away. It was later on a Sunday night, and as we pulled into the parking lot I got excited. This Dairy Queen is so cute! The building looks kind of like a barn and definitely has a more vintage feel than other Dairy Queens I have visited. There is a patio outside where you can sit which also has an order window. The window was closed this particular night (it was a little chilly) so we went inside and ordered. I got a little overexcited when I saw that they had Orange Julius as well and ordered one of those. I also ordered a small vanilla cone with chocolate dip. I'll get the bad part over first. The Orange Julius was gross. I hadn't had one in probably 15 years, and it was just not what I remembered. I remembered more of a creamy orange flavor but this had a lot of tartness and orange juice flavor to it. Perhaps I am just remembering them incorrectly, or maybe they've tried to make them healthier and taken some sugar out, but anyway I won't blame Dairy Queen for the Orange Julius issue, and moved on to my ice cream cone. The cone was yummy, and the girls behind the counter were definitely professionals as it looked very pretty and was perfectly encased in a hard chocolate shell. My boyfriend ordered a banana split, which was expectedly delicious...and huge. We spent about $15, so prices at Dairy Queen have gone up since I was last there, but I also think a big part of the price was my misguided Orange Julius decision. We both loved our ice creams and the nostalgia of going to an ice cream shop with a window and eating at the picnic tables on the patio made it a four star experience for me.

Free ice come day. They ran out of small cones but had medium cones and small cups still but they refused to honor their deal. It was ridiculous how many people were waiting for ice cream and they turned them all away

This is the DQ that is close to me. They have good outside seating, small inside no seating. On Mondays they have buy 1 blizzard get one free and specials on other nights. Every time I have gone to this DQ it is always a wait with the line sometimes out the door.

This is one of those Dairy Queen locations where they serve "food" as well - not that I've ever come here for anything other than ice cream, but I guess it's nice to have the option. This Dairy Queen is open later - but they close up the inside and have a window on the porch open instead. They use real Oreos, which is a plus. You can't really go wrong here. A-OK.

For a dairy queen, this really is as good as it gets. I was craving a blizzard a few days back, with Oreos of course, and thanks to Yelp I ended up here. The parking is ample, and the stule of the building reminds me of a midwest small barn, with a few outside seats, and a poarch. An odd visual image, but I posted a picture as well. The other review is correct. The service and prepration is at a snail's pace. BUT, I was here for an ice cream on a calm relaxing evening so I was in no hurry at all. Thus I am not counting that against the place. What mattered most to me, is that the blizzard was exactly as I imagined it. That alone is worth the five star review. I could not have been happierr.

A DQ is a DQ in my opinion, but this place moves at a snails' pace. Don't go here if you're in need for a quick pick up and go... My blizzard was already melted by the time my buddies got theirs.
