Chinese Cuisine
The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.
Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.
There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.

Delicious! For less than $7 a big plate of Kung pao with rice, egg roll , and cheese wonton. Kung pao was perfect--spicy, just the right saltiness, and not sweet. Yum!

Fu Shing has been my go to Chinese restaurant since I went to Northglenn High School in 2001. This little family owned place is really wonderful. The food is great and they have really large portions and great lunch specials. My favorite is the Mongolian Beef! It's sweet and spicy :) Don't let the building fool you, it's a little older, but you will get great service and great food. Check it out!

The decor is dated and it seem a little dirty. They informed me that they could not take coupon off the phone, lame. I stayed anyway and got the lunch special anyway. I ordered the sesame chicken, which was kind of bland. The fried rice was boring. All in all I would not recommend dining here.

I've eaten here for 12 years! This place is the best Chinese restaurant in all of Colorado. The owners are super friendly & sweet! The food is very flavorful, inexpensive, and you get large portions. There isn't a single dish that I don't enjoy here. They have delivery & take-out. The place is small & the building is older, but the food & service are superb. Highly recommended!! Fu Shing means "God Bless".

This place has some good basic Chinese food. Nothing spectacular about it but it is inexpensive and hits the spot. Especially that it is 2 minutes from my house and they deliver. The egg rolls are bomb!!!

Best Chinese food around the Northglenn area! Great service! Very nice people!!! We went there one evening at the last minute and we never regretted it! When we can't get out to go to the restaurant, we have their food delivered to our house!

I was very excited to try this place based on other reviews. Bad idea. Worst Chinese I've ever had. No vegetables in the vegetable lo Mein made with angel hair pasta, not lo Mein noodles. Fried dumplings were deep fried and more like wontons. All the food tasted slightly off so we tossed it. I will never go back.

Hiding in the corner of a abondon strip mall lies a gem. They make beautiful dishes that have great flavor. The sesame chicken is my favorite!

Lived in the neighborhood for years but never stopped in because there is never any business at this restaurant. Finally stopped tonight, a Fri. night and at 5:30PM the place is deserted. Even though I read the other review regarding the angel hair pasta noodles in the Lo Mein I thought maybe that was just a fluke. This mixed Lo Mein was the worst I have ever had and it did come with angel hair pasta noodles. No taste, no Lo Mein noodles!! I will have to say the chicken and pork in the entree were more than adequate but I will not be going back. There is a reason why there are never any customer's at this restaurant.

Why doesn't anyone eat here? The food is very good and the portions are good. I don't think you can get frozen Chinese food for this price -$9.78. They have about 20 items on the menu that come with soup and fried rice for $8.99. The hot and sour soup was very good. The only thing that was not really good was the crab Rangoon. It was over cooked and probably pre-prepared. I could hear the rest of the meal being prepared. There was no waiting and until I was served, no one else here. The waitress was a very attentive grandma.
