Honestly, the nicest Starbucks employees ever. Thanks for great service!

This is a good one - extra star beyond average for helpful staff on how to park for the day and get on the bike path AND good bathrooms - large enough to slip on your biking shorts. Clean! The coffee? Coffee is about what you expect from a Starbucks.

I love this little hidden starbucks! It's my goto coffee place heading home from skiing, each morning that we are camping on the res, or any other time we are in the area hiking etc. The staff is very friendly , quick whited and move the line along nicely! I hate to let the cat out of the bag, but it's a nice starbucks!

As a loyal Starbucks fan, I'm a gold card member, I don't want to write a negative review but I must say I am NOT a fan of this particular store. I have yet to have an even slightly positive experience at this location. The partners seemed genuinely unhappy and unwilling to provide pleasant customer service. Even when I am the only person in line the partners seem very put out to take my order or make my drink, sometimes not even positive to say hello or interrupt the conversation they're having amongst themselves. Quite disappointed with this location I will not be coming back. There is a Starbucks location inside the Safeway less than a block away and that will be my store of choice in the future.

Yes, I don't usually review Starbucks because there are so many and I have better things to do than write reviews for well known chain establishments. But this location was a bit different. Quiet enough to get some work done with internet fast enough to actually do it. It's also away from the 100 degree weather in Denver, so that is always a plus. Perfect for work, training my guide dog puppy with people distractions and having an ice tea without boiling in 100 degree weather. Now back to hating on chain establishments.

Very cute little location and I have finally figured out how to get into their parking lot! Easy stop on the way to Breck and you don't have to fight to get back into traffic like the Starbucks on the 70.

Sure, it's a Starbucks but it was quiet and service was good and quick. Plus, I got my annual PSL which was delicious.

Really... how hard is it to get your customers order right, especially when I'm the only one at the counter. White chocolate mocha no whip means, "I do not want whip!!"

Out of the way and cozy but a great spot to get some quick work done, hang with the locals and get that consistent experience.

I always try to go into a local coffee shop over Starbucks, but when I'm in Frisco I go here. The barista girl with brown hair that's there a lot is always very welcoming and genuinely interested in having conversations with you, she's awesome!! Also, the tall guy that manages to pull off a mustache is super nice and those two make a great team and will send you out with a smile and good coffee. As with any place, just be nice to them and people will usually be nice to you:) It takes two.

Hands down the best service I have ever had at Starbucks! The staff is very friendly and competent, not to mention extremely fast! During my first visit some customers were being extremely rude to the girl calling names to pick up orders when they were ready, harping on her for not being loud enough. There were at least 30 people in this tiny place at the time and it was evident she was doing her best. The girl remained so pleasant and didn't lose her cool. Impressive. It's good to remember when thousands of tourists come to a town populated by only hundreds, staff could easily get easily overwhelmed and we should do our part to stay calm, especially over something so trivial as name calling volume.

I just love this little town! I was on a mission to find a collectible Colorado coffee mug and this was like my 3rd Starbucks stop of the weekend. The barista was super friendly while telling me that they were out of stock. This location was clean, not too crowded and people here are really friendly!

Tim is the man, always smiling and has something funny to say! Rad dude and very pleasant, he also makes a mean Soy Latte! If you're looking for fast friendly service in frisco, this is the place. Never had a bad drink here!

I've always treasured visits to this Starbucks location and associate it with fun comings and goings having to do with visits to Summit County. It has been a tradition to stop there for a caffeine fix to fuel us for the ride back to the lower elevations after a day of on-mountain fun. It is kind of tucked away from the road, and that seems to keep the line shorter, except during the most peak hours. There is a bit of seating indoors, but it's definitely a smaller Starbucks. Restrooms are clean and easily accessible. Employees are customer-focused and on the ready to assist and make a mean latte or pour a righteous cup of coffee, or share with you their favorite run at Breck. I definitely will keep this 'Bucks outpost on my list of around-the-country Starbucks locations on record.

On our way to Aspen two coffee junkies needed a pit stop. Starbucks is always the stop when on a road trip and the coffee junkies need fuel, no exceptions. This Starbucks had a large line but it moved quickly and efficiently. A moderate sized indoor seating area with comfortable chairs and a plethora of outlets for those of us with electronic devices that loose charge just by being in your pocket. Clean bathrooms is always a must and the ones here were clean and busy with the rest of the families wanting to make the drive to see the changing leaves of Aspens. I'm always a fan of a Starbucks and this is another one I'm adding to my list.

I never thought I'd write a review for Starbucks coz I usually grab my drink and go and never really care about anything .. But I have to write about this store in Frisco .. Starbucks is supposed to be known for its exceptional customer service .. Everyone at the cashier were really friendly except for this one girl who was making coffee .. Her name is Sabrina .. I requested her to warm up the banana walnut bread coz I like it that way , she was rude and asked me to go back and stand in the line for that instead of politely taking it from me .. The store was OK busy not super busy .. They were 3 others girls helping.. I really don't like any store who have rude ppl as that can give anyone an unpleasant experience .. Sorry but I had to write this review , when some one is giving business -BE NICE !
