I love their new digital menu. Very informative and the HD animations look mouth-watering. Too bad what you get in your basket looks nothing like the picture. That's if they get your order right. This store is a free-for-all folks! The end of civilization as we know it. It is dirty and the guest service is non-existent. I've seen middle eastern customers come in and eat with their dog. Native american males removing their shirts and eating topless in the dining area. No supervision whatsoever. Management is too scared/lazy to uphold standards. What a waste. No thank you!

I usually LOVE this place, I still do!! But I was just there and payed almost $6 for my lunch, rip 'n' chicken. I opened it and it was one piece of chicken and a small handful of fries. Which is plenty for me but not near worth $6 :/ other than that, I LOVE THIS PLACE. it's by far the best fast food place.

Last week was the LAST time I will go there. We ordered the catfish dinner, which cost $7.00, and it is a huge ripe-off. The dinner includes one small side, a biscuit, and two VERY SMALL pieces of catfish. I did go back thru the drive thru and asked if I could purchase more catfish and was told - No, we can't do that - instead she gave me a box of popcorn shrimp. Be sure to check your order before you walk out the door.

Sat at the box for 10 minutes, now at the window for 20 with people waiting 20 minutes in the parking lot. You need more people working, especially after a game night. Get your shit together. Kudos to the poor guys stuck here

I absolutely love Popeyes BUT if the particular store didn't fuck up the order EVERY time they would have less waste AND more satisfied customers.

We ate there yesterday and when we walked in there was only like 3 people in front of us. We places our order and then moved to the side to wait for our food. We got our drinks and I told my husband I would go get a table while he waited for our food. As I looked around there was not a single clean table in the whole place. I put my drink and napkins on a table and walked up to the cashier and told him that all the tables are dirty and they need to be cleaned, that I can't even sit at a clean table and he handed me a wash rag so I could clean it myself. So I did. Once my husband brought our food to our table it was missing food, so I went up and tried getting a girls attention 3 times and after that I got frustrated and finally said "Hello" and she still ignored me but a different girl turned around and asked if I needed something. I told her that what we ordered we didn't get all of it. So she gave me what we were missing and tuned around. I waited again and told her that all the tables in the dining room were still filthy and need to be cleaned. People were walking out instead of eating in there because it was so dirty. She just said ok. My husband and I sat and ate our food and watched until and young girl came out almost 29 minutes later (she was going blonde hair looked to be possibly early stages of pregnancy) not sure though. But she finally wiped the tables off and was laughing. I have never walked into a McDonald's and seen it look that bad. This was horrible. While we were there and I was complaining there was two other ladies complaining also. This store needs someone to take control and manage this situation.

I started going to Popeyes as a teenager so I have a soft spot for them. I live in FoCo and have been coming to this location for over a decade. In the last year restaurant has gone downhill: 1) bathrooms and eating area often dirty 2) chix often overcooked 3) sides are served in Styrofoam containers and aren't filled to top anymore I hope they turn it around or I will start driving by and not stopping

I really enjoy the red beans and rice and the food. The problem is there is so little it that when you leave you are still hungry. This is not good considering how much it costs. I was here before and had a leg and wing that had virtually no meat. Had not been back since. Thought I would try it one last time and had the chicken strips and they were so small I was shocked. The three would be about the same as 1.5 in most any other place I would order them. The side portion of the red beans and rice was also small. Popeye's will not be getting my business in the future. Sad that they their portions are so bad.

If you plan on dining in between May and September, bring a jacket. The air conditioning is always unnecessarily blasting frigid air. The manager has a bad habit of putting the English challenged kid at the register and then usually tries obnoxiously to blame the botched order on you when it comes out wrong.

While I love their chicken and the food has been good the service leaves much to be desired. I usually get take out and quite frequently they mess up. One time they substitued 3 wings to substitute for 2 breasts in a 24 piece order. When I got home and discovered this they said "but you got 25 pieces of chicken." After some discussion about the value of those pieces they said I could have two free breasts with my next order. I only order the spicey chicken and many times I find the regular chicken mixed in. I now try to watch as they put it in the box that they are only taking it from the spicey rack.

First of all, this place is simply fast food fried chicken. Don't go here with the expectations of anything different. Some co-workers of mine hype this place up, and I really don't understand why. We timed it just right to get chicken that was freshly cooked, and it tasted good. Average, but good. The biscuits here tasted really good, in fact, I would say it was the best part of the meal. I had the mashed potatoes and gravy with my meal, and the gravy had pieces of meat in it (which was OK) and something green. I'm hoping it was a pepper. Anyhow, I wasn't too impressed with the chunky gravy. My wife had spicy fries with her meal. Had they not have been an hour old, they probably would have tasted awesome. I must say it was nice to go to a restaurant that has sweet tea. Not too many places do around here. One other compliment I must give this restaurant is that they have padded chairs for extra comfort. That is something unusual in a fast food environment. Overall, it was simply just an average fried chicken restaurant with average tasting food.
