5 star burgers, fries and shakes! 2 star wait in lines.... So-cal classic

Don't be intimidated by the long wait! It's worth it! And honestly, it doesn't take thaaat long. Burger: I always get my peppers chopped inside and extra veggies (no extra cost). I used to get my bun toasted as well. I'm not a fan of onions of any sort, so I don't get any. But you could get regular or gilled onions depending on your liking. Fries: I LOVE THEIR FRIES!!! Get them WELL DONE! If you like your fries to be crispy, you will never go back to regular. Well it's still delicious regularly...but well done! that's just a whole new level of greatness. Eat them with spread too (I like to tell them i want spread when I'm ordering, just to make things easier for them). Again, I don't get animal style because it costs more and, more importantly, because it has onions haha but each his own.

I had never been to one of these but my wife had and she wanted to take me here and share the wonderful experience with me. This place has no dining room just a window that you walk up to and order. There were a few picnic tables outside to eat at but their main service was the double drive thru that had cars stacked all the way to the street and down the street as well, this line of business was busy the entire time we were there eating. We got a couple of burger's and fries both which were 'animal style' which means Melted Cheese, Secret Spread, & Grilled Onions piled high on your Fries This was an excellent experience

A fan of In-N-Out? Always! A fan of THIS particular In-N-Out, Yup! What always surprises me (but shouldn't anymore) about In-N-Out is that no matter which location you go to, you're almost guaranteed the same quality and friendly service that you got at another In-N-Out. The employee taking my order saw that I had a toddler in my arms and immediately gave her stickers, before even asking me what I wanted to order. This kept my child happy and occupied which let me order effortlessly (and ended up keeping me happy as well). When I returned to pick up my order, he offered some more stickers saying "I'm sure she used up the other ones, would you like some more?" Guess what, she DID use up the previous stickers and she DID want more! The stickers and french fries kept my toddler happy while the tasty food and happy child allowed my wife and I to enjoy our burgers. Thanks In-N-Out!

Best burgers and fries hands down. My fiancé and I come here often, we haven't been disappointed. Only one con long wait time drive thru and at window. Hope in the near future they expand this location.

I love in n out. Who doesn't? I come here often. My roommate eats this everyday of his life and I had to find out why.

  • Lydia V.

By far one of my worst experiences at in n out. We ordered 5 burgers all together. We ended up home with only 4. They left a burger behind. Thanks! My burger was wrong too. They forgot the pickles and cheese. Thanks again. Lastly the fries were horrible. Soggy beyond soggy. It seems like they just sat in oil. Gross. Will be staying away from this location since they can't seem to get it together

  • Zach R.

At this location, they just DO NOT understand my simple order: "animal fries, cooked light, with no onions." I have to break it down to the person taking my order, then I get to the window and they say, "animal fries with light grilled onions, right?" I carefully explain it again, yet I still receive regularly cooked animal fries with obvious evidence that the onions have been picked off. This happens EVERY TIME. I wish there was a closer In-N-Out, because these folks can't figure it out.

TERRIBLE!!!! I went to this location today for lunch because it's close to work, i'll never eat at this In-n-Out location again. Burger was cold ,fries were soggy & the bag they gave me the food in look like they got it of the the trash, there was spread and ketchup all over my bag. I love in-n-out but not this location, looks like I'll make the trip to the LaVerne or Chino Hills location from now on

This in and out ruined burgers for me for a while. Their food was over cooked and made my husband and I queasy for the rest of the day. This also ISN'T THE FIRST TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED TO US. Love in and out, but don't go to this location. Drive down the street towards Rancho and get a burger there instead!

  • Patrice D.

This was set up without an indoor seating area, only walk-up and drive-through (and maybe drive-in?), which on all other days might have been nice, but not on a cold night when I went. Brrrrrr. I had previously ordered our food dine-in, but after about 5-10 minutes of standing in the cold (granted, I was wearing shorts; I am always/usually inappropriately dressed for the weather), I asked the cashier to have our food to-go. When I used to eat meat, I was a huge fan of In N Out because, come on, In N Out. But these days all I can get here is a grilled cheese (which is fine; they make a mean grilled cheese), but kind of boring. I'd much prefer going to a Thai place instead and getting something more nutritious, haha. BUT, we went here as a treat for my brother, who moved to Seattle last June and was visiting for the weekend. He had missed In N Out and also wanted to get a paper hat. While we waited for our food, my brother put on his paper hat and began to take selfies. An employee walking by kind of made fun of him. HAH. Selfies in public? Not for me. Food was good, as always. I scarfed down my grilled cheese animal style and my fries animal style. Noms. I did have to go to the gym the next day to burn off all those calories.

I'm so pissed right now when I come to a restaurant I don't expect to have a argument I'm tired of being treated disrespectfully I got to the left drive thru the guy w the glasses said were closed my iPhone says 1259 I pull up to the window and was basically ignored for another 2 minutes glasses opened the window and argued w me were closed I was irate I was at the ordered at 1259 he has no right to argue w me there was a car on the other window he could have handled it way better just cause it's near closing time gives him no right to close early and argue w me when someone's on the other window I feel disrespected read this review people it's the gods honest truth

While I love in and out just as much as any other proud born and raised NATIVE Californian, this is by far my least favorite location. It always seems that we are at the window waiting for our food a lot longer than other locations, and for some reason the fries here are always terrible- either too soft or two crunchy no other in and out has this problem.

    (3)
  • Marilou H.

Be patient and prepared for long lines at the drive thru---it'll be worth it! Protein style double cheese burgers with grilled onions are my fave! Their animal style fries are awesome too!

    (5)
  • Lori R.

I honestly hate the setup at this place. It has only outdoor seating, the drive through has two lanes and is unpredictable with wait times (been sitting here for almost fifteen minutes already) and it's packed almost always. It's the closest location within files though. The food is still good, it's just such a crappy setup that I hate it.

    (2)
  • Jared O.

Love In-N-Out and have no complaints about the food. What I can't stand is the drive through set up. The line ALWAYS takes forever, and I can't stand when they have an employee taking orders car side because then it seems to take even longer. They definitely need to consider remodeling this location and losing the two drive through lanes.

    (2)
  • Danielle H.

It's In-N-Out!!! If you haven't tried it you're crazy!!! Southern California's burger staple for decades! This location in particular is great, we live close by and walk over a few times a month. We have never had any issues and the staff is always friendly. We have never waited longer than normal in the drive-thru. Love In-N-Out!!!

    (4)
  • Ruben H.

I have been to various in n outs. This store is by far the slowest. They need to be retrained asap. Food is the same quality as others

    (1)
  • Robert G.

No need to explain .if u live on soCal u already know . If not you better ask somebody! ! FRESH taste FRESH burger .. great for after medicating (-_-)

    (5)
  • Christopher S.

Contrary to popular belief, all in-n-out burgers are not created equal. This one is still great, but is not as good as the location in Rancho Cucamonga. The quality is inconsistent, especially when it comes to customer service and making an order of fries light. Sometimes the workers are rude, sometimes they aren't. In any case, it is still good and worth it if you are in the area.

    (4)
  • Natalie A.

I always hear from people how awesome In and Out is. I ordered 3 orders of fries, 2 double cheeseburgers, and a cheeseburger for my family. They did not give me one of the double cheeseburgers or fries. The fries were underdone and the meat was dried out as if it was sitting out all day long. I would rather go to McDonalds than this place any day.

    (1)
  • Gabriel T.

Great in n out, but just like any other it can get really packed around lunch and dinner time. Still, great food and great service. Love it.

    (5)
  • Vishal S.

Surprisingly good burgers ! The guys I am currently working with raved about this place so I had to try it. The service was top notch, fast and above all great tasting. I did not realize this was such a big deal here in CA....yum.

    (5)
  • Stephen H.

Food always good... So is the service... The price has gone up again unfortunately...$7.13 for a number 1 combo... This is my last stop here for a while... If I am going to pay this much I'm going to The Habit in Upland...

    (4)
  • Kay K.

They served me old burnt fries they tried to hide under a pile of cheese. It was disgusting and I had to throw it out. Had it not been to go I would have taken it back but I was just passing through. Clearly malicious and so disgusting that anyone would serve someone this. Picture included.

    (1)
  • Claire P.

I love in n out but lately I've been avoiding this one because the line takes forever whether I'm going through the drive thru or walking up to order and they seem to always get my order wrong

    (3)
  • Laura B.

I've been to many an In N Out in my time, with many different people, some very special, and I know that when I want faster service I go through the drive thru. Here, that's not the case. Two drive thru lines and I could have gone to a grocery store and home and cooked my own burgers! This proves efficiency is not universal to all In N Outs.

    (3)
  • Abdullah A.

This branch is totally different. I tried other ones and they serve much better burger that this.

    (3)
  • Robert J. C.

Just got done eating here. As always, awesome food but at this in n out, they really stepped it up. When the drive thru customers were taken care of, the employee that was walking the drive thru line asked the dine in customers if they needed any refills. WOW! That's aces in my book. Awesome work in n out upland!

    (5)
  • Clinton S.

What In N Out isn't busy? Usually moves quick and always made to order with friendly staff

    (5)
  • Kandy D.

What happened to your shakes? Ordered one last night it was not cold at all this has happened several times now. I thought ice cream was cold!!

    (3)
  • Anthony B.

I'd have to say this is one of the few In-n-Out's I've been to that are fairly easy to get food at. Usually have ginormous lines of wait to go through but here it seems very manageable. Great food, sucky parking/location as is notorious with most In-N-Outs but like moths to a flames, we can't resist coming back.

    (4)
  • Carlos J.

Well it's In-N-Out. I got nothing much to say. i always come eat here because they make my order, however big it is, ready in less than 6 mins which it pretty good considering other In-N-Outs

    (5)
  • L Z.

Great food long lines always and no indoor seating. The last time I was their a young guy tried to keep my In-N-Out gift card with with about ten bucks on it still. It seemed intentional, not cool . I expect expert service no stealing at In-N-Out

    (3)
  • Mykel L.

Best burgers in Upland. Good service and the food tastes as good as the advertisements make it out to be.

    (5)
  • Katherine M.

Only bad In n Out I've ever been to!!! I have to say something because it's just not improving!! I have no idea why this In n Out can't figure this out. I have eaten at dozens of In n Outs all over the state, and they are ALL much better! Unfortunately this one is, by far, the closest to my house. In order to have a toasted bun, that is not soggy, you have to request extra toasted, and (as is sometimes obvious) they often seem to feel irritated at this request, and will burn the buns. The lettuce is almost never fresh, and has to be picked off. The fries are undercooked, and if you ask for well done, they will sometimes burn those too!!! Are they trying to rush through orders? News flash... You're working anyway, so just do it right!! The staff is usually nice, except for the eye rolls when you order something that requires extra time. Every other In n Out does it better... Maybe these guys need to go in for a burger school review course!!

    (2)
  • Josephine H.

This In-N-Out isn't like most of them. They don't have an indoor dining area or an indoor anything! But that doesn't matter when you have quality burgers and fries! You can order at the counter or in your car through drive thru. I'd much prefer doing drive thru here because it's more convenient with their set up. There are two lanes and split down the middle when you reach the hut! So if you're traveling alone, I suggest you stay to the right lane because you don't want to have to strain yourself while paying or taking the risk of dropping your precious burger! But if you're lucky enough to have someone sitting on the passenger side seat, take the left lane. From experience, it's always been the faster and shorter lane! But like any In-N-Out, I usually order a cheesebuger with grilled onions and a side of fries. I find adding salt and pepper to the fries really make a difference sometimes! 4 stars for not being my favorite In-N-Out but still having that great tasting quality!

    (4)
  • Sara W.

Great food & quality. But they need to get their protein style right. The last 3 times I have come to this location, they have given me a regular burger instead of a protein burger.. Lettuce instead of buns.

    (3)
  • Annmarie M.

OK, this was the BEST In n Out burger I have ever had. Yes, its laid out strangely, and the line was slow, but man was it ever worth it. My burger was sooo fresh, juicy as anything, and HOT... as in steaming, smoking HOT. LOVED it!! We just happened to be there as my kid had a game in Upland, this is not my local In n Out, wish it was.

    (5)
  • Kayla P.

This INO had the most awkward drive thru...The cashier is on your passenger side if you drive up on their left drive through option, and they don't have anyone outside to hand you the bags so you have to lean over your passenger seat to get your food.....what??

    (3)
  • Cynthia Y.

Great food but some of these employees come off as if its hard for them to be nice at their jobs especially if u ask for ketchup or something extra..

    (4)
  • Danmo H.

Never a bad meal, ever! This location is purely outdoor seating near the cars, so if you don't enjoy a side of exhaust with your meal, take it to go.

    (5)
  • Katie P.

It's regular in and out. Not particularly speedy. In a grosser part of Upland. No indoor seating.

    (4)
  • Eric W.

What else can be said about an In n Out that hasn't already been said. Always a consistently good burger no matter the location. This one only has outdoor seating. Every time I'm back in Cali I have at least one if not two visits while in town. I've been eating these for over 30yrs and I'll never stop coming!

    (5)
  • Dennis K.

I've been coming here since I was a young teen. The place is always packed with customers. I've never had a bad experience at this location. The food quality is excellent for fast food. The always fresh beef, buns and produce just can't be beat by the other fast food chains in this city. Great shakes made with real, rich, creamy ice cream, too. If you've never been, don't wait any longer. The best SoCal style burger available. Secret menu items, too. I've been to other In-N-Out Burger stores, and this one is still the best. The staff has always been super friendly, accurate, honest and nice.

    (5)
  • Salma L.

one of the better in-n-out's out there, just not the best lol. always super busy here so wait times are longer than usual. however, the great customer service and amazing food make up for it. like most in-n-out's the burgers and fries are off the chain and they definitely make us Californians proud. nothing like it and it is definitely worth the wait. great quality a super affordable price. my favorite is the 3x3, which is three juicy patties and three pieces of melted, tasty American cheese on a delicious buns and all the other good stuff. accompanied by cheese fries which are exactly what they sound like and a strawberry shake. I do recommend maybe asking for water if you get a shake because it's a little difficult to get down all the food with a thick shake. also, if you know of the secret menu, try it out!

    (5)
  • Brian B.

Everything I expect In N Out to be. Comes a day after eating at 5 Guys, I have determined there is nothing better than In N Out. The trip to 5 Guys was not my idea, in fact I had no choice in the matter.

    (5)
  • Pam A.

Skip this in and out. I am in the line on the right and have been sitting here not moving an inch for 15 minutes. The people in the line on the left are going fast. Worst line I've ever been in at an in and out.

    (1)
  • Tammy T.

Unless you don't eat beef or cheese, this is definitely the place to be. I think I've lost count how many times I've made midnight runs here but they were always worth it. The wait can be horrendous at prime lunch hours but it's bearable and the workers are just doing their best to handle the influx. Note that outdoor seating is highly limited so it's more of a grab-and-go location. Favorites: Cheeseburger with grilled onions and pickled peppers on the side, animal fries (fries + grilled onions + special sauce + cheese), neapolitan shake (vanilla + chocolate + strawberry melted ice cream). It's your classic American burger joint goodness--toasted buns and all. Fun Fact: One shake has more calories than a double double (which is why I compromise with just a cheese burger and a shake)

    (5)
  • Celia C.

What can I say. My kids love this place it's fresh and it's very reasonable. The place is always busy during lunch. You have to time your visit I like the protein burger , animal style fries and burger. The shakes are very thick. And fill with calories. The menu is very simple. Hamburger fries and drinks

    (5)
  • Socal S.

Don't come at lunch hour if you're in a hurry...you'll spend whole time waiting in line

    (3)
  • Yi Z.

I was hungry on our way to Mt. Baldy so I went on Yelp to look for food options. I was ready to settle on The Hat when I noticed that there is an In-N-Out. I screamed so loudly and scared everyone else in the car. I love In-N-Out but this one over-toasted the bun until it was almost hard. I didn't appreciate that on my double double. It had just rained so all of the outdoor seats were drenched and we had to park and eat in the car. The burger was still good but the experience could've been better. On a positive note, it was 11am and there was only one other car in front of us at the drive through. We went into the left lane so the window was on our right. Make sure you have a passenger in your car if you plan on being on using that lane.

  • Shawn I.

I've been coming to this In-N-Out since I was a kid, and will keep coming every time I'm back in Southern California. In-N-Out is a cultural icon, and is commonly cited as a staple of West Coast culture. Well, that's true, and the food happens to be great as well. They never put a restaurant where they can't make a delivery from their distribution center in a day's drive. This has always ensured great quality ingredients as they've always advertised. This In-N-Out has really helped to make the drive-thru experience better by having a friendly staff member come to each car and take the order. It has really helped to expedite the process. If you're from out of town and unfamiliar with the "Secret Menu", check it out on the company's website. The animal fries are a good start if you're looking for something off the "Secret Menu". You can't go wrong with any of their burgers. The best part about all this is that the staff rarely makes mistakes on your orders. I've come here and had to order for 10+ people, and somehow the order taker has managed to juggle all of the specifics perfectly. They'll repeat the order to make sure that they have it right. Yes, this location does not have indoor seating, but I think that is what helps to keep the charm of the 1950s feel to the place. This location is one of the original locations opened by the chain when it first started to expand outside of Baldwin Park. It is also the location that was frequented by one of the founder's owner's sons in the 90's (He lived in Claremont). Through my years of coming to this location, I've noticed that the burger quality seems to get better at night when there is less people. I guess having that extra bit of time to put everything together makes a little bit of difference in quality. Lunch time here is crazy, but even though it may seem like it will take hours, it moves surprisingly quick. The car-to-car order taker has really helped things out a lot. When I sit at their lunch area, it seemed like it took longer than the drive-thru, but when I've been recently, I have not noticed a longer waiting time. At dinner, there are still a good amount of cars in the drive-thru, but nowhere as bad as 11:45-1:30 lunch hours. In-N-Out is growing, but even their growth has never compromised their quality, and this location is not an exception.

  • Sean B.

This in n out is one of the best ones I've been to. So many times I've been there before 10:30 AM and they still serve me without making me wait until the official opening time. Great customer service, friendly staff and like all in n outs AMAZING FOOD!

    (5)
  • Aubree D.

Amazing burger and fries. And best of all no wait!!

    (5)
  • Zeen A.

Coming from Chicago I always like to make a stop off at In-N-Out when I'm out West...This one was kinda unique in that it really held true to that 1950's feel...it didn't even have an indoor dining area...someone came out to your car to take the order and you either ate it in the ride while double parked or fought for one of only a couple spaces to actually leave the vehicle and sit on their patio to enjoy the meal... That was probably the only snag...the lack of parking...outside of that, I friggin' loved this place...thank you In-N-Out for being consistently my Animal Style Love...

    (4)
  • Krysten I.

I don't really like in-and-out burgers all that much (i'd really much rather have a panini or salad). However, I will admit to craving it once or twice this past year. Double double with grilled onions, fries and a chocolate shake :) enough calories for 4 or 5 meals, but whatever right? sighhhh...good thing the cravings dont come all that often. The servers are always really nice and the food is always hot and fresh tasting. Its just so much.....

    (4)
  • Allison S.

In n out is the best thing ever, but this is the slowest in n out I've ever been to. It takes at least 25 mins to order/get your food

    (3)
  • Cynthia K.

Whoa! let me tell ya! This is the worst in-n-out I have ever been to! This is all thankful to a snotty rude employee named Mandi. she was so horrible to me over the microphone, she repeatedly said "WHATTT? in an annoyed voice(like i was annoying her for giving my order) (rolls eyes) and then in person she was very rude as well, saying my fries were gonna take a while because they're well done, but the way she said it was like "hello you ordered it well so yeah you made this happen) like blaming me for waiting for my order. This girl must have an 1q of 50. AND about 3.2 seconds after telling me that, the fries are handed to me, and it was the BURGERS, that i was waiting for, for an additional 4 and a half minuets and then she shoved me the burgers in the box, when we asked for them togo). At this point i was so upset and enraged that i just didn't care and sped off. As i pulled out of that drive way in upland, i solemnly swore Id never return to this hellish place.

  • FERNANDO D.

I have nerve ever ever ever had a bad experience here. The food is always fresh always good. I'm addicted to the Animal fries. The staff is always friendly. But you get nothing but the best from In-N-OUT. Keep up the good work In-N-Out crew.

    (5)
  • Maceo D.

So, this afternoon I go thru the drive thru and order 2 items.... 3x3 and fries. My order total comes out to $6.... Next, I get home and pull the fries out of the bag, but only to find the burger seemingly TOSSED IN THE BAG (UPSIDE DOWN) and falling apart and pretty much glued to the bag by melted cheese, etc. I cut In N Out slack and usually don't check my order as they're pretty good. Ps. Check your bags. Strike 1.

    (3)
  • Arnold H.

It's a typical In-N-Out...delicious and efficient. They could make do with better announcing of numbers since they all sounded garbled, but otherwise, it's absolutely lovely. Parking is a bit weird and somewhat limited, but people come and go pretty fast most of the time.

    (4)
  • Ji O.

i love IN-N-OUT!!! love the freshness!! i mean i dont need to say anything right?! its the best burgers and fries and shakes!!! make your burger fancy by adding chopped jalepenos in the burger or whole grilled onions mmhmm!!

    (5)
  • Amber D.

This place is always packed. They have never gotten my order wrong and it's always put together nicely in the box instead of tossed in there and then covered by napkins only to be revealed once you get home!

    (4)
  • Jay C.

The one in La Verne has the best tasting fries, but since this In N Out Burger is so close to me, I frequent this location the most. Lunch time waits are 35-40 minutes on the driver's side line. Dinner waiting time range from 15-25 minutes. Near midnight - 0 minutes. Inconsistent taste. Fries are sometimes amazing, sometimes salted, sometimes unsalted, sometimes overcooked. One time there was even cheese on my fries. Why bother with the secret menu? You get a sample each just by ordering fries regularly....30 second fry/well done/light fries I've had them all...not intentionally either. Burgers are usually pretty good. Would have been 4 stars but they've forgotten some items from time to time. Once they forgot a double double. Another time they forgot two of my fries. This latest time they forgot 5 meat patties I ordered... So I'm out ~$9 because of their forgetfulness. So far...

    (3)
  • David R.

They got the formula down! SoCal's best burger hands down, and cheap too! Protein style, animal style, dbl dbl.

    (4)
  • Nicci C.

I'm still in my car waiting in line, and its been 25 mins. For 1 burger. i understand this place is popular, but... there's only one car ahead of me. that doesn't add up.

  • Abby K.

Can you really say anything bad about In-N-Out? Fantastic burgers, fries, and shakes. I like that I can still eat there even being a vegetarian. I recommend a grilled cheese with both types of onions (grilled and raw). Pretty delicious. Only thing here, as with many other In-N-Outs, is that at peak meal times there is quite a wait. It generally goes pretty quickly though. Definitely recommend this place though!

    (5)
  • DIGITAL i.

The Good: Its In-N-Out. It has great food, the place is always clean and well landscaped and the employees are usually very clean and courteous. The Bad: The wait is usually pretty terrible at this location. The Route 66 traffic doesn't help either when coming from the West. The Ugly: The surrounding area. This doesn't matter at night which is the best time to visit since you get a pretty clear sky so close to the mountains but during the day the dirt field behind you and the torn up/abandoned businesses across the street and next door make it look more like downtown Pomona. The Summary: The food is great, the wait is long but I would much rather go to this one than the one in Pomona which can be scary as hell!

    (5)
  • Jane D.

I love IN-N-OUT!!!!!!!!!!!! They make the best burgers/fries/shakes ever!!!! The place is clean and the employees are courteous. The food is always fresh. The only problem with this location is the wait. Any time of the day, guaranteed there will be a huge line that will take 15 to 20 minutes to navigate. However, I would recommend this and all other IN-N-OUTs to anyone!!

When it comes to an In-N-Out Burger, what can you really complain about? The food is Awesome, the restaurants are always clean. In my opinion, the only thing you can really judge what makes a good INO or not is the employees and how well they do their job. With that being said, let it be known that the Upland INO is consistently messing up my orders and have done so for years. At first I thought it was a coincidence, but after 8 years of poor service and wrong orders I have to say it's not. Bottom line is that the employees at this store cannot get it together. Please understand, I love INO and will always love INO. I enjoy INO at least twice a week, sometimes more. The Upland store is the closest one to my home, but I do everything in my power to avoid going to it. The only time I will attempt to go there is when I am coming from home and returning to my home with the food. Otherwise I will go to another store where I know I'll be receiving the excellent service that INO is known for. I have complained numerous times about this store to their corporate headquarters. I've received more vouchers for messed up orders than I can truly remember. It really is unbelievable how often these guys get it wrong. I suppose every family has to have the awkward stepchild, and the Upland store is just that for INO. The only thing they are consistent with is their ability to get your order wrong. They did it the other night for me; they did it the last time I was there a year and a half ago; they did the six months prior to that. I seriously don't know if it's the management, the quality of the pool of people to choose from as employees, or some kind of curse that might be over this particular store. Maybe it's just out of it's element because it's a family run corporation with family values and the sad reality that this store is surrounded by adult stores and strip clubs...who knows? Bottom line is this...the Rancho Cucamonga and La Verne stores are only a few minutes further away. Save yourself the headache and take the extra time.

how can you beat THE california treat! perfectly heated buns that are crunchy on the outside, delightfully puffy, soft, and slightly sweet on the inside, delicious and fresh patties, veggies that make me feel like i'm being healthy, and, of course, their "secret" (aka thousand island) sauce! i heart grilled onions but check out the in n out website to learn about all the secret lingo (animal style, wild style, and, my personal fave, fries well done!). i'd normally give in n out a glowing 5 star review but the only drawback at this spot is that there's only outdoor seating. normally perfectly fine rounds here 10 months out of the year but watch out on cold, rainy days and those super hot inland empire summer afternoons. hard workers here!

Ahh...In-N-Out on Route 66! Love this place. Its opened until 1, its really more like a truck stop In-N-Out more than anything else. All INOs are standard in terms of food in my opinion, but I think the coolest thing about this place is the outdoor setting. Love eating here on a warm summer night while staring at the stars and conversing with homies :) Sometimes, after a night of drinking and bullshit we'll pull out and grab some food before it closes. OH YEA! This is the first In-N-Out I ever went to. I pretty much grew up around this place!

#247 Late-night drives all throughout college always ended up with me ordering a grilled cheese at this particular In-N-Out. This location is never packed (at least when I'm there) and the employees here are notably nice. They also make much better fries than at most other places - they're not too crispy and not too soggy. Their toasted buns are deliciously chewy and soft and they've never messed up a single grilled cheese for me. =)

Hey its In-N-Out! This one is the same as every other one. Delicious! In-N-Out has always been a good treat for me. Anytime anyone visits from out of state I take them to In-N-Out because there is no better fast food burger joint.

Everytime I come here, it is really yummy. I like the double double, with only spread. The line is always long is the only negative. When they say fresh, it's really fresh.

Great food! If you haven't tried In-N-Out you should. Check out the secret menu before you go if you don't know about it. This location has only outdoor seating, and also has a great view of the mountains and a small airport.

Good In-N-Out near the 5Cs. It's nice that it has the double drive thru and a good amount of seating outside (for In N Out). The good think about In-N-Out is that they are always amazingly consistent, so the food is your standard.

Cant ever go wrong with In N Out! Gotta love how they have 2 windows since they get super crowded. I like ketchup instead of spread on my burger!
