First time at a panera ever and its so damn good! I ordered the Greek salad and fontega chicken panini. Only bummer is they didn't have any jalapeños or banana peppers...um why? I also ordered the chai tea latte. So damn delicious. This place is pricey for two you pick guys and 2 drinks it was almost $30. But I think its worth it, not salty and very fresh tasting food. My sister ordered the Asian sesame chicken and BLT sandwich she said her salad was bland but loved her sandwich.

So I am currently eating my delicious, late night dinner at this particular establishment. Food is good as usual, even at this time of night (9:15 PM) but, as my girlfriend and I sat down a young man was walking around interrupting my and the other patrons meals hawking some sort of "superfruit energy juice". Now I understand that is is/was late but this man and his "business partner" just walk around handing out pamphlets and sitting at other patrons tables as the employees cast a blind eye. I just want to eat in peace without being heckled. Come on Panera, let me and the other patrons enjoy our meals in peace!

A complete textbook version of incompetence. Every single interaction with this place is HORRIBLE. They are beyond terrible. I place catering orders and simply ask, "can you please email me the receipt?"....It never gets sent. Over and over and over again. This place is horrible. I would not come here because somehow, they will screw something up for you.

Worse place ever not to mentioned the experience I just had. I bought a chicken salad and they took almost 30mnts for a crappy made salad! Never ever again!!!

It's a Panera, their food isn't my favorite, but we came to this location with a group. From the moment that we walked in, the wait to order took a while. We saw their new option to order via credit card on their tablets, but had some questions about menu items so opted to line up. Our cashier wasn't really knowledgeable about the menu because she had no idea what the pasta dish was asking about contained (even after reading the generic description). The bread that comes with your meal was so hard and inedible. Two things worth mentioning: 1) their iced tea selection never disappoints 2) you can add a cookie to your meal for an extra $1 (not after they ring you up) This particular Panera is in a busy complex. Parking isn't impossible, but you probably won't find a close parking spot. Yelp 100 Challenge - 96 of 100

Paid about $47.00 for three sandwiches and some Mac n cheese. My brother ordered some sort of steak sandwich and got a skimpy portion on a dry stale piece of bread. He asked the waiter there if this is how much meat they're supposed to add to it he said, "Ya, it's typically that size." It had one and a half slice of salami. Terrible excuse of a sandwich. I usually don't take this much time writing a review but for the amount of money we paid they should provide a better portion.

It was Wednesday night and no one wanted to cook so we decided on soup and a sandwich. We walked in and ordered. The cashier was very friendly and very helpful when asked what she recommends. We had the pick two, I had the steak and white cheddar panini with a French onion soup. Steak was a little cold but I have to admit it was tasty complimented very well when dipping it in the soup. The French onion soup was cheesy and comforting. My wife had the frontega chicken panini with a French onion soup. She thought her sandwich was really good. Will be going back. It's convenient, good and great comfort food.

Not my favorite place!!! Super super super super dry, I felt like I was eating cardboard boxes! The Mac n cheese was the ONLY thing I loved!! Just make sure you order it WITHOUT the bread...

I just love coming to this Panera especially because it is in my home town. The staff greet you the minute you walk through their doors making you feel welcome. Always busy here yet the service is fast and your food is always served the way you ordered it. There are many options to choose from. They have a great selection of sandwiches, salad, and soups and who can forget their yummy pastries and great waffles. The Pick Two option is great as you can choose between a half sandwich, soup, or salad. The coffee are always fresh and you will always find your favorite any time of the day. I love the fact that they write the time they brewed the coffee so you know it's fresh. The restaurant is nice and spacious and you can always be sure you will find a seat whether inside or outside and who can forget their free wifi. So you can always bring your laptop and work while you enjoy your meal.

I'm a fan of Panera Bread and this location. I don't go here often because it is a little more than I want to pay for a simple lunch, but the seating arrangement and the little fireplace are nice and cozy every once in a while. The employees have always said hi or welcome when I walk through the door. Although they may be a little slow at times (especially with to go orders, dang!) and they seem to always forget to put bacon on my husband's usual extra charge (because of the bacon) grilled cheese, they always seem to make up for it with a friendly attitude. The tables are always wiped down quickly and the floor is usually clear of trash and food. My picks tend to be good comfort food. I recommend their broccoli cheddar soup. I'm not crazy about the baguette that goes alongside it, though. I'm just not a bread person is all. I just split that up for my dogs at home. No food is wasted in my house or through my purchases! (Well, usually.) The mac & cheese is also a good go to option. The sandwiches are okay, especially if you do a half and half on a soup or salad. One time they gave me a free mango smoothie, but I wasn't crazy about it at all. I like their regular brewed iced tea. The fill-it-yourself refreshments are in an odd place and the first time you visit there they don't tell you exactly where that is. If you don't like the boxed organic milk, just asked for a glass of regular milk. Sometimes they don't fill it all the way to the top, so I say "Fill 'er up all the way please!" Milk's expensive these days! We use the Panera rewards card and get a free pastry after a few trips there. The cinnamon crunch scone is the only one I've tried, but it was so good. Restrooms are usually clean. There is free WIFI, but I've never used it on a laptop... Can't wait to try a morning bagel here! Review #227

I like coming to Panera because of the vast selection of fresh baked pastries and bagels that you can be sure to find everyday! They also offer a variety of coffees, teas, and lattes that go great with your pastry of choice! My favorite is the hazelnut flavor which they always have available. Panera also has great sandwiches, soups, and salad that you can order on their own or as part of their pick two combinations. Whichever option you get you can also choose between an apple, chips, or a banquette to complement your meal. Be sure to ask sign up for their rewards program which will score you lots of free food items or coffee as you continue to go there. They will give you a card or they can look up your information with your phone number once you register it online.

When I'm around Pico Rivera, I like to come eat here. It's always lonely and quiet. The food here is pretty good, I always get the chipotle chicken panini, recommend it :p And they're soups on bread bowls and salads are good too! The service here is good as well. Only thing I hate is that it's pretty far but they're finally building one around Beverly Hills which will be much closer to me :D

Food is delicious! First timer and I will come back. Lady at the register took a few minutes to get order but it was because she is new and still learning. Therefore, i was ok with that. I ordered the broccoli cheddar soup in a bread bowl. Delicious! Spend overall of $9 not bad for a large iced green tea the soup and a pastry Place is very clean and brought our food nice and hot to our table

Been to this panera enough times now to write a decent review. The salads here suck! The menu highlights all the ingredients that are not lettuce. Salad comes... 95% crappy iceberg lettuce. Bland taste, and I got the runs later on at night. I've come to realize that panera's internal marketing (the decor and look of the place) is what makes people feel they can pay $9 for a shit salad. Just for that... I'm getting a water cup and putting lemonade in it.

Well what to do what to do. I like Panera but come on 3 times disappointed. Something's got to change. Today I ordered a pick two ( lemon chk orzo and turkey blt) to go. Time before that my salad was Missing ingredients, time before that my order was all wrong. Oh and on one I was over charged. Thankfully I picked two my soup and bread saved the day. The bread on my BLT was wet and soggy ugh soooo gross. Had to remake my own sand which. PANERA I HOPE YOU READ YOUR REVIEWS. THERE IS DEFINITELY ROOM FOR IMPROVEMENT.

This review isn't necessarily for the Pico location although it is the one I have been stopping at all month, this review is to give credit to Panera Bread for offering a bonus with a "club card" that is truly appreciated - free coffee each day for the month of April!! Typically Panera is my weekend routine when I have more time but this bonus or gift has motivated me to stop each day at Pico Rivera and ask for my free coffee. The staff have been friendly and helpful and Panera Bread has truly rewarded me with something that I have made use of daily and I am very appreciative!! Thank you Panera!

I love the food but today 6/15/15 was the third time that Panera employees get the order wrong. I order 1 big Kid Grilled Cheese and they only packed one -half sandwich. I love everything else about this place but quality control needs to improve.

I love Panera! Their food is good and their pastries are even better. Their chipotle chicken sandwich is delicious and one of my favs. Their soups are very good too. I love, love their brownies. Panera is a bit pricey but for me, worth it. I've never had bad service. The workers here have always been super nice and I've never had any problems. They have indoor and outdoor seating. It's very clean and overall a very nice place to stick around and eat there. Love it.

Omg where have I been eating!? Everything was amazing from the food to the service. Kiara, the girl that took our order was really nice and helpful. I ordered the fuji apple chicken salad and Mediterranean veggie sandwich. So good! if you like sweet dressing the fuji apple is perfect. The Mediterranean veggie sandwich was delicious. Ive never had a "veggie only" meal where I feel completely satisfied, I always feel like its missing the meat but not this sandwich! I'll be coming here more often I've fallen in love lol

Its a good place for samnwiches and the pastrys are good too ...

Last night 1/16 at around 6:30 I decided to place my order online so I wouldn't have to wait. When I walked in and went to the counter to pick up my food it wasn't there! I let the gentleman at the counter know, he asked my name and went to talk to his manager and all she kept saying was"did she send it to our Panera cause we didn't get it" I went ahead and showed the gentleman my confirmation page and he went back to talk to his manager. She then proceeded to ask him did she get a confirmation (the screenshot was the confirmation!) when he came back he asked that I show the manager and he would get started right away. When I showed her she just rolled her eyes and said their system hasn't been working. She was very rude and unprofessional!! No apology from her NOTHING! The gentleman who put my order together was very nice and apologetic. The manger though complete BIATCH!

I usually come to this location after work. Their sandwiches and chips are really good. Place is always clean and not noisy, plus their staff is very courteous and they ask how is your food. Plenty of parking around since it is inside the plaza.

I haven't had their mac and cheese in probably a year. Still thee best mac and cheese experience!!! This Panera is close by my house so it's amazingly convenient. Good homey feel with free wi-fi and fireplace to do all your studying and catching up. Panera is like my second living room.

Finally had the chance to check out their take out service. Not that good. It was fast but I had to go back to get my baguette and the female employee gave me attitude for asking for my bread. Another female employee was grabbing food real fast and setting them on tables and while I was grabbing my food for take out she made me feel like I was in the way even though I wasn't. She could have said, 'I'm sorry, excuse me.' Instead she just kind of looked at me weird until I moved out of the way. Weekend crew aren't friendly.

So yummy! I recently tried the bbq chicken salad and it was delish :) my bf loves the broccoli cheddar soup. The only reason I gave it a four instead of a 5 is because I ordered a sandwich & he ordered a panini and I was a bit disappointed. For the price they looked a Little sad :/ ahh but the scones are a must have. Love the blueberry but recently tried a cinnamon bun crumble scone. It was good, tasted in between a coffee cake and cinnamon roll.

Let me start with I love Panera bagels. I love the proximity to my place. Yesterday they forgot my drinks . I went in this morning expecting a hassle but all I got was happy joy joy feelings. They remembered me and with out hesitation the fixed the issue. What no hassle no fight only smiles so all I can say is Panera I will be a loyal customer for life. I will never buy bagels anywhere else thanks again to the staff. I love Panera

I'm so happy they finally opened one near my work! You can order for pick up if you are in a rush. Both visits have been pretty good. I did get there a little later than most people so I didn't have to deal with the rush. Since this place is fairly new, I would wait a while to visit, if you don't have much patience. Hope they can improve in their service and make this like all the other Panera's I've been to.

Walked in to order to go and there were orders ready to be taken to tables. The girl prepping the food kept yelling, "order up" "order # up" "food ready for table" with no response. Like 6 plates, were there when we walked in (not sure for how long) and even after our order was ready. All I know is, the food was there long enough for steam to not be coming off the soup. While waiting for our order I could see a guy at a booth looking at the food over and over (pretty sure it was his order), as the counter where they put the finished food is in view of the dining area. I could also see an employee, talking to another employee saying how there were 3 other employees but they weren't doing there jobs. I was a little bugged at how there was a girl working in the front moving one box back and forth, I don't know if she was replacing the boxes for the baked goods, but her presence in that area seemed pointless. The other girl, the one doing the registers was taking orders, making drinks, getting baked goods and slicing bread. Before we left she was the one running back to help deliver the plates to tables. I was very disappointed with this paneras dine in service and I wasn't even the one dining in. That's how bad it was. Their to go service is pretty great though, except for the fact that they often forget to put the bread for the soup in the bag. I've been to the one in the whittwood mall many times and never had a wait like I saw people waiting today. My advice, delegate jobs more reasonably, the girl with the box should be picking up the slack, that box could've waited. The plus this time, the cashier girl was fantastic, super kind and effective, they remembered the bread, and the panini was definitely warmed (last time we got cold centers).

i really enjoy coming to panera, but I've cam to this panera (pico Rivera) and they irritate me every time. Fist they have bad customer service and ignore me when I stand In front of the cashier with no service until minutes after, then they make it complicated to modify something simple, and worst of all, I chose water as my beverage and it was awfully gross. never again !

I have been to this Panera Bread two times and I have had bad experiences both times. The two times that I've gone with my boyfriend; the cashier who has taken our order has been a little rude and incoherent. On our first visit, we were still looking at the menu when the cashier began rushing us to place our order. My boyfriend became a little frustrated at the fact that he couldn't understand what she was saying. So we order the new flatbread sandwiches, which come with a side of chips. We placed an order of (3) flatbread sandwiches and when we got home, we realized that they did not place our third order of chips in the bag. Ok so whatever they're just chips, it happens... We really enjoyed the flatbread sandwiches that we had ordered the first time, so we placed the same order the second time we visited this location. To our luck we get the same incoherent cashier girl that took our order the very first time we were there!! The same thing happens. We couldn't understand a word that she was saying. I should have looked at her name tag to get her name. I made sure to confirm with her this time by asking her if ALL of the flatbread sandwiches come with a side of chips to which she replied "yes". So she instructs us to sit down and wait for our name to be called. We sit down and we are waiting for what seems to be a very looooong time. During this time, we noticed a female ask to speak with the manager. She asked for the temperature to be lowered in the room because it was too cold. It was REALLY cold in there!! After approximately 10 minutes of waiting and after realizing that everyone who ordered after us, came in and out. We decided to go up to the "pick-up" section. We noticed a paper bag and my boyfriend asks if that was our order, mind you he was asking the same manager that attended to the female with the complaint about the temperature. The manager said that it was indeed our order and my boyfriend asked why our name or number had not been called???, we had been sitting down waiting for a long time. The manager replied "where were you?" which was a question that caught us completely off-guard because we had been sitting down just a few tables away from the pick-up section. We told him that we had been sitting down waiting for our order this entire time!!! and he just kinda ignored the response and continued working. My boyfriend then proceeds to ask if ALL our stuff is in the bag and the manager replies "yes". At this point my boyfriend and I were upset because our food was cold by that time. We leave the location and we are a few blocks away when I look in the bag and notice that our order was missing the 3rd order of chips, yet AGAIN!!!! I made my boyfriend turn around and drive back to Panera Bread to get the rest of our order. I was soo upset because not only did they keep us waiting a very looong time, they still managed to mess up the order. It was unfortunate because I actually really enjoyed their food; it's too bad we've had not-so-very-good experiences the only two times that we've been here.

I am in love with the Mac and cheese here! I also have a weakness for the broccoli cheddar soup in a bread bowl as well as their tomato soup! The service is always fast and the staff is awesome! They are very polite and friendly. My favorite panera bread to visit hands down.

Smiling on the inside. Lots of calories but lots of flavor, what to do? I don't bring much bread home so when I'm craving it this is the place to go. Very clean and friendly staff. The pesto pasta dish is my favorite. Get the large size meals the smaller ones just don't cut it and you might have some leftovers.

I'm SO happy they opened a Panera here! I love the Panera Bread franchise but I have only found them to be in cities surrounding my own, Pico Rivera. When I lived in Whittier, the one at the Whittwood Town Center was still a drive for me. Once I moved to Pico I had to come to terms that unless I made the drive, eating at Panera was not in my foreseen future :'( The location of this Panera is perfect! Businesses of all sorts are located all around it so you can satisfy that grumbling stomach AND get all your pending errands finished! When you're coming home from work the LAST thing you want is having to drive to several locations to get all your shopping done :P The service has been great every time I've gone. The cashier is super nice, the food is as good as "fastfood-ish Italian-ish" can get, and the employees seem to attentive to cleanliness.

This plan is great to grab meal with a friend. They have a great selection of soups, salads, and sandwiches. I've never tried the pastas, nor have I explored the breakfast menu. I love the fireplace in the center of the restaurant, it's a great place to sit and enjoy a warm cup of coffee and catch up on some reading. Their service is excellence and the wait staff is very attentive at giving refills. I'm giving this play 4 stars instead of 5 because it is on the pricey side for the amount of food you get.

I've never felt I had to write a bad review specially not here at Panera one of my favorite restaurants but I actually got the worst salad EVER!! I've been to la Mirada, Whittier, Cerritos, Lakewood panera's many many times and i always get the freshest salads and Pico Rivera apparently doesn't care. I got a Fiji chicken salad that apple chips that were small flakes from the bottom of the package and they were sooooo stale and the lettuce was black. I should have taken a picture but I tossed it instead. I'm SOOO disappointed with this location. I will be sure to never come to this location again!! So disgusting!!

This place although a bit expensive is one of my favorite places to eat since I first went. Its clean, delicious, and its never to full so you can get around and feel comfortable. They bring your food straight to your table and make you feel like if you need anything its not a bother to them (although its their job some people do it poorly in other places). Im satisfied with everything that is Panera Bread.

Nice and big new Panera in the area. Nice to have something decent around here. Anyways, this place is located in the heart of Pico.. The locale used to be a seafood restaurant, but I guess that didn't pan out. From the looks of the food and people swarming in for lunch, this place will be here a while. Very clean and service was very fast.. Free WiFi..

My boyfriend and I love coming to Panera. Our food is always fresh. The service is usually on point. The atmosphere is friendly and inviting. The lines seem to move rather quickly and your food comes out pretty fast. Definitely going to keep coming here for lunch or even dinner. The Sierra turkey sandwich with iced green tea is my go to meal.

I'm glad they opened a Panera bread In pico, but as far as the service goes it isn't all that great. They usually get my order right but they take a while to get it ready. I go here on my lunch break at work sometimes and even when i call it in before i punch out for lunch, i still end up having to eat quick because i wasted my time waiting for my order to be ready.. There Alfredo pasta taste like it was microwaved and not all the way..and the French onion soup is just too damn salty, I love salt but damn they are pushing it. Can't go wrong with the broccoli cheddar soup though and the hot chipotle sandwich thing is good. Overall if I like panera, but if I am willing to drive to another location then I will, even tho this one is only 7 mins away.

Panera is a great addition to the neighborhood and I have been there twice already on my way to work. Thus far they are still working out the kinks and training staff so the wait is longer than usual and they forget to give you things such as a spoon with your yogurt. Great place to get online if you can (for some reason my MAC hates the Panera Wi-fi). Don't forget to use your Panera card for free goodies!

Loved it here. Went really early on a cold morning. Has a bowl of chili coffee then the asked me if I wanted to add this pecan roll. The coffee refills are free. I don't do cow's milk asked if they have soy which they did. AWESOME! The staff was extremely friendly (wish I could be that way early in the morning) lol. But this one lady in all black at the register was not. Think I was told she was a catering lady or something. Nevertheless, if you behind the counter PLAY NICE "lady in all black". When in the area I would definitely visit again. Btw if your first time to Panera or just haven't visited a location in awhile like me take a look at a take home menu first before getting in line. The list is huge. This place is good for calm kinder and up. Panera Bread open one near central Los Angeles more east btw :-). Slauson & Central Ave has a new shopping center development going on as I type this hint hint. Happy eating.

Just when they announced the pumpkin spice latte in Facebook during the Pumpkin Week I asked for that latte and they don't know nothing about it!! I come always on Thursday to buy a dozen for the office and those guys are...like zombies. People with the franchise should check it out.

This Panera is breaking my heart! I LOVE Panera. I especially love THIS Panera. Dining in is always a great experience, but recently every to-go order has been disappointment. I mean, whatever food they CHOOSE to give me is always great and served with a smile, but ...it's NEVER WHAT I ORDERED. lol Today they offered to combine something to make something else cheaper.. anyways I guess they deleted half my order (after they had repeated it back correctly) and gave me a different soup... uhh what?... I called and they reversed the charge and offered compensation which is completely honorable and appreciated.. but seriously get it together, Panera! I still love you, but I feel like we're slowly growing apart.

If you guys would focus more on your JOB versus consistently being immature and fooling around, maybe the chances of giving the wrong orders to customers would reduce. This would benefit not only keeping your JOB, but also customer satisfaction. Hunger is a difficult delicacy for someone in hospitality to handle, unless they know how to professionally interact. ..which none of you do. Your service to ALL is what determines your business :) You should not be rude to anyone, regardless of whether they purchase your food or not; as long as they are in your working environment.
Love this place the soup and sandwiches so good and don't feel like I over do it its fast and also love the smoothies. But each time I go I do get a pastry yum come here once or twice a week. The ppl that help us are nice and never had a problem with anybody

First time ever coming to panera and left disappointed ! First of all came in here with my girlfriend for some dinner the AC was on full blast and we were literally shaking as we ordered. We sat by the fire place to warm up. We received our order and it was wrong , as we are eating my girlfriend realizes there's a HUGE piece of plastic on her soup . At this point I am beyond angry I take the plastic to the manager and all she did was turn to the kitchen guy and tells him to be careful. The lady didn't even apologize and the worst part was it wasn't even busy no one in line ordering at all! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE GRAB SOME CHIPOTLE DOWN THE STREET

Let me begin by saying I am a BIG fan of the Panera Bread chain, I frequent the location near my office, and having one close to home was exciting! Being that this one has only been open for a short period of time, I have visited twice... the first time service was slow, so I figured growing pains, they'll get better at it! My food was delicious and exactly as I expected from Panera, and the same goes for the other two meals purchased during that visit... now lets talk about my most recent visit. I'm going to summarize as much as possible... I decided to be efficient as I don't like to waste time... and I called in an order for 4, the guy that answered the phone seemed new, handed the phone off to someone as if I was calling his house and asked to talk to his friend. I let it go, but this is where it began... The woman was slow in taking my order, and let's just say that after a looong talk and a few "can you please hold so that I can check on that", I got off the phone at 3:19pm, this is on a Saturday. She asked for 20 minutes to have my order ready, so I figured perfect... food will be ready at 3:40... I showed up at 3:46 and waited about 3 minutes for the woman at the phone order counter to finalize the order for the customer ahead of me. She then tells me to hold on as she answers the phone and takes an order for someone else, just under 7 minutes. About 10 minutes just waiting... mind you the line at the front counter is now GONE! All waiting for their food. So I figure, I'll just add some pastries to my order and be gone, what the heck Im up-selling myself... I promptly paid, after she went to look for a pen to sign the receipt, and waited another 4 minutes for my two muffins, and I got handed the muffins... "excuse me, what about my food?" "Oh go wait over there" I'm told as she points to the pick up counter... and then it gets better! About 5 dine-in orders and 3 take-out orders... fulfilled... mind you these people ordered AFTER I got there. So I ask the "shift manager" Destiny who is working hard behind the counter, "Excuse me is my order ready, I called it in at 3:20 and I've been standing here for about 10 minutes (about 40 minutes since I got off the phone now)... she says "Oh it cause we're busy" without even looking at me... thats when I had enough "I said its been 40 minutes since I ordered my food, how much longer will it take?" She didn't acknowledge me, simply shouted orders at staff and a while later, my order was thrown together, placed in a bag, and she said "There it is..." WOW!!!! Excuse me for bothering you, is exactly what I wanted to say, but since I had 3 others waiting for food at home, and my mom was with me, I decided to play it cool. I walk to a table to check my order... ( I wish I'd taken pictures) my order was complete, but a DISASTER, all thrown together. As I'm noticing a half-sandwich is missing, a kitchen employee walks up to me with what is supposed to be a sandwich, looking more like a Mc-Donalds egg-mcmuffin that was barely wrapped and said in a coy demeanor, "sorry for the wait, we forgot your sandwich" I'm sure she was embarrassed to be a part of that circus...I tried to be polite and thanked her, and let her know this service was completely unacceptable, she offered me a free pastry, but come on... a free pastry for walking out of there 56 minutes after I placed the order... I've maybe waited that long for a fine-dining restaurant so that my steak is cooked properly, not Panera, not even a pizza. To sum it up: Slow service Lack of communication from staff and shift manager The manager had no leadership skills with her staff No customer service experience from the staff whatsoever!!!!! Sloppy food presentation Bread was stale Maybe they should limit the amount of customers to 10 an hour so that they can learn how to run this place efficiently. There are plenty of food options in this area... I'll continue to enjoy Panera for lunch at work!

I'm so glad to have a Panera near my home! The food and bread is absolutely the best and the place is just clean and that smell of fresh bread being cooked is so amazing. Love coming here for lunch or when I want to take the kids to eat something healthy.

Today I was helped by the most courteous gentleman, Adrian. He greeted my husband and I promptly and informed us about a few menu changes since our last visit was during the summer. He also got our pastries and came to check on us after our food was delivered. The Mac and cheese was great and so was the pecan braid pastry. Luckily I live only a block away and I'll be stopping by more often!!

My boyfriend loves this place I got the chicken Cesar salad and a Green smoothie, they were both good, I like the smoothie more than my salad, but this place seems cool, specially if your into carbs and bagels which at this time I'm not but it looked really tastey and the customer service was good.

Although there was a lot of people, Mary was very friendly. The food was great and fresh! Ill definitely be coming back here for lunch!

Love Panera. They have a new "power" salad menu. If it comes with eggs though sometimes they forget to dice it for you.

(1)Sinthia M.

(1)Angela V.

Review #227
(4)Bardo M.

(5)Michael B.
The only thing better then their food is their service. My favorite place . The Cinnamon Cruch Scone is my favorite, so far.
(5)Maira A.
(5)Nadia Q.
Great food. Outdoor seating. Iced acai tea. 99 cent pastries with lunch meals. Oh yeah!!
(5)Naveen S.
(1)Veronica M.
(1)Kristine R.
I love this Panera. This Panera in particular is amazing because they always have my order correct& the service is so friendly. Keep it up guys.
(5)Susan J.
I've been here multiple times and the outside tables are always dirty, but the food and service is great. Clean the outside tables regularly and I would rate 5 stars.
(2)Luis H.
Same clean quality bread you get at the panera bread. Friendly staff with a nice envirnment to eat or relax with a cup of coffee.. Sadly they own make one loaf a day of the country style bread so get there early or u maybe fighting g for it with me
(5)Julie V.
(5)Andres A.
I'm a regular here for lunch. I can't stay away I come in atleast once a week. There are many options to choose from. They have a great selection of sandwiches, salad, and soups and who can forget their dollar pastries if you buy a drink
(5)Xochitl M.
I love the food but today 6/15/15 was the third time that Panera employees get the order wrong. I order 1 big Kid Grilled Cheese and they only packed one -half sandwich. I love everything else about this place but quality control needs to improve.
(1)Adriana M.
The food is so good and fresh ... Nice and clean.. The only thing that I didn't understand was why it's so cold inside?? The AC was really high.. where sitting outside was more comfortable!
(4)Kelly R.
Love it.
(5)Chen Z.
Good and Healthy Lunch option Sandwich, soup, salad and baking goods You can mix and match 1/2 salad + 1/2 soup or 1/2 sandwich or 1/2 pasta anything is possible everything made fresh on the spot, free WIFI is always a plus
(4)Katheleen Y.
Second time and even worse experience. Ordered a Fuji Apple salad and it came with no chicken. Ordered an apple they brought me a baguette. Last time I ordered the exact same salad and they ofcourse got it wrong again. Not coming back rather drive to the one in Lakewood.
(2)Iman F.
Came here unplanned. And was really satisfied with what I received, from the food, service and seating! Everything was on point and nice! I will be coming back soon Panera!
(5)Gabriela P.
(5)Darla D.
I like this location. Most employees are friendly. The bathrooms are decent. It is a decent size location and the sitting areas are comfy. Plus they have free wifi. I like the hazelnut coffee and the variety of teas that they have as well. I usual get the soup bread bowls which is my fav when I come here. Its a good place for samnwiches and the pastrys are good too ...

The Tomato Soup is Good, one of my favorites. It January and the temperature is very cold and they have the A/C on, tell me REALLY!! My dining experince was awful this visit...
(2)Jacqueline R.
(3)Julie H.
Came to Panera Bread and got my favorite soup Tomato Creamy Soup, my dinning experince this visit was awful, it's January and it's cold into the 50s they have the damn A/C on, REALLY!!! IT'S FRICKEN COLD OUTSIDE!!!!
(2)Angel F.
I usually come to this location after work. Their sandwiches and chips are really good. Place is always clean and not noisy, plus their staff is very courteous and they ask how is your food. Plenty of parking around since it is inside the plaza.
(5)Karen Y.
I haven't had their mac and cheese in probably a year. Still thee best mac and cheese experience!!! This Panera is close by my house so it's amazingly convenient. Good homey feel with free wi-fi and fireplace to do all your studying and catching up. Panera is like my second living room.
(5)Angela V.
(3)Cynthia D.
(4)Diana D.
I've visited this Panera several times in the past and have never had any problems. Parking is always readily available, the staff are always courteous, wait time for food is reasonable, and their food is always delicious.
(5)Mendel Y.
Fresh and clean this place is such a refreshing change to the area
(4)Garen A.
Don't care what anyone says, I'm a fan of Panera Bread. They have decent quality food for an affordable price and free wifi with plentiful seating. What more could you want???
(4)Edgar T.
I like panera and their bacon and cheese soufflés but this store here in Pico never has them. It's barely 9 and Breakfast is served here til 1030. I've been here 3 times and they've never had them. Either I have bad luck or they're under supplied...I won't be back at this Panera a fourth time.
(1)Sergio Z.
Panera Bread is probably best restaurant that's make their food including bread good fresh and made from scratch. Panera Bread serve good health food like the ole days were good meal made from mother earth..
(5)Frank A.
Really good spot to just sit out side on a cool day and have a hot drink and something sweet.
(4)Tom J.
Visiting 8:50am serving very kind staffs are gentle good place though a little spacious good location
(5)Claudio Y.
(5)Elisa R.
First time here and it was so good! They have a variety of soups, sandwiches, pasta, flatbread and they even have desserts yuuumy!! I was not dissapointed
(5)Angelie D.
(4)Vannessa C.
(3)Noraim N.
i really enjoy coming to panera, but I've cam to this panera (pico Rivera) and they irritate me every time. Fist they have bad customer service and ignore me when I stand In front of the cashier with no service until minutes after, then they make it complicated to modify something simple, and worst of all, I chose water as my beverage and it was awfully gross. never again !
(1)Daisy A.
(2)Priscilla G.
Great good and pastry options. Staff is always friendly and our orders are usually correct. Very clean and they have free WIFI. Perfect place to study or do homework while eating
(4)Evie P.
I am in love with the Mac and cheese here! I also have a weakness for the broccoli cheddar soup in a bread bowl as well as their tomato soup! The service is always fast and the staff is awesome! They are very polite and friendly. My favorite panera bread to visit hands down.
(5)Roxy A.
(4)Mariana E.
(4)Desi G.

Food is good just pricey. Baked goods such as bagels ,muffins , & cookies are good. sandwich & salads are good. I personally recommend the turkey pesto or California veggie panini !

Went here for lunch time. Ordered 1panini and a lemonade Togo, it took 30 minutes to get my order. Everyone was complaining so they started giving refunds. Just bad management. Food and lemonade were really good though.
