We have stayed at the Inn at 410 several times; for anniversary's, birthdays, and just-because occasions and have always had a 5 star experience. We like to switch up the rooms from time to time, since each one has a unique theme. We generally choose the ones with the jacuzzi tub and fireplace; all have cozy and comfortable beds. The owners are always accommodating in our arrival times as well as breakfast so we can get fresh tracks on the mountain. They are friendly and personable and it's obvious they enjoy the B&B and its customers. Its location is in close proximity to several restaurants in and around downtown Flagstaff, making it nice to walk off that decedent meal on the way back. Thank you for creating such a wonderful place for us to retreat from the valley. Hope to stay with you again soon! :)

I've been living in Phoenix for almost a year and a half, but this is my first visit to Flagstaff. I chose to stay at the Inn at 410 because of a friend's glowing recommendation. Little did I know that, even with her rave review, was she able to do this gem justice. Before arriving, Gordon, the owner, happily accommodated my after hours check-in. Armed with a key and directions to my suite, I walked along the path to the back of the very large, gorgeous, historic home. In front of my room (Suite Nature) there were two Adirondack chairs and bench for me to enjoy. Once I opened the door, I was positively beaming. The bed looked plush and inviting (it was), there was a full-size couch with plenty of magazines to read, and fireplace. All of the decor was nature themed, so the furniture was varying types of wood. Walking into the adjacent room, I found that Inn at 410 had thought of everything! There was a coffee maker, fridge, microwave, and bottle/wine opener! This room had a large flat screen, couch (which could pull-out and sleep 2), and desk. The bathroom had plenty of towels, a soft robe, and, my favorite part, the shower! The shower head made me feel like I was being bathed in rain right from the mountains. Softest water I've experienced. I wasn't able to enjoy their fabulous breakfast (brunch plans downtown), but I was able to partake in a bowl of delicious, ripe fruit, tasty freshly squeezed Orange Juice, and a great cup of coffee. While dining, Gordon came out to chit-chat with me. He is very personable and genuinely values his guests. The Inn, located in a beautifully charming neighborhood, is a short walk from Downtown Flagstaff featuring plenty of restaurants and bars. My favorite being The Wine Loft! I can not recommend Inn at 410 enough! It truly is a wonderful place to stay and enjoy all the beauty Flagstaff has to offer.

Ever since I've was a college student attending NAU in the 90s, my family (parents weekends, grandparents visits, etc.) have come to The Inn at 410 for their stay. This home is unique in every way, from having individually themed rooms, to having a really welcoming feel from the amenities and staff. My wife and I wanted to come back to Flagstaff for our anniversary and chose the Inn as our location. We were warmly welcomed (literally, we came in December) by a friendly innkeeper (Nathlaie) and given recommendations for local places that we didn't know about or hadn't been here 15 years prior. We enjoyed our stay and would encourage anyone to choose the Inn for a bed and breakfast experience. This is *not* a hotel, so if you are looking for that typical experience, you shouldn't pick a B&B. This is a true B&B.

This Inn is wonderful! We stayed in Suite Nature, and it was adorable. The inn keeper was very friendly and helpful when we arrived. She offered us some snacks in the main house. They had a nice selection of drinks, and I had some warm apple cider. Breakfast was good, but not enough to eat for my fiance. :-) When we were checking out, the woman who helped us the first afternoon gave us a tour of the whole inn. It was really nice. I think I would stay in Suite Nature again. It was spacious, and I loved the decor. Great place to stay in Flag. Very close to walk down to the shops, and wonderful service!

We stayed the night in the Dakota room for Valentine's Day. It was a great experience! Very nice room and living area. It even has a fire place, very romantic. The location is superb too, as it is a block or two from the downtown shopping areas. The hospitality is top notch and the breakfast is incredibly delicious. The owner has done a wonderful job with the place. I would recommend it to anyone. Thanks for having us

Oh-hohoho, The Southwest, you are lovely with your brick walls, fireplace, super cushy soft oversized chairs, jacuzzi tub. It's like New York studio apartment meets Arizona. We got in a little after 5, and they leave you this sweet little note and the key. Although Gordon caught up with me, and directed me to my room. Funniest part of the room: there are tons of notes/instructions around the room, ranging from a "N/A" light switch to reminding you to rinse the jacuzzi tub after use. We snuck out and got some cookies and tea and laid like broccoli around the room. It's incredibly relaxing, charming -- like visiting my nonexistent swanky grandma's estate. The breakfast was served from 8-9 am. We sat with a very charming English couple. The best part was the lemon ricotta pancakes. OMG! Soooooo good. Plus Gordon talked us through the best places to go near Sedona during breakfast. The staff was extremely accommodating, kind, and hospitable. This was my first time at a B&B and I highly recommend it!

Wonderful! We stayed in the 'Nature' suite and it was perfect. Lots of room to spread out and a private entry. We were glad we were not staying inside the Inn as it felt like we could come and go without having to tip-toe, although some of the rooms inside were really wonderful. Natalie was fantastic and helped make excellent dining recommendations (Brix was AMAZING!). We were treated to a wide array of cocktail options upon our arrival along with freshly baked cookies and other treats. Breakfast was just amazing (in the very elegant dining room with lovely table settings) and every bite delicious. Gordon even remembered that we had written about our dietary requirements when we booked our online reservation. We HIGHLY recommend the Inn at 410 and look forward to another visit soon. Flagstaff was just charming and if you love beer don't miss Mother Road!!!!

This B & B is amazing! We stayed in the Southwest room and it was just fabulous. A jacuzzi tub, a comfortable bed, and a fireplace. Couldn't ask for more on a cold November night. The breakfast was also very good. We had a huge bowl of fresh fruit, a berry pancake, scrambled eggs with gouda cheese and sausage. I'm already planning my next trip back to 410.

This is our 4th visit to 410 Leroux b&b! It did not disappoint! What a wonderful, gracious experience. The ambiance, food, and service is as wonderful as this lovely old historical Home!

This place was an amazing place to stay for a quick weekend getaway. The entire house has charm and lovely history surrounding it. The rooms are comfy and super clean and well put together. I would recommend staying here while in Flagstaff. Gordon and his staff are nice and will get you all set up with whatever you may need. In the morning you are treated to a wonderful breakfast. I had a blueberry pancake, cut ham, a bowl of fruit, fresh juice and coffee for my breakfast. The food was great! Thank you Inn at 410 for being such a hidden gem only a couple hours north of Phoenix!

I recently stayed at the Inn at 410 for two nights in September 2014 prior to the Route 66 Days car show. I stayed in the Sonoran Seranade room and it was absolutely delightful. The room is so tastefully done in bright yellow and red colors. The bed was very comfortable. There was free wifi throughout which is a must for travelers. The room had a coffee pot and complementary coffee and nice ceramic cups. There was also nice complementary lotion and shampoo. There was cable TV. The place was so quiet.. I never heard any of my neighbors. The Inn is only 3 blocks from historic downtown Flagstaff. It is a very nice walk into town. The breakfasts were so delicious. Every morning started with a bowl of fresh fruit and glass of juice. The first morning, I had stuffed French toast, scrambled eggs, and ham. The second morning was a delicious quiche with oven roasted white and sweet potatoes with a dollop of sour cream on the side and a sausage. It was served with a croissant. The dining room is absolutely gorgeous with hardwood tables and chairs in a Victorian like parlor. I had coffee in my room and also on the front porch prior to breakfast. It was a wonderful experience and I will be back.

This B&B is located in the heart of historic Flagstaff. Walking distance to great restaurants, bars, and shopping, it's perfectly located. The rooms are comfortable, breakfast is top notch, and the innkeepers are friendly and welcoming. They have a number of rooms, all with their own sizes and characteristics. Make sure you plan ahead so you can get the room best suited to your needs. I will definitely be coming back!

The Inn at Four Ten was my first stay at a B&B and was wonderful! I stayed in the Tea Room. The room was huge with a very large bathroom that had a jacuzzi tub for two! The bed was very comfortable and the view of the patio and landscaping was nice, too. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast....... Oh so yummy!! The inn is walking distance to downtown and many good restaurants and shops! I will definitely stay here again.

An amazing get-away! I went to this bed and breakfast a year ago and still can't stop thinking about it: that's how wonderful it is!! The Inn at 410 is close to bars in downtown flagstaff, has fireplaces in some of the rooms, and delicious breakfasts in the morning (blueberry pancakes, quiche, etc). It's a very romantic B &B, especially when you're coming in from a cold, winter night, and just want to cuddle. Also would recommend a visit to the Lowell observatory if you're in town for a bit! Enjoy :)

This is a perfectly-run bed and breakfast set in a huge historical home build in 1894. The owner, Gordon, and his staff make this an amazing experience. It snowed heavily on the day of our arrival and our car went into the ditch only 350 feet from the entrance. So, we hiked the remaining way up the hill, hauling our luggage in the driving snow. We stayed the first night in the Sunflower Fields room. It was a bright and airy suite full of light and beauty. One of the first things we noticed about the inn is that everything was immaculately clean. Even the ceiling fan blades were spotless. This suite has two large and comfy wicker rocking chairs that we sat in and watched the fireplace. The decor is done in sunflowers reminiscent of Van Gogh's Sunflowers painting. They thought of everything when appointing this room. We had the softest robes to wear, an in-room coffee maker with Starbucks coffee, hair dryer, an iPod charging clock radio next to the bed, magazines to read while rocking away. There is also a large window seat from which you can sit and view the lovely neighborhood where the inn is located. We braved the cold that first evening and walked about 3 blocks down the street for dinner at Charley's Grill. The food was good and the walk (even in the pretty extreme weather with snow drifts well over the tops of our boots) was not too bad. After the cold walk back, we decided to check out the goodies in the main gathering area of the inn downstairs. We found hot cider, coffee, brandy, cranberry juice, vodka, coffee, cookies and other things to snack on. All were fresh and wonderful. We both slept well under the down comforter, although I did get a little warm as we'd left the fireplace on when we went to sleep. I'd not recommend doing that, as you'll get too warm. I got up around midnight to shut it off. The room cooled pretty quickly after I shut it off - but, it was still snowing quite heavily outside, so I'm sure that's why. In the morning I took a long bath in the deceptively large bathtub. It's about standard length, but was much wider than a standard tub. It was wonderful. The shampoo and soap provided were nice, but I brought my own hair conditioner. The water felt silky and wonderful. I'm not sure if they had soft water or that's just how the mountain water from the wells is. But, in either case, I had a fantastic bath. Then, we went down for breakfast - which was just amazing. We were served a bowl of fresh fruit that was ripe and perfectly delicious. Next, we had blueberry pancakes with real maple syrup and a cornhuskers casserole (which consisted of sweet corn and egg and spices). Both were excellent. I ordered a hot cocoa which was to die for!! That day, we changed rooms as we wanted to stay in "the most romantic room in Flagstaff" - the Monet Garden suite. This room was also perfectly clean, perfectly-appointed, and simply wonderful. This suite is not attached to the main house, so we had to walk a short distance around the side of the house to the private entrance. The room is decorated in the colors of a Monet painting (think Waterlilies). The walls of this suite are custom-pained with murals and small paintings that look like cut-aways in the wall. It's very, very cute. There's a potbellied gas fireplace that's raised up on a tiled block (so it's at the perfect level to give out heat when you're seated on the large loveseat). This suite has a two-person jetted tub that was perfect for us. We're not small people, so we weren't sure if the tub would really work, but it was perfect. We bought a bottle of wine earlier that day and enjoyed that while soaking in the tub. The inn provides a wine opener and wine glasses in each suite, so that was handy. The walk-in shower was perfect for both of us to shower at the same time. This suite has a king-size bed (while the Sunflower Fields had a queen). This bed was also very comfortable and we both slept well. Breakfast our second morning was again, that perfect bowl of fresh, ripe fruit. Then, there was a slice of quiche, a wonderful, homemade bread, and chicken sausage. I could not resist another mug of hot cocoa. It was all delicious. Every morning at breakfast Gordon made the rounds in the dining room talking to all the guests. He's a very personable man and really made the atmosphere at the inn feel like you were truly a welcomed guest in his home. Frank was busy in the kitchen during the mornings, but I talked to him in the late morning on our first day and he was so nice and helpful, as well. He made our room change happen seamlessly. If you ever get the chance to stay at this inn, do it!! It will be a wonderful experience you'll remember for a long, long time.

I'm giving the Inn at 410 five stars because it had the perfect combination of everything we were looking for during our stay in Flagstaff. First of all the location was great, only 2 blocks from the downtown area so we were able to walk to dinner, shopping, etc and I enjoyed exploring downtown on foot. Second, the Inn itself is beautifully maintained and decorated. We stayed in the Dakota Suite. For the price I could not believe how large this suite was. It had a bedroom, sitting room, kitchenette, and a large bathroom. It was just my husband and I, but this suite could easily sleep 5 as it had a single bed plus a futon in the sitting room. It also had all the comforts of home (for me that means a tv in both the sitting room and the bedroom). Coffee pot, hair dryer, microwave and small fridge were all in the suite. And the cowboy theme decoration was beautifully done. Third, the owner (Gordon) and his staff were super friendly and helpful. They answered all my questions about the area, and provided insight and guidance as to where we might want to spend our day exploring and even offered to help make reservations for dinner if needed. Fourth, the breakfast was great. Fresh fruit and fruit juice, coffee/tea/hot chocolate, tasty entree....all served quickly in a pretty yet casual dining room. The Inn also has a lovely outside area where guests have the option to eat once the weather is warmer. Also, the Inn was full when we were there however I never heard any noise from our neighbors until we ate in the dining room which is really quiet for an older home. My only regret is that we did not have time for a longer stay.

This was our 1st time staying at The Inn At 410 B&B, and it is the perfect place to stay during the intense Arizona summer heat. My wife and son and I stayed during June and found the owner (Gordon) to be an excellent chef and inexhaustible source of recommendations about where to go and what to do around Flagstaff and even the Grand Canyon. The Inn At 410 is clean and very comfortable with walking access to downtown for eating, shopping, or just people watching, and all the staff are helpful and kind. Yes, breakfast in the patio garden was perfect! Many thanks Gordon & Staff!

This is the only place that I will stay in Flagstaff. The care and concern of the proprietors is evident in everything from the afternoon cocktails to the amazing breakfast on the patio. If you're traveling alone, let them know and they'll discount your room.

Great escaped from the Valley to the cool of Flagstaff. The Inn is great, I'd say the best B&B I've stayed at in Arizona. Breakfast was excellent and the outside patio is the spot to relax and wakeup at your own pace. Gordon was full of information on the current happenings. Please ask for the ground floor if steps are a problem. Nice, quiet, excellent place to stay. $$

My GF had been begging me to take her to Flagstaff to see snow (she is from Toronto). So, eventually I decided to take her. Little did she know, I was also going to propose to her that weekend. So i looked for the highest rated hotel in Flagstaff, which was the Inn at 410.. I booked the room for about $200 on a Sat night, which included breakfast and refreshments. I proposed on a cross country trail in the snow and then we went to the Inn. It was awesome. They gave me a tray and I took complimentary Vodka, Hot Cider, Lemonade, and snacks back to the room where I had ordered two dozen roses to be delivered to the room. The location was also great, we walked around at night, as the Hotel is located right in Flagstaff. We ended up having dinner at some fancy place and saw live music at an old hotel. All within 10 minutes walking distance of the hotel. The breakfast was phenomenal. Scrambled Eggs with Gouda, blueberry pancake, fresh fruit bowl, and sausage (which we dont eat). I also asked for toast and they brought it. And my now Fiance asked for extra eggs which they brought quickly. Talked to the owner as well, which is always nice. It was a great evening and morning and the perfect place to take your significant other when you want to propose in the snow.
