This place is amazing!!! There are 12 different burger choices and we had 2 of them and they were great! They aren't on a run of the mill hamburger bun. They make them there in store. I had french fries and my husband has the chips and both were really good. If it weren't for the temptation of the burgers, we would have tried the big BELT sandwich. It's a normal BLT sandwich with egg salad!! That sounds AMAZING!!! If you are in town, STOP AT THE FRONT PORCH!!!!

The front porch is really pretty good. Every menu item I've had has been at least way above average. On occasion the food has been spectacular. Consistently really pretty good. I've had one sandwich I felt was a bit bland but it was egg salad so what do you do? The burgers are inventive and well executed. Peanut butter on a hamburger? Absolutely, it's delicious. Maybe a little barbecue sauce and see if they'll add some coleslaw. They did for me and it was great. A little southern flavor. The specials are always good. The spaghetti with meat sauce just the other night was worth every penny. You can get a fairly well paired glass of wine or beer with you menu choices. Overall in my humbly submitted opinion probably the best meal in Thermopolis.

Very friendly place with excellent food. The burgers were delicious, and the chicken salad was some of the best that I've had. I love the homemade chips, and we took some pie for the road. I will definitely eat here again!

Great little place. Looks like a hole in the wall, but comfy and inviting on the inside with very friendly staff. Only thing preventing a fifth star is one of our beers was a little skunky. Fries are delicious and everything appears to be homemade. Would definitely stop here again.

Pretty good. We had the burger and roast beef. Neither was anything special but their homemade chips were great.

Everything the previous reviewers said. Food was excellent, beer selection was good.

Nice place for a sandwich. I saw enough variety on the menu to make me want to try more and more. Hometown friendly place!

Loved the tandoori chicken salad! Fresh mixed greens (no iceberg!) and yummy curry! Everything we ate here was wonderful, and freshly prepared. A treat when traveling to have reasonably priced fresh delicious food. Yum!

My wife and I ate here as we were traveling through Thermopolis to Cheyenne. We both had awesome sandwiches! Highly recommended.

What a find. We are in a campground in town and I read about this place in AAA. So glad I did. I had the peanut butter and bacon burger with homemade potato chips on sour dough. What a combo!! My husband had pepper jack and Swiss on his on dark rye. All bread baked by them into buns. Lots of sandwiches to choose from and real homemade lemonade. Stop if you're going to the Hot Springs they have take out too.

We are visiting the dinosaur museum and we had dinner at The Front porch. The sandwich was absolutely delicious. My wife had a hamburger and loved the different toppings and bread offered. A delicatessen like this one would expect to find it in a big city. My sandwich was tasty and we are going to eat there again prior to leaving Cody. Outstanding food at most reasonable prices.

One sandwich is PLENTY for Wife and I to share...that is if we can agree on what to order...in the event we can not...we order our own! LOL Wonderful sandwiches, piled high and priced right.

We went in for lunch at 3pm. It was not busy, but it was not a time of day you'd expect a place like this to be busy. Krista, the owner, was very attentive, able to list off the ingredients of everything we asked about (my husband has a dairy allergy). In fact, everything is house made, EVEN THE BUNS! The food was great! It's mostly burgers and sandwiches. I had a bacon/mushroom/bleu cheese burger. My hubby had bacon and grilled onions on his. The kettle chips are made from potatoes that they actually cut and fry there. And the onion rings, oh, the onion rings! She told us that Coors beer works the best with her batter recipe. I believe her because they were awesome! Thick cut sweet onions with a crispy tasty batter. For dessert (we were so full, we got dessert to go) we got a caramel roll. Basically it's like a cinnamon roll but a sticky brown sugar glaze instead of white frosting. Since she was able to tell us "only 2 tablespoons of butter in the whole big batch of dough and no milk in the glaze" we were sold. And it was good. Later, when we were hungry again.

Very good lunch. We got a wyoburger and a texican beef. Both were excellent. Simple, fresh ingredients. Prices were reasonable, under $10 each. Got wine with our order. It's nice to have a lunch place that serves alcohol. The staff was very friendly, and the food came fast. Kid friendly as well. Very clean. Simple decor. Can't wait to come back.
