Showed up on business early with a lot of work to do and the lady at the front desk had the cleaning staff do my room right away so that I could check in much earlier than thir posted check-in time. The owner kept me busy in the adjoining bar with some fresh local beer, while I waited the 30 minutes for my room to be prepared. My room was clean with good internet. Will definitely swing by again if I pass through Sheridan.

The cheapest hotel in town. I booked it online direct through their website early that day knowing we'd arrive around midnight and didn't want to risk it. Their website was easy to use and had great pictures. I was confident we booked a value. We arrived as planned around midnight and were planning to depart at 0600; so for a good nights sleep, it was all we needed and more. However, the walls were paper thin and we heard normal conversation through the walls (luckily not sex noises) The room, bedding, towels and floors were all clean and ready for us. The parking lot was full and difficult to park close, but that's obvious due to our late arrival. Including Organic Aloe Vera Citrus soaps and a coffee maker. The hotel restaurant, bar and reception looked nice and clean. It is very much like the infamous "Rabbit Ears Motel" in Steamboat Springs. No street noise, solid built wooden ceilings and a continental breakfast (we left to early to partake). For a good value, you won't go wrong.

Clean but dated rooms. Great water pressure in the shower. I must not fail to mention the organic soaps, lotions, and shampoos- such a wonderful surprise!

I give this place no stars! The hallway had two working lights. It looked like the blinds had s**t on them. We stayed in our room 10 mins and checked out. Don't waste time or money on this s**t hole

I stay here a lot. Whenever I'm in Sheridan. The rooms are clean and when I had a problem with the AC not working they installed a new one the same day. I can't go without mentioning the staff. They are courteous and friendly.

We book this motel online and when we arrived, we got a different story. The price? Quoted one price on the phone and then was told that was wrong and was charged a higher price. Ice machine and pool? What ice machine and pool! Advice go to another motel

Great hotel for the price. The rooms were huge along with the bathroom. Beds were comfy, pool was big as well. Pool wasn't super nice but perfect for a quick dip with the family. The restaurant was amazing and so were the drinks. The continental breakfast was the only downfall, only waffles and cereal were available and coffee was empty.

This place is dilapidated and they only show pictures of a few remodeled rooms which was not the room we were given. One reviewer strangely mentioned her socks sticking to the carpet and it is unpleasantly true. The tv remote was held together with scotch tape (didn't work) and the staff would not do anything about it. The WiFi did not work at all. I have stayed in hotels across the country this past week and had no problems with my laptop- the front desk attendant could only say none of the other guests had complained of this and only after a long "I don't want to deal with your problem and what the f do you expect me to do about it" pause. And she ignored my request to speak to a manager. There are stains on the furniture, a train runs right behind the hotel. There are enough temporary fences around to make you feel like you are in a war camp and the neighborhood is run down. It is WAY over priced. If I just wanted a bed to sleep in for a night, charge $40. This is ridiculous amenities and customer service for the amount I was charged. Chip bags, soda can and Capri sun pouch all found beside bed stand and kicked under beds.

This was a 4 star review until at 6 amthe staff starts in doing some kind of very loud work and vacuuming. What ever they are doing is a lot of banging. You can't wait until the sun comes up? Oh well at least we get on the road early today I guess

This place was excellent. A little outdated with the carpet and bed spreads, but the room was clean and very spacious. Exceptionally friendly staff. Kimmy checked me in at the front desk, was very efficient and kind. I felt at home and comfortable in this place. The only thing missing was a hair dryer in the room. Great location and accommodations for the price.

Yuck yuck yuck yuck. This place is SOOOOOOOOOOO NASTY. My socks stuck to the carpet. I was pretty much terrified to get under the sheets. They had those HORRIBLE textured towels that fell like your chewing on cotton wool when you dry your hands. Dirt on the floor. Didn't even want to shower it was so gross. Hourly (or maybe half hourly-I was so delirious the next day from tiredness that I forgot) wake up calls from the trains RIGHT behind the block we were staying in. A RESOUNDING NO throughout my exhausted body.

This is a gem! Was planning to drive thru to Billings, but got tired and did a google maps search, finding the regular chains, but I'm always looking for the interesting independent motels and saw Trail's End. Warmly greeted by young woman who is also the pastry chef and told us that she trained at le Cordon bleu in Vegas. The food in the Fireside Lounge was amazing. Perfectly rare ribeye, delicious sauce. Excellent waitstaff. The room was spacious and clean. Loved the wooden beamed ceiling. Fridge, microwave. They even let me print a coulpe documents I had to have for work. Only problems were that the room needed more lighting, the windows didn't open, and the indoor pool was in need of a cleaning.

Some of the rooms are decent. Most are pretty gross. The wifi here is absolutely terrible.
