Outstanding breakfast. Everything is homemade. Homemade bread for toast, fresh everything, and great service. And you have to try the cinnamon roll!

An indie diner. Our server was nice and helpful. The fried bacon honestly freaked me out. Fresh fruit was nice and coffee was good.

Huge burgers! Ask for the smaller one if you can't eat a lot! Very tasty food. Nice atmosphere, friendly staff and quick service too.

Great place. Had the special, a 16oz chipotle ribeye in mushroom sauce and breaded shrimp. Very good.

What a nice diner. Was in riverton checking out the town, thinking about moving there and stopped in for breakfast. Our server was such a sweetheart. Just sat down at the table with us to engage in conversation...even gave us a local newspaper and pointed out rental property. The owner also came out and let me know of rental property and informed me of the good and bad areas. So the food was also solid. Enjoyed the sirloin steak and eggs. Coffee was strong yet smooth. If I move here will come back and try new things on the menu.

This place defines "hole-in-the-wall". It is located in a small, renovated house on a side street, just off the main street. There is a surprisingly variegated menu with breakfast, lunch and dinner offerings. I was surprised to see that they had rocky mountain oysters and was anxious to give them a try. Unfortunately they were out, so I settled for a mega bacon burger (forget the name). 1/2 pound patty and 6 strips of bacony goodness, nix the veggies, with fries. Burger was well seasoned and very tasty. Bacon was fairly thick and VERY tasty. Fries were homemade, and slightly greasy in a good way. My folks decided to eat "light" and had salads - yeah, right. Each salad came on its own platter and contained a mound of lettuce, chicken, a hard boiled egg and other items. All-in-all I was very pleased with the food AND the price. I wish it was closer to home, because it would be pleasurable to come here and eat outside. I'm also glad that it's so far away 'cause otherwise I would be going there and eating waaayyyy too much.

UFO CHECKS INTO FATBOY FROM SPACE! ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ IS IT A BIRD-BRAIN? IS IT A PLANE? Hmmm...... IS IT STUPID-MAN? Duhhh..... CHECKED IN WHILE FLYING IN A JETBLUE PLANE AT 20-30,000 feet!! I would have "dropped-in" but it was against airlines regulations & I did not have a parachute..... :) ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ I was just testing if the on-flight Jet Blue First Class MINT Wi-Fi system would work with Yelpin Checkins. Since we were going a zillion miles a hour it was amazing that the TECHNOLOGY worked....since the Yelp map changed constantly... in theory this should not have been possible...and it was definitely one of the most weird check-in excuses I have ever seen. It is a good thing that this type of Technology did not exist when the FATBOY (AKA FAT MAN) ATOMIC BOMB, when it was headed for NAGASAKI, JAPAN.... some wacky being might have accidentally checked into the FATBOY A-BOMB and it could have went wrong & change the course of history. ~~~~~~~~~~ FYI, the other horrid A-bomb that gets more attention was named "Little Boy" which was dropped on Hiroshima. Fat Boy was really more powerful, but because of the hilly nature of Nagasaki, it resulted in less damage... but still a horrid loss of 80,000 souls. Nagasaki was actually not the primary target, but due to cloud cover, they had to change the target. ~~~~~~~~~~ I hope I did not significantly change the course of history by my naive check-in test! All New/Old Technology is a double edged sword... As far as this diner is concerned, thank you for allowing this ALIEN to check in from Outer Space. I will try to stop by in the flesh another time & try their fare. It looked good from thousand of feet in space :) Thanks again

I've traveled to 46 states and over 40 countries and Mandy's Bacon Burger is probably one of the top three burgers I've ever had. This place ranks up there with Butch Cassidy's and Callahan's in Mobile Alabama, my other favorite burger joints. Try the onion rings while you're here! Yum!!

Not impressed in the least. Walked in and was set at a table that had been bussed and wiped down but was sticky and not clean. The reading material left on the table was sticky and dirty too. After finding out they don't serve beer or wine I ordered "hand battered" fish and chips. The plate came out very quickly. Looked good though the Cod pieces were oddly all the same two inch long oval shape. Nothing like a Cod Filet. The fries were fresh cut but sadly soggy and only warm. The Cod was obviously frozen when placed in the fryer (watery) and the fry oil was rancid which came right through in the batter. It came with slaw. The slaw was bagged cabbage with carrot slivers in mayo. It was bad. They seem to be known for the burgers but I had a burger the night before at another restaurant and didn't want another one.

This tiny off the path diner is awesome!!! I mean seriously the food is delicious AND they take Amex. You don't think it's much from the outside but it's the best option visually on this local strip. You walk in and have no idea what you're getting into. But damn the food is amazing. Oh god the fish and chips is amazeballs!!! Also, get a shake they have like 20-something flavors. One last thing, if you order a club sandwich be sure to split it because it's massive and on extra-large slices of Texas toast. Tis legit! Don't forget to leave your mark on one of their many tagged walls. ;)

Great food, large portions ( I split a meal between my kids), food is fresh with no preservatives or fillers. Real home style cooking. Love eating here!

To my surprise, this place was actually good. The menu showed some horrible photos of food and was put together very strange, but once I tasted the food I was quite pleased. I'd also like to add that we were the only people in the restaurant. I ordered the pound of pulled pork which came with a scoop of coleslaw, a delicious bun, and fresh cut fries. The fries were amazing, but weren't salted. The rocky mountain oysters were some of the best I've had and the batter was amazing. Everyone else at the table seemed pleased with their meals as well. I'd go back if I ever returned to Riverton.

Excellent food and excellent value and excellent service that one would not expect in a small town. I travel a lot and their food and presentation is as good as the big cities and a much better value. I will definitely stop by here every time I am in this part of Wyoming. Note that it is a bit hard to find in a remodeled home off the main drag right behind the old gas station. Definitely worth the time to find though as the locals all know the value of this diamond!

A pleasant surprise. It is a converted house, living room parlor is now the dining room. The place is pretty small when it's cold, true - the outside seating would mean a lot of additional space. We got there at 8 pm on a Friday, April, and had no problems getting a table. It was Friday in lent, so I was fish only, but my wife had the filet (not Catholic). The filet is the typical small portion, but you can get a lobster tail and filet for $20 if you want more. I went shrimp and lobster tail for only 24 bucks, both come with a salad. Mine was great, she loved hers, and we were both really full. The sides were simple but good, and the yeast roll was terrific. All of the dishes seem to have the option of adding a lobster tail for $10. Portions here are big to huge. We watched some Fred Flintstone sized burgers got to other tables. This is a great bang for the buck place. Service was fine, food good or better, the room quaint. Not a fancy date place but a great place for a moderate cost for good food.

Food was great !! If you go here better be hungry. There was way more food than I could handle . Service was good. Next time in town this on my list for must stop.

I just had one of the very best burgers ever. Based on a recommendation, we stopped by here for lunch. A small place with huge dishes of awesomeness. I had the bacon and ranch burger. It was spectacular. I can't wait for the next time I'm passing through Riverton because I'm coming back!

Food is delicious! Service was good and the prices are very reasonable. Think I found my new fav place to eat:)

Really wanted to like this little place: the buzz had been pretty good and loved being able to sit out of doors under an umbrella. The menu has a great story and promises lots of interesting items but the prose failed to deliver. Ordered the "healthy grilled chicken over steam vegetables, smothered in Teriyake sauce"...what arrived was quite different: 2 slices of ROASTED, overcooked, dry chicken breast laid on sauteed onions, yellow & green peppers and 4 mushroom quarters. I asked for the "sauce" on the side and it was nothing but a cup of soy sauce with some sesame seeds floating in it.- Nothing remotely Teriyake about it. Very disappointing. When I see "steamed vegetables I anticipate carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, maybe some sugar snap peas-not just peppers and onions!i My friend had been here before and had the filet & lobster special and said it was not good: lobster tiny, tough, and overcooked and filet also overcooked. Her husband , a meat & potatoes kinds of guy, always gets the bacon cheeseburger and says it is "pretty good"...so I guess the moral of the story is stick with the greasy basics and you cannot go wrong. I won't be back...
