One of the best Wendy's I've eaten at. The food was fresh and tasty. The fries were very good considering Wendy's isn't my favorite fry. Cleanliness is about average for Wendy's. If you don't like this Wendy's you probably won't like any Wendy's.

We got fuel here at the Pilot station and thought a Frosty would be just the thing to tide us over until we got to Steamboat Springs. The frosty was good but the place is really dirty and had drug deals and prostitution going on in parking lot. Would probably skip this place if we are in the area again.

The oatmeal would be okay but it's got the cranberries added and not an added option like the brown sugar and pecans. So this morning's oatmeal isn't agreeing with my taste buds.

Filthy facilities, out of the first four things we tried to order, and workers who cannot read numbers on the tickets....if you're really hungry and don't care what you get, go here.

It's a Wendy's in a truck stop. Don't expect white table clothes here. Actually the place is not all that bad. The service was pretty fast and my sandwich tasted alright. Steven's salad was not so great though. It was kind of wilty and the lettuce looked like it just got ripped to pieces to make a salad which was originally intended for the sandwiches. I have been to other Wendy's were the salads taste much better but since this location is probably considered a satellite location they don't have all menu items available like a regular Wendy's restaurant so they are just making do with what they have available to them so you will have to make do as well.... unless it is a big enough deal you have to find the actual restaurant in town and drive from one end to other to get to it.

Tried to order here a week ago, but between the cashier and manager, they couldn't tell me what the price of a combo was by size. Weird. Just as well, since I spied a few flies buzzing around behind the counter. Figured it must not be a clean operation, but paid it a visit a couple mornings ago, and it got worse. They tread to sneak an upcharge on my meal onto my gift card, and claimed (a)?they couldn't adjust it, after claiming (b) that it's "tax" (18 percent?), and (c) accused me of being "rude" for flatly asking them to check the math get to the root of the issue (by a cook who was apparently mouthing insults and obscenities from the kitchen after the manager was called. When I demanded a refund upon seeing that it would not get resolved otherwise, they asserted that it would be put back on my card, with a receipt of the transaction (provided), but I just discovered that they really didn't process an effective refund, now that I try to use my card at a different Wendy's. It's a relatively minor rip-off, but it might pay to avoid Wendy's gift cards until they fix whatever they have going wrong (sketchy staff), and avoid this Wendy's for a good long while. It is also rare to not see an employee on break smoking by or near the restaurant entrance: is that a company policy?
