Food was good. Had boneless wings with Carmel salt sauce (excellent) and a Nacho Burger for main course (even better). I had an issue with a TV showing my game and when I sent in a complaint online, I received a call from the manager within 3 hours on a Sunday. Absolutely unheard of--best customer service ever!!

The service here can be really spotty, especially in the bar area. I had to ask for my ticket three times before I got it and my friend had to ask four times. This was on a dead Tuesday evening. This week, a friend of mine accidentally left his debit card at the restaurant, and it was placed in the safe at the restaurant for safe-keeping. Great, right? Not exactly. He discovered that three plane tickets had been booked on his card, and $400 had been taken from his savings. Wow. Please screen your employees more carefully.

Food was good but the music was so loud we could not visit. I do not see why they have to have the music turned up so loud. We wanted to have a relaxing meal and visit a little bit. I do not think we will go back if they are going to keep their music so loud.

The good, door greater was very nice and the food was warm. That's it! The bad, seater was very rude. Said "here's the table" and walked away. Our waitress appeared to only have 4 tables. Two before we arrived and one after. We were not even acknowledged until after she took table number fours order which was literally right next to ours. In total it was about 20 minutes before being acknowledged. It was then approximately 30 minutes before the food arrived. The girl serving the food was not our waitress. She apparently didn't care about us at all. She dropped the food off and walked away. We needed silverware! We did not see our waitress for roughly 5 minutes. The food was warm and tasted good. There was very little contact from anyone for refills, etc. When finished the waitress brought us someone else's check. From arriving to leaving we were there for just over 1.5 hours. With two children it was not much fun. Not recommended...

Buffalo Wild Wings has to have the worst service in town. Go in at anytime and look at the ten waitresses standing around talking and not doing their jobs. I am not surprised that this business is lucky to have 5 tables at once for dinner. Absolutely garbage.

I am so so disappointed. We first sat down like normal and waited at least 7 minutes to even be greeted. Then once we had a waitress notice we where there we had to wait 8 minutes for our first beer. A very nice manager came over and asked how long we had waited. She did speed up the process of getting our beer. We ordered our appetizer and wings and a burger. The food came all at once :( bummer... The burger was great and so was the queso dip. The wings how ever where horrible. Cold. Stale and crappy. Waitress was very nice and trying but the whole experience sucked :(

Wait Staff has very little customer service. 2x in one week had to say something to the management. Manager corrected right away and I'm satisfied with that - but shouldn't have had to once, let alone twice in one week. Food is good, wings are way overpriced, even for Wyoming. Wait times are not usually ever too long, been coming since they opened and have waited a maximum of 10 minutes. Lots of tvs, great for games and events. Activity pads for kids are great - helps keep them occupied.

I had 15 traditional wings. Half buffalo half spicy garlic. My wings we're a little over cooked and crispy , but I would rather have them Like that then on the other side of the spectrum. My wings came out very fast and were kinda small probably to being overlooked and were kinda cold. I'm guessing they had the wings cooked in large batches waiting to be tossed in sauce . I had cheesecake bites for dessert ( which were pretty good , probably wouldn't get again) and they took forever to come out , but they were busy. I wasn't impressed with this BW3's however since they just opened maybe it will get better once they get things going for a longer period, but it was not horrible. I have eaten at worst Buffalo Wild Wings and Better Buffalo Wild Wings. BW3's seems to be inconsistent in general and is why I stopped going to them in general.
