My family and I were in Casper this past weekend (June 6th and 7th) and ate here Saturday evening. We were seated right away and had our drink orders taken within the first 2 minutes of being seated. We all ordered "breakfast" items for dinner. Our server was great and was on top of drinks and any needs throughout our entire experience. The food was all prepared well. This was the best IHOP experience and probably our best dining service experience ever. Our server did note that this store has recently been put under new management. My family and I will definitely visit this store again the next time we visit Casper.

Its IHop.I think everyone knows what to expect ! Our server Zack was great, very friendly, we were waiting for food for a long time, but he kept checking on us. Making sure we had everything else before our food arrived.

Came in at 7:30am. Was seated within 5 mins. Server came within 5 mins. Ordered food and asked for extra crispy hash browns. Plate came with regular hash. Asked them to make it more crispy. They came back with something more crispy but still not crispy all the way through as I had requested. Third time it came out it was perfect! (Sorry but I hate soggy hash browns.) No complaints on the server I had. She was efficient and hard-working. The manager served as host and he was very nice. The restaurant was clean. Didn't go to the bathroom so can't write about that. Food was your typical IHOP. What do you expect? Just wanted to write that their service isn't as bad as others have written about.

The store has changed managers and has reinvented itself. The waitresses actually move instead of aimlessly wandering. The service was fast and the food was excellent and actually hot unlike many other restaurants. It's become our go to place.

The best part of my last visit there, was being promptly seated. After that it took 30 or minutes to get my food. If the food had come even 2 minutes later I would have left in order to get work on time. Also the pancakes and scrambled eggs were over cooked. Won't be back anytime soon (next 100 years).

I come for there wonderful breakfast . I just love a crepe, French toast , and cakes. With fruit toppings. I just love love it. But unfortunately I would probably agree with most of Prior to mine. There service pretty much sucks. They always new and just flat out suck. But food is good :-)

Just here for pancakes and off the road for a bit, one thing if you don't know a area, you find a ihop and it becomes so familiar, they are all the same, some have staff that is better then others, but this one had a friendly staff

Worst service I have ever had at any restaurant. Our waitress, Meagan W. Attempted to put it off on the "new girl" who was "supposed" to be our waitress.. The only flaw in that story is the manager called to the hostess, that is going to be Meagan's table.. We waited 30 minutes to be greeted.. Another 5 min to actually get our drinks and then 40 min for our food. She then proceeded to say "you guys must have been really hungry" after we are our food quickly because our wait was so long. Needless to say she did not get a tip and was almost stiffed completely. Oh one more detail.. There were only 5 tables in the building. Very slow. Will not be back!

Horrible service. I stood at the server station for 5 minutes while staff dilly dallied around. There were many open tables one of which was being used by staff for break. Made eye contact several times but was never even acknowledged. Finally had to give up and leave. I should have looked at the previous yelp reviews prior to my feeble attempt to get dinner. Lesson learned.

I give them a star for being open and having a clean dining area. After being seated it a long time to get started with just drinks. The coffee seemed to be some type of instant, not so good very bitter. After waiting for 45 minutes we finally received our food. My wife had a pancake and an egg. She said it tasted ok. I had French toast , eggs and hashbrowns with turkey bacon. I have eaten a lot of places and figured you cannot mess up eggs. Guess what you can. The eggs were a strange runny consistency with no flavor. The hashbrowns were also some kind. Of mystery potatoes, could not eat either. The turkey bacon was I am sure some kind of jerky shooter mix of something . I am sorry for such a bad review but they have a long ways to go to get a good review . Instead of IHOP it was Itripped.

Agree with previous reviewers, service is very slow. Seated right away, ordered at 9:22am, 9:35am we were advised of "technical difficulties" with the grill, food for table of 4 arrived at 10:02am (40 minutes). Hash browns were cooked perfectly but didn't redeem the experience.

After the re-open of Ihop in Casper WY we decided to try it again... There were several empty tables but the wait was about 30 minutes?!?!? So needless to say we didn't eat there and will not be going back.... We wouldn't have left if there truly wasn't a place to sit but everybody waiting could've of been placed at a table! Very poor business and if the practice continues Ihop won't survive a second time.

We went there this morning. First off the booths are filthy! I was afraid to lean on the backrest, a guy was scrubbing the tile outside of the kitchen in the middle of a busy period making the floor very wet and unsafe for staff or patrons going to the restroom. It took forever for a waitress to come by and when she did she kept saying sorry. It took about another half hour for our food to arrive. I got steak tips, they had a strange sweet taste to them. The waitress dropped the bill off and told us she would be our cashier when we were ready. We sat forever staring at it then finally decided to go stand by the register to be more obvious. Another table joined us. More people came in to eat and were left standing with all of us, so there were about 10 people standing at the front. After 15 minutes our waitress came back up apologizing. As soon as we got home i had to take some pepto. Needless to say, we will not be back.
