Live music in the lounge, dinner buffet, western shoot outs in the evening and friendly wait staff. No complaints here.

Tourists beware! Terrible food and even worse service. I got the rocky mt trout and it was a breaded, over cooked nightmare with a face still on it. My husband got the prime rib which was way overlooked. We then waited for our check over 10 minutes, even having to ask for it. It was also very dirty, the carpet, tables, glass wear. The only positive is that the Irma is a neat historic spot. My advice take a picture of the historic bar but spend your money elsewhere.

The service was terrible. We ordered breakfast off the menu which was our first mistake. We should have ordered the buffet! We ordered food and sat waiting for an hour. The waitress,if you call her that, said she would be right back with our food. We waited another 15 minutes and still no food. Finally decided to just get up and leave. Never did that before!!!! They have a new chef and he obviously can not do his job. I spoke to the man at register and he said he would check on what was going on. He never left the register.!!!i I will never go there again!

If you just want a great slab of prime rib this is the place all of the other items pretty much suck! It is a all you can eat place! The service was ok if you spoke Russian.

The food is decent, but not great, but if you're driving through on your way to or from Yellowstone, it's a must. The atmosphere and history are fantastic and authentic. I've only had breakfast, and it's probably a three-star breakfast. The buffet is decent and the menu food is as well, but it's not great. I do recommend the bread pudding with whiskey sauce (be warned, the whiskey is STRONG) and the biscuits and gravy. If only they didn't use powdered eggs for their scrambled eggs! The device is also decent - no delays, polite waitress, but not warm. It's such an iconic place, though, and the food nearby or in the park is definitely not better.

As far as Buffet places go it was pretty good. They had good potatoes and gravy, and a variety of well cooked protein to choose from. Two in out party ordered off of the regular menu it was ok. The buffalo burger with a little extra salt and pepper was tasty. The ribeye its was cooked well but under seasoned. The service was friendly and the historical value of the location was fun.

Terrible service, just OK food. Went through on the way to Yellowstone and decided to attend Dan miller country music review. We were offered a package deal that included a prime rib buffet before the show. When we arrived at the dining room we were not greeted. The place was in chaos. Food was running out on the buffet but tasted ok. Nothing to write home about. What really bothered us was the attitudes of the staff. No smiles, no hellos, just grouchy people with sour faces.

Over priced bad food. Most staff were not friendly. The only possible thing was the decor. I think they have no motivation to improve anything because people come for the historical place not the food, but I know most people like us won't be back. This is a place that can go on food network's show Restaurant Impossible, so chef Robert can come in and tell them that they should be ashamed of themselves to sell this kind of garbage for money!

3 of us in today late afternoon lunch doing, unusual, the buffet because of time short. Was real good as buffets go. We plan breakfast here tomorrow. Busy lunchtime today. Beautiful inside area, and outside as well. Will return.
