Shari's, I give you the full five stars because you were just what I needed. Kind wait staff, a large kettle of coffee, and a delicious breakfast. I ate the majority of it, only leaving jam because I eat my eggs with toast. We drove up from Boulder to Cheyenne to grab brunch and Shari's popped up like a beacon of hope. It completely delivered without the sickly, post-diner indigestion. High on the calories but packs a powerful punch if you are going out to adventure. Overall: Clean, prompt, good attention, and valuable food service.

Average or a little below The food was just OK. Given the shortage of America style restaurants open for lunch, this was our goto, while visiting the area. Our meals were hot and plentiful and just what I've come to expect. We've eaten at several in the Seattle area & this one keep us fueled. If you go there, be sure to save room for pie. The wait staff were extremely attentive & friendly, a behavior we enjoy. If we're ever in the area again, definitely will return. So if it's American food you're after be sure to stop by.

The food is excellent! Diner style breakfast is great all day. Even the entrées are well prepared. The service is a little slow though and that's why I give them 4 stars. However for eating out in Cheyenne, this place has everything you need to be satisfied.

We just had dinner salads, one being their special blackberry pulled pork. May sound a little strange but it was delicious. Blackberry cobbler just delivered. Wonderful!

I LOVE a good breakfast place. And this is an EXCELLENT one. I ordered their cream of asparagus soup but sadly it got sold out (that attests to the demand that product has). The manager personally came to our table to apologize for its unavailability. The service is great. You ask for more caramel on your french toast; no questions asked, they give you the whole bottle. I ordered the eggs benedict and they just made it utterly orgasmic. If our waiter wasn't so on point on clearing our table of empty plates, I would have licked mine clean.

This place is great for kids and families, and we have had pretty good meals late at night, and at a Sunday brunch time. It's what you'd expect from a 24-hour sit-down place. Good portions, friendly servers, and fairly priced menu items. The menu is varied with helpful pointed out options for healthier fare. Triangular shaped crayons for kids so they don't roll off the table? Genius! The French dip was tasty but not the best quality meat, and the breakfast food is all yummy. Try the steak (not excellent quality also, but good) and eggs with a side of French toast, or a quiche. Pretty fast service, even when busy. We don't crave this place but for a quick bite or when IHOP has a 45 minute wait, we like to come here. Try it! Our only big complaint? We wish they had a liquor license. ;) A mimosa availability would have me here every weekend.

This place is AWFUL! Do Not go and accept this terrible service! Even the manager is in denial and so rude. He actually just hung up on me.

I love sheris. Always have. We went in yesterday and I had a cuban for lunch. Sooooo good. My fiancé had a burger that was burnt with burnt bacon and a burnt egg. Made me sad because I was bragging about them always being consistently good. The wait staff was not as attentive as I thought they should have been. All in all it was decent.

I've been to this Shari's several times and have always had good service. The only complaint I have is that the food can be a little better. The pancakes I ordered were not golden brown, they were of a dark brown. Also, the mozzarella sticks were all all stuck together and were basically a ball of cheese.

Upon first impression you feel like you just walked into a village inn. The 24 hours makes you doubtful, but as soon as I tasted the homemade jam I was sold. I had a basic breakfast of eggs, bacon, hash browns and toast. The bacon was a little over cooked but its applewood and def better than the wafer thin slices you get at a chain. I don't normally mess with the toast but the homemade jam was fabulous. I always order my hash browns extra crispy and they come out just like everyone else's most of the time. The cook here however cared enough to answer my request with super crisp but somehow not burned perfect hash browns. They were the best cooked browns I have ever had. Crispy delicious!! Overall, there is nothing crazy fancy about this place. It is your usual breakfast joint that is doing the simple things better than most. I believe this may be my new breakfast place.

Good Basic food at a great price. Recommend the Spinach Cobb Salad

I like the Sharis atmosphere. I think the waitstaff can sometimes be a bit slow. The food is great. The restroom is clean. Unfortunatley the Shairs on Del Range closed down so not much choice. The price is reasonable.

When I was a little girl, my grandmother frequently treated me to strawberry pancakes at Shari's. Now whenever I'm traveling, I stop by an enroute Shari's for the nostalia. This location was pretty identical to every other location: the same upholstery, the same pie cases, and the same not-quite-clean feeling. The pancakes were exactly the same, and the frozen strawberries were still a little colder than I'd really like them. I considered it a satisfactory trip. My travel companion, however, did not have a satisfactory meal. Her fried steak was still _cold_ in the middle when she'd requested "medium-well." She sent it back to the kitchen, and it came back just on the slightly warm side of rare. The manager was kind enough to remove the meal from our ticket. Just stick to the pancakes and pie. They're tasty and hard to under-cook.

It's a Shari's. You get good food, reasonably priced, fairly quickly. I've never had any meal other than breakfast here I have found those to be tasty and well prepared. It's a good place to keep in mind when the rodeo comes to down as it is on the edge of town and far from stadium. In other words, you have a chance of getting a table. They have Wi-Fi. It's slow, but it's there and it's free.

I've ate at this Shari's several different times. Normally every time the service has been really good and attentive. That being said, the food has always been blah. Its not necessarily bad, just very blah. Like its missing a little something to throw it over the edge. I've ate food from both their breakfast and dinner menus, and it all tastes the same. The prices here are comparable to a Denny's or IHOP. My wife loves their dessert here, and I must say, its very good. If you just want some dessert, this is the place for you to go.

I thought the service was pretty good. The food on the other hand had much room for improvement. I ordered an omelet and pancakes. The omelet was dry and was hanging over the edge of the plate so that it touched the table when it was delivered. I also discovered an onion slice under my stack of pancakes, even though my meal should not have had any onions on it. On the other hand, the pancakes were very tasty.
