Chinese Cuisine
The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.
Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.
There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.

I have always enjoyed the concept and like watching them cook the food! I got the large bowl and hat plenty to take home! I got it extra hot and was sweating!!

I'm not sure if there are new owners or what but this place is horrible. The food line is always messy with food everywhere even if it's slow when you go in, the food always runs out and they dont restock, there is always food on the floor that needs to be cleaned up but the waitresses are too busy texting to care, and then last and worst of all are the cooks. They are rude and never cook the food enough. They dont heat the grill up long enough before cooking the food either. The last time i went in the cook had just sprayed the grill with cleaner and not even five minutes later cooked someones food and didnt even let the grill heat up first. Sad to say but I won't be returning.

This place was okay. I would go back when I'm in the mood for something different. They have a buffet of different raw veggies, meats and noodles, You pick up the size bowl you want and stuff it with as much and as high as you can, then add spices and sauces to your taste and hand it to the cook and they grill it right in front of you. I thought is was tasty and at least it was cooked fresh. I've been disappointed with all the chinese restaurants in Cheyenne so this is the best one I can recommend and it is just okay.

Awful. People are not friendly and food is not good. It would be nice if they told you you only get one bowl, I would have put more food in my bowl. I went in hungry and left hungrier. Grill guys don't talk. If u got time go to huhot in fort Collins. I guarantee a better experience. If u don't have time for that go somewhere else. Coworker says worst place on earth.

I've been eating here since I was in high school years ago and it's as good now as it was then. I love their hot pepper oil.

The concept is simple: fill up your bowl with veggies, meat, sauce, and spices; then the cook will throw it on the grill and cook it up for you. The problem is, the food never tastes very good, at least not as good if the food was prepared by a chef. I think most people go because they think this is what Asian stir-fry is supposed to be. The meat is often tough, and the veggies are cooked inconsistently (some cooked well, while others almost raw).

food looks and smells good, but is a big let down when you actually eat. The unanimated cooks throw your food on the grill and wash all the sauce off with a big squirt bottle of water, then walk around the grill with a big wooden stick and just kind of push it along, like they are donkeys harnessed to an old flour mill. I don't know if this is a pity dance for tips, or if they just don't care? If you HAVE to have "cooked noodles mixed with other stuff" kind of meal and your in Cheyenne, 1.Go to Ft. Collins 2. go to a Chinese food place 3. at the very least get it to go

My wife loves this place... I've held off going back for a good 6 months at least. Concept is simple enough: grab whatever size bowl you like and stuff it full of a wide variety of veggies, meat, noodles, and sauce. Take your bowl up to the "griller" , and he cooks it up for you. Easy enough... I just don't like it. Never have, never will. If this setup is your thing, you will probably like it. I just think they could offer a little more.
