The stars are for the nice people and atmosphere. The manager was kind and greeted us at the door. The hostess ensured the table was to our liking. Our waitress Amanda was GREAT! The food was ok. Not great. Don't get mozzarella sticks. The wings were pretty good though. We mainly ate appetizers as we were here to watch some football. We are definitely coming back!

Great pizza, great wings, chicken quesadillas to die for. Hostesses have something to be desired and aren't very accommodating. Jordana and Mary are awesome waitresses!

The food is here is awful frozen junk, I am pretty sure I have seen some of it at Sams. I guess if all you want to do is drink a beer and watch a game it is good but if you ever plan to eat you are in for a disapointment.

I guess I should start with the good and end with the bad. Similar to my last visit, and I mean LAST visit to Jackson's. First off our server was so sweet, prompt, and constantly topped off our beverages, and made sure we had everything we needed. She was also "new and annoying" according to the brats that also worked there that myself and others at the table could hear as they were standing by the drink fountains gossiping. It's sad to think you can't even get away from a bully at work. Anyway, she did great, and frankly she was about the only good thing about our visit. I can sort of understand that the food is most likely aimed at people watching a sporting event, or so drunk the food doesn't matter, but as far as I'm concerned that seems like a cop-out. If you're a sports bar the food doesn't have to be good, but if you're a sports bar and grill, it should be. The kiddos at our table both ordered mini corn dogs, and they both had to be sent back because they were so overcooked/burnt and the hot dogs inside were so hard they couldn't even bite through them. That seems like a pretty crummy job in the kitchen. On to the next issue, I had a salad and mashed potatoes. The salad was ok, not overly fresh, and nothing special at all. The mashed potatoes, while I will give them credit for being real potatoes, the fact they were cold and smothered in white gravy from a packet that was so cold it became gelatinous on top of the spuds was deplorable. How does that happen? Aside from sitting out WAY to long, there's no other explanation. Another person at the table had a salad which looked ok, and the final meal at the table was a sampler platter which was just frozen chicken strips, cheese sticks, onions rings all fried to order, and frankly how can you mess that up. The wings looked pretty good, but just like everyone else's. All in all the conclusion I've come to is if I ever go back, which probably won't happen, I'll probably just order an app instead of a meal, because this is the second time I've had a poor meal here, and don't feel like giving the third strike.

Great place for beer and a game. Service is ok and very busy on game day! Food is decent, wings are pretty good!!

Now THIS was a sports bar!! Tons of TV's, oceans of cold beer, and sincere, friendly smiles from both customers and the staff. I got in there late, so they were about to close, but the 3 beers I had along with the conversation, made me a bit sad that I didn't find this place earlier. I know nothing of their food, since I came in late, but I bet it falls right in with the typical sports bar stuff you get when you're watching your team. Check them out and let others know about the food quality. The service and atmosphere were great!!
