Their hamburgers are great if the person making it knows what they are doing. When you watch the poorly train cook at the grill constantly poking holes in your beef patty to see if it is done there by letting out all of the juices thus making it very dry. The quality of the burgers at the Cheyenne restaurant is very inconsistent. Since I don't know what sort of burger I am going to get, I have stopped going.

The burgers are really good but the fries were soggy. It's too expensive for what you're getting. The don't have stuff for kids so there food ends up being the same price as an adult and they can only eat half of it.

I love 5 guys burgers. The place is good and the staff is very friendly. The portions are big, especially the fries! They are a little high but the burgers are worth it, good addition to the mall and Cheyene.

Five Guys is a great addition to Cheyenne. Restaurants consistently pop up all over Cheyenne, but few have a quality product like Five Guys. The staff has always been extremely pleasant and they have never messed up our order. The burgers are fabulous with lots of great topping choices and I like the fries even though my kids do not. One hint I would give when ordering is to go small on burgers and fries.
