It appeared based on all reviews that this was the answer to Vietnamese/Chinese food in Cheyenne...not in my opinion. The lunch "buffet" was pretty slim on everything at 1 pm. So the sesame chicken had bonded with the pan as it was leftover from the lunch crowd? The salad bar was limited in choices but fresh. The hot and sour soup fell flat on flavor and tasted bland. All dishes appeared to be Americanized Chinese; not one item was Vietnamese. Disappointing! I would not recommend for lunch if you have the buffet. I will try dinner in the future but it will not be soon.

Tasty Chinese Vietnamese food slightly americanfied in order to work in Wyoming. Staff very friendly we arrived at end of day and received excellent service 40 minutes before closing and were the only customers in the restaurant. Portions are huge but not out of line for Asian. Crispy duck was very good . Spring roles were tasty and served with plenty of fresh vegetable garnish. A very good meal.

I placed an online order for delivery. Once I received the order I discovered the drinks that I ordered were incorrect. I called in to get the mistake corrected and was told that it was my fault three separate times. I put a note into the system for diet drinks but apparently I need to put it in in all capital letters from what I'm guessing. Rude customer service and long delivery times for sub par food. I'll never order from this restaraunt again.

We were on a long road trip and this was the only place open that would deliver. The food we ordered was not very good except for the cream cheese wonton, they were very good. The sweet and sour pork and chow mein had little flavor and tasted old.

On a last minute road trip to south Dakota, googled Chinese.. I'm glad I did!!! Food was delicious, generous portions, the waitress was friendly and extremely helpful..

I was un-prepared for the amount of food you get. Got the family meal for 2 people delivered and it's enough for dinner for two nights. Everything tasted fantastic! I will definitely get food from there again.

Had the veggie lo mein and it was delicious.

Have eaten from here a few times. Always get delivery. The wait can be a bit long at times but that's probably due to the time of day we order. Worth the wait though. Good meals and pleasantly surprising to see extras like egg rolls. Also nice they throw in an order of cheese wontons if your online order totals over $25.

This is by far the best Chinese restaurant I have found in Wyoming. The food is decent, the prices are reasonable, and the staff is outstanding. Still nowhere near big city Chinese but it will definitely hold me over between trips back east.

This is the best oriental food in Cheyenne. Ordering on the internet is the best way to get what you want, and it is very affordable.

One of my favorite places! We eat here a few times a month. The curry, lemongrass and General Tso's are great main dishes with lots of flavor without too much salt/soy. Try ANY of the soups, and you won't be disappointed. The spring rolls are an amazing value as they are served with a mini-salad and rice noodles. Hands down, the best Asian food in Cheyenne.

My husband loves this restaurant! We have tried other chinese restaurants in town, but we keep coming back to this one. We always have excellent service and the food is always delicious. We will continue to recommend Dynasty Cafe to our friends.

Visiting my hometown and parents like it...now so do I. Got my dad to deviate from his standard order and got him hooked on the Volcano Shrimp. Ordered twice. I forgot to ask for the Chili Garlic Sauce to spice it up a bit so I was disappointed the second time. My fault. it is not spicy enough by itself.

Nothing short of Fantastic! Volcano shrimp and the seafood basket were amazing. Family owned, great prices! Though not a fancy dining establishment they deliver on authenticity, refined simplicity and a cultural experience for the tastebuds! I only wish they delivered to Denver

Got delivery on a Saturday night. Prompt service; price good. Now everything starts to go downhill fast. Ordered Crispy Noodles, Combination Lo Mein, and Crystal rolls. They were nice enough to include two fried egg rolls and two fried cheese wonton. Let's start with the egg rolls: bland, sandy taste; no spice, no kick, no flavor. Even the sweet and sour sauce couldn't help. Next, we move to the cheese wonton. I normally like these fried little bastards, but alas, Dynasty found a way to make the thickest, most tasteless version I have encountered in all my years of eating these deep fried artery cloggers. OK, enough with the free crap; on to the Crystal rolls. Sticky beyond handling; fell apart when touched; not rolled tightly enough, and what was with the tomato slice in the middle? I have eaten hundreds of these, and this qualifies at the most unfortunate attempt yet. The peanut sauce; I shall call it a paste, was as thick as cake icing, and well, just weird. Not a SAUCE at all. Bad, bad, bad. Now looking forward to the main courses. The crispy noodles again, bland. Sticky, flavorless. My wife and I tried some garlic salt, and the bites with garlic salt were edible, but our blood pressure was rising too fast to flavor it any longer. The Lo Mein. Ah, a basic staple of any good Chinese/Oriental etc. restaurant. Same old song and dance; bland, tasteless, gruel. Should be renamed DIE NASTY Cafe. Maybe we should give it another chance, NOT. IF you can't get one out of five items correct, there is no path to redemption for me. $27, including tip.
