Bison burger was great. Too big to pick up. Wind river blond beer was good. Quiet when we went at 4:45 after traveling all day. Good service.

I've been back a couple times since my original review in 2011, and hate to say, the service has become miserable. Not only is it inattentive, but it shouldn't take an hour to cook a burger to MR. I also shouldn't have to argue with the server about getting thousand island dressing for my burger. To top it off, the food has been really inconsistent. Burgers ordered "pink" come out well done, apps hitting the table after the mains. Disappointing direction they've gone

The food was ok; but service lacked. Not busy - took forever to be acknowledged, to get a menu & even longer waiting for our ticket. I have to wait 30 mins just to give you my money? That is sick & wrong. Done eating at 2:55, it is now 3:25 & still waiting. Wont be back any time soon.

Primetime is a hard place to review. We go here a LOT for games. Which is the only real way to go there, as your meal is going to be about a football game long. This restaurant has a SERIOUS problem organizing their kitchen. Orders seem to come out one at a time and very slow, as though they are cooking one burger or order of wings at a go in the back. EXPECT a 90 minute meal if the place is empty. Other than that? Great food. Very good wings, above average burgers that stand out in casper for sure, big, high quality pizzas... Dining room is almost always very clean, with lots of space and TVs Bar has a good beer list Sunday wing specials are great! This place would be a jam-packed local treasure if they were just a TINY bit more organized/fast

I think this place actually deserves a 2.5. I've made about 10 visits as it's close to my house. About 7 of those visits I order the exact same thing. If Earnie is there you can expect good service and your order to be correct. If he is not there it's useless to request your meat cooked anything other than brick statues because never fail that is what is going to happen. I've noticed that often the wait staff does not bother to enter your preferences in on the ticket. And often they don't even give you a ticket so you can verify what your paying for. However, as I mentioned before, the entire experience is different of Earnie is behind the bar. If this place had cheaper prices that may make up for the lack of service. But it never seems to be that busy so I don't understand why simple orders get messed up half of the time.

My rating is based on several visits. For the restaurant side the food is good. I love their sweet potato fries and vegetable sandwich. The service is good but a little on the slow side. The bar is a different story, there always seems to be new and very clueless bartenders. I once ordered a Long Island and almost puked when I took a sip of what seemed to be straight whiskey. Not sure why there is not regular staff back there. I think I'll stick to draft beer next time.

Went here with my boyfriend on a saturday afternoon around 4 after some skiing. Burger was great. I had just a good ol' cheeseburger and it hit the spot. Great bun, excellent french fries - for what they do at primetime, they do it well. Ate at the bar and we each had a couple of beers. Service is really friendly, but surprisingly slow. Took a little patience to get our food and drink order in although we truly were not in a rush. We got our beers and then waited a little too long for those burgers to come out, i'd say at least 35-40mins, but it sounds like they know that had been a problem and are working on speeding up the kitchen. Luckily they have all those big screen tv's to distract you! All in all it was a good burger, yummy steak-style fries, and friendly staff. We'll be back.

Took my wife there this past weekend because I wanted a good burger and they say they are the best. There burgers are good I have to say but the fries were a little lacking. Now the onion rings, although not enough, were very good. My wife was about to send here bacon burger back because they didn't put any bacon on it until she bit into it and realized it was cooked inside the patty. I took a bite and there was plenty of bacon flavor cooked right in the meat. Good thing they have several TVs to watch and I had good company with me because it did take about 25 minutes to get our burgers. The wait staff was attentive and my overall impressions of the place were good. I would go back but skip the fries and get the onion rings instead.

Okay maybe they were haveing bad day??? First ordered a tom collins and the bartenders (a couple chicks who seemed to have no clue) gave me a deer in the headlights blank stare... so I told them how to make it and they then tried to call people to see how to make it... After they made it ..it was wrong. A Tom Collins is not a gin and tonic people! I DID NOT WANT A SECOND that was for certain. Ordered burgers which they in themselves was good but the bacon on mine was undercooked and very much like chewing gum...so I took that off. Ordered sweet potato fries and got beer battered..I ate them and gave up trying to get the right anything. My husbands burgers was fine and it was nice to see the mushrooms on his were actually sauteed fresh not canned which so many places in town seem inclined to use. It took 1 hour for 2 people to get burgers..and after we were done another 1/2 hour to get our check. What lesson learned we will not go there for lunch as it seems that is when the amatuers work.

Update: working through dinner last night, we decided to try Prime Time for a meal and to catch the last half of a U WYO football game. The place was crowded with fans but there were still tables available so seating was not a problem. The room is clean and well-lit. Variety of seating options from the bar counter to low tables, high tables etc. Their menu advertises "the Best Burgers in the State". Well that's quite a claim so my husband and I decided to each have a burger and a glass of wine. Our waitress came over immediately after we were seated to take our order but the wait on the kitchen was interminable. The waitress came by after half an hour or so to apologize and say they had to quick-fire two orders of wings first so our wait for two hamburgers was about 45-50 minutes. I had the $ 9.35 Mushroom-Swiss and sweet potato fries. My burger was nice, served open face. The fries were not quite as crisp as I would have liked but they were okay. My husband had the $ 9.95 Stuffed American BBQ Bacon Burger with Beer batter Fries. His meat patty was highly oversalted. The BBQ sauce was more like ketchup it wasn't very good nor was there much of it at all. The bun was not toasted and the BBQ sauce made it quite soggy so he didn't eat the bun. His would have liked his fries to have been cooked a little more too. We each had a glass of house wine @ $4.50 apiece Total for our meal for two burgers w fries and two glasses of wine was $28.30 before tax and tip. Summary: Adequately clean atmosphere with plenty of t.v.s for viewing the games. Quick and friendly wait staff; but overpriced, hit and miss food that has room for improvement in speed getting it out of the kitchen, lackluster quality; and a rocks charge (see previous review)

Me and a friend went to eat here. We both ordered the fish and chips (made from walleye). My friend bit into hers and spit it out as I was chewing mine and being grossed out. It tasted REALLY fishy. We tried to send it back as we had not ate ANY of it. Out comes the manager to tell us it's "impossible" for it to be bad and it must be an acquired taste. I like seafood, I had swordfish with lobster butter sauce the night before at Poorboys. There was something WRONG with this fish. She proceeded to tell me she could not offer me a discount as I had offered to pay for our drinks and the cold fries. After being insulted and argued with, including me telling her I am not paying for something I am scared to eat, she said "fine, it's free" and stormed off. All I can say is wow. I have never been treated like that. I don't send food back ever but this was bad. Then to have argued with me and create a scene I was blown away! I called the owner after leaving and left a message. That was 2 hours ago and still no call. Beware!

We ate here on a Friday evening when the place was pretty busy. We did find a table but waited at least 20 minutes before anyone who worked there even acknowledged us. The food took a very long time and the waitress was so busy running here and there and everywhere except to our table. Bummer too, because the burgers were truly very good and the blue cheese buffalo wings were excellent. I don't care how good your food is, if your service isn't good, we don't generally return.

Slow, slow, slow service. Four servers working and only one was a doing all the work. This place has really gone down hill since they originally opened. Servers are lazy and unprofessional. Don't waste your time and money at this place.

It's a shame there's not a 'zero' option for stars. The food is decent but it's ruined by the terrible service. I've never felt like I was inconveniencing a food server just by showing up. Unfortunately this isn't just one server, it has happened every time I've been in. I would recommend ANYWHERE else...

Love this place, especially since it's non smoking. What a difference!!! We had great food, service was a little slow but they are busy and I noticed they were advertising for help. But the beer was good and cold, and we enjoyed our trip there. Will definetely go again!
