We went in here for lunch - a vegetarian and a wheat-free eater. There was enough food for both of us. I enjoyed the mussels - not slathered with mayonnaise like lots of places do - easier to eat a lot of them. Good fish. Tasty mushrooms, not laced with soy sauce (and some that were, if that's what you'd like). The fruit selection was pretty sparse, and the ranch dressing tasted more like thin mayonnaise than proper ranch. There were very tasty fried bananas. Hard boiled egg halves, undeviled. Reasonable egg-drop soup. Homemade sriracha sauce. Tiny potatoes baked with cheese. Rice noodles with vegetables. They had three types of hard ice cream - vanilla, strawberry and what may have been pistachio. Just ordinary ice cream, but edible, unlike the last place I ate where they had soft-serve perfumed sugar water. A few cakes, steamed buns, the obligatory bananas with jello sauce. And the usual meat and vegetable dishes, and deep-fried things. Not expensive - a 50 cent discount for the old, and no charge for tea, though apparently they do charge extra for sodas. This restaurant didn't overdo the salt and fat as many places do. There were lots of customers when we went in for lunch. I wouldn't hesitate to eat here again.

The food is decent but some of it when I went was not really hot enough. The rice they had out had been out for a while and was hard. The chicken and brocoli was good. The desserts were not. Service was good.

Sorry, this place changes how they make things so frequently. Had some sesame chicken and every bite was breaded chicken fat. Egg rolls are good. They keep food counter clean but when you drive off you can see the kitchen isn't!

A bit tired of the Chinese Buffets that Gillette has to offer...you know, the ones with chicken, chicken, and more chicken - we decided we'd try out luck with this little gem while we were visiting Casper. Going on a Saturday we braced for the place to be busy, but to our surprise it was nice and calm. The staff didn't seem to know what to do with our large party and looked at us very confused, but they were friendly nonetheless. There was a decent selection of food, all looking very fresh, though some of it wasn't very warm. The sesame chicken was some of the better I've had at a buffet, as were the pot stickers. The dessert cakes were fine, though the scooping method for the ice cream didn't seem very sanitary with the scoops sitting in cloudy dishes of water. It's a decent price for everything, though unlike other buffets your drink isn't included in the price of your meal. Oh well!

I love this restaurant! People complain about the food but I'm a Chinese eating foo and this place definitely meets my needs! Idc what they use whether it be gofer, dog, cat or the road kill off of 2nd.. on a stick it's delicious! I love the jello, peanut butter chicken, pot stickers, and the sticky rice is made perfect!! I eat here whenever I get a chance.

Dragon wall definitely gets 5 stars for a Chinese buffet. They have a great selection and everything seemed fairly fresh. I really enjoyed the peanut butter chicken. They have a fruit/ jello bar along with all the Chinese food regulars. I will most certainly recommend and return myself.

I'm actually a pretty big fan of Dragon Wall. On my vacations in Wyoming, Ive found it to be a nice place with a casual feel and hey its hard to beat the price for a buffet! A nice family run business, Dragon Wall has all the staples of a Chinese buffet- Steamed and fried rice, spring rolls, egg drop soup, and a vast array of Chicken and beef dishes. For a large family, or a group just wanting to get some good Chinese food, it's the kind of friendly place that wont break the bank, and wont give you the evil eye for getting more than 2 plates at a supposed "all you can eat buffet" ( Ive heard of such places and am pleased to say this buffet isn't like that). I wont say its a very well formal place. It's not and so if thats what you're going for I don't recommend it. I would also say that for all the Asian foods they have I do find it a bit odd that you can get fried chicken and cake as well. That having been said for the picky children Ive eaten with this went over well. Anyway, if you're a fan of Chinese food and casual dining give it a try!

Absolutely disgusting. They're currently closed down due to horrid inspection reports.

I have eaten here 3-4 times while visiting Casper on business. The food is very good and the prices are reasonable. I don't remember the name of the entrees I have had but they were shrimp dishes and they were very tasty. Service was very good. Overall, a better Chinese food experience than I expected in the middle of Wyoming.

This is the only Chinese Buffet in town. The nice thing is they put crab out for dinner. Otherwise, go to the frozen food section and cook up the same stuff on this buffet.

This beats fast food, for being in Wyoming, but I have definitely had better.

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
