Its a solid old school diner. Local hangout. Kids loved their pancakes. Service good. We liked it and would return.

Main Street Diner, just as great as always!

Decent, quaint little place with friendly service but the food was just so so. Not sure why the others seemed to like it so well by giving it decent reviews. I wouldn't recommend eating here. I ate with 3 others and no one enjoyed their meal.

Thanks to Yelp stopped here on our way to Yellowstone. Would never have found it otherwise. Very good food, great service and well priced. Had the fish and chips special and it was great. Fish was crispy and not over battered. My partner had a juicy hamburger and potato soup that tasted like a stuffed baked potato. Very pleased.

Tom's main street diner is a must stop for those of you passing through the beautiful town of Buffalo! 5 years ago I stopped here on a road trip and it was totally worth it. Tom in fact was there making the best breakfast ever. Tom has since retired, and the atmosphere is nothing like what Tom had created, but it is an authentic small town diner, with great breakfast! Kids on summer vacation are going to love this place!

Pasted through in 2005 and since long to eat there daily. Their burger was the best I ever had! Also their Potato Bacon Leek soup, back then-the best ever! Ownder was cooking and checked on us, while at the grill. A locals place, where you feel at home. I tell people to stop in, if their heading out that way. My next trip out west, this place is a must stop at!

Becky and I come to Buffalo every year and eat at the Main Street Diner. Sit at the counter near the cook(chef) and watch an artist at work! He's fun grumpy! Oh, yeah, the breakfast is pretty good, too!

Blueberry pancakes are LEGIT! Big size, good batter, fresh bloobs --- so good. Blueberry syrup was delicious as well: not too sickly-sweet like many flavored syrups can be. Not sure where the negative reviews are coming from? I think maybe these people aren't realizing they are in a small town in Wyoming and perhaps are bringing some attitude in the door?

Good breakfast. Had corn beef hash and a side pancake. Great service. Would eat here again.

Disregard star never got to eat waitress too busy wiping down counter with us sitting there. Cook sitting down in front window. Never aknowledged we were there.

Terrible attitude from the waitress - called to check breakfast times - told till10:45 showed up at 10:30 - as we opened door waitress very rudely yelled - no breakfast and lunch does not start for 20 minutes. Sat outside on a bench to find anothe spot -while searching my phone - 3 tourists from Britian went in the door and came out very quickly after getting the same treatment. If that is attitude of staff - I question if cooks attitude would be any better.

Great food, personable staff, good prices. What more could you want when you are hungry?
