I've only sampled this establishment's food once, and it was via the drive-thru so I can only comment on the food and service. I ordered a roast beef and turkey sub called the Freight Train, though I'm not confident I remember the name correctly. It was one of the best sandwiches I have had in a while. It was loaded with all the accoutrements and I subbed in pepper jack cheese. It was incredibly satisfying. The girls behind the window were friendly and assembled my food quickly. I am already looking forward to my next visit to Buffalo so I can sample more of the menu.

That was delicious!!! Two thumbs up! I believe that the breads were freshly baked, which made all the difference in taste! I got the hot pastrami sandwich with everything on it! One of the best sandwiches I've eaten. I highly recommend this place.

A bacon surprise! I can't recall (stoker maybe) the name of sandwich, but the jalapeno bacon was the highlight of this sub. It included turkey and pepper jack cheese, but wasn't a spicy and your choice of condiments. The turkey was middle of the road quality, but the 6 inch was huge and filling. There is no combo deal, so everything is ala carte, but chips were only a buck. The teens make this sandwich quick and tghere were lots of farming types in here discussing local stuff and downing huge 10 or 12 inch subs.

Fantastic sub shop! I eat here every time I'm in Buffalo, WY, which isn't often given the last time I was here was 9 years ago. Can't really go wrong with any of the subs. I'd recommend "The Stoker" if you are undecided or visiting for the first time.

Great food, fast service. Staying in town for a few days and found this place for lunch. Had Reuben sub one day and Gyro sub another time. Not your normal sub options (they have all the regular options as well) but both were very good. I'm picky about Reuben sandwiches and I'd order this one again. The Gyro was good too but the Tzatziki was a little light on flavor. Still a great sandwich. Subs come in all sizes/lengths too which is a nice option.

We were delighted with this place - so much so that we sought out one of the other 3 stores in Wyoming as we travelled through. We enjoyed "The Stoker" -- chicken, bacon and sub ingredients, the meatball sub and an Italian sub, all delicious. This is a local business started by 2 Wyoming guys who actually work in the stores, and it is heavily patronized by local people. The bread is outstanding -- they make it themselves and as a bread maker myself, I was quite impressed. This is not high cuisine, it is solid, fresh and delicious sandwich makings in a relaxed atmosphere. Nice people, tidy stores, great food. We had no issues with attitude or speed having our order filled -- maybe they've worked on this. I would go again without hesitation.

Great sub shop with a friendly staff. Not far off 90. We got four different sandwiches and they were all yummy.

Passing through from NJ to Yellowstone. We had two excellent sandwiches (chipotle veggie and chicken fajita) and the cauliflower cheese soup. It wasn't far off 90 and was a fresh and nice option for lunch. Quick service for to go.

Ok food but terrible service. was made to feel very uncomfortable while trying to order the girls were very snooty and unhelpful.

Good small town sub shop. Always get fast friendly service. Fresh bread and good amount of options. Stop every time I'm in town.

Amazed it took us 2,000 miles to finally reach a sub shop. Had no idea we'd find one in Wyoming. My turkey and cheese sub with lettuce and mayonnaise was pretty good. I know, its simple and hard to mess up, but that's why I order it. It tasted good and I would definitely go back if I was ever in the neighborhood. My only problem was with the wait! They're the first sub shop I've seen with a drive through and that's their big flaw. I don't think it works since the line was 10+ cars back. This delayed the orders inside a good 20 minutes. It was cheap though and allows for refills on drinks. Plenty of seats inside and spacious for people to not be covered by other patrons. It was a nice place but the wait brings it down! the food wasn't anything special but it was a breath of fresh air just seeing a deli.

The Breadboard has some of the best, if not the best, sandwiches I have ever had. The bread is wonderful, as are all of the toppings that went in between. Seriously, I can't over emphasize how great my sandwich was. The reason I did not give this place 5 stars is because it is pretty dumpy inside, including obnoxious signs around the place (written on plain pieces of paper with messages like "Do NOT put full cups in the trash!" - very classy). The service was, "okay," but nothing to write home about. I mean, this is a VERY small town and the Breadboard is right off the highway, the least they can do is offer the weary traveler and local resident alike some small town smiles and charm. I've met the owner twice - not a fan. All the other places I've eaten in Buffalo, WY (and there are a LOT for such a small town) have been beyond pleasant - this place, not so much. I would suggest getting your sandwich to go!

Basic sandwich bar. Tell the girl behind the counter what you want and she makes it. Period. Not much character, not much personality. Hey, it's a sandwich shop in Buffalo, WY and the iced tea receptacle has a faucet on it!

Teens with attitudes for employees. Sandwich was just o.k. go elsewhere. Oh yes, it was a few minutes before closing and they asked us to take our sandwiches to go. Apparently they could not do there end of day cleaning around us.

The locals sandwich shop! Definitely a needed change of pace from the traditional fast food restaurants! The best bread in town, and gotta love the friendly service!
