Italian Cuisine
The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.
Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.
If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.

Had the braised ribs and cheese ravioli (sorry don't remember the exact name). It was some of the best ravioli and ribs I've had in a long time, the portions were more than filling of both the ravioli and the ribs, the sauce was very delicious and the ameretto tiramisu at the end was a good finish to it. I would look forward to eating here again.

No wonder it's hard to get a table for dinner! We decided to give it a try before even the lunch rush arrived. So much better than Figaretti's! Not even close. You can tell Olive Garden trains their Chefs to make their menus! Much better than Undo's and cheaper too. Figarettis needs to be closed down. If it's not enough that the food is terrible maybe knowing they cook that food you eat in a kitchen in the house next door and then walk it over to you lol. Yikes.

Great for the class it is in. Super and accommodating service. Beats the fusion Japanese restaurant hands down.

Ate there yesterday. Have the stomach flu today. The only thing I ate that my boyfriend didn't was the salad. So stay away from that, at least until the person working there gets better. I can't stop pooping!!

Excellent. Food and service was above average. Our waitress, Anna, was especially enthusiastic. In an out in a hour and 15 minutes.

Deliciously refreshing unsweetened iced tea. Free refills. Best lunch special ever - unlimited soup (4 choices), salad, and breadsticks. Add a pasta side for $2.99. Heck of a deal & economical.

Everyone on the staff whom we met tonight was friendly and extremely nice. We haven't gotten service that great in a long time. Our food was very good and on par with all good Olive Gardens. All in all it was a great experience.

I preface this review by saying we have eaten at this restaurant one other time and received good food & service. Dining this afternoon ( Mar 17), there was only a short wait. Once seated, we were promptly met by a pleasant server who took drink orders and returned quickly. We placed our order at this time. The server returned several times to refill our drinks. This is good, right? Yes & no. He never mentioned a problem or delay with our meals. After waiting for 30 min. and nearly filling up on salad, my youngest son (9) began to voice his thoughts about the long wait. Note: at this time, our server stopped checking on us (I suspect he was on a break or knew we would begin questioning him). At about the 45 min. point, my wise son said " enough of this, it's time to go." Yet, we waited, thinking..."it can't be much longer." At just under an hour, our food arrived. The plates were so hot, the server couldn't pick them up to place them, but rather slid them by hitting his hand against the plates saying "wow, these are really hot!" (To me, this means two of the four meals had spent a long time under the food warmer in the kitchen.) One look at my Lasagna Primavera, and I knew that's what happened to it. The chicken was visibly dry as was the sauce that surrounded the main dish. Taking a bite, I learned the edges of the noodles were crusty while the center was like rubber & difficult to chew. The flavor was ok. My older boy ordered a calzone from the adult menu and when it arrived it looked more like an appetizer. He asked if he could order another (we didn't have another hour to spare). My wife and youngest son shared the Carbonara. The server did well by bringing it to the table on two plates (nice work). It was clear, this meal was recently prepared. However, it lacked the deep, rich, creamy flavor this dish is known for. To beat it all, when we were asked how the meal was, I said "just so so and made the hand motion." This brought no reaction from the server. This was a meal we were anticipating with excitement yet were greatly disappointed.

We have eaten here several times in the past, and it is always good. The server seemed harried this time, but they always have a good disposition. We really like the food and atmosphere.

I got the Chicken Marsala as my main course. Olive Garden makes an incredible Marsala!

We ate at the Olive Garden last night a celebration and it was great. Ordered the new Parmesan Crusted steak and shrimp dinners. They came with separate salads (huge) and breadsticks. Also had shrimp scampi as an appetizer and the apple crostatta dessert. Service was the best I've had in a long time at this price point.
