Pizza
Pizza is a famous Italian dish savored around the world. The entire credit for the popularity of Pizza in the United States goes to the chain of pizzerias all over the country. While the base and the texture of Pizza remains same across the globe, it's the toppings that differs from country to country. In the United States, you will find the top pizzerias serving pizzas with the toppings of mainly beef, bacon, chicken, ham, and sausage for the non-vegetarians. Other than these famous meat options, Pizzas with veg toppings such as mushrooms, pepperonis, garlic, tomatoes, spinach, etc. are also famous in most restaurants in the United States.
Irrespective of your locality, you will find a variety of different restaurants in your cities offering pizzas of all different types. Pizza is hot favorite among people of all ages in the United States. A large size pizza is enough to feed a family of 3 or 4 at large. Pizza is also the most preferred food whenever a group of friends is hanging out together. Pizza gained popularity in the United States after the American soldiers stationed in Italy returned from World War II.
Over the years, different pizzerias in the United States have developed their own respective regional variations. Pizza gained popularity as the iconic dish in the United States in the second half of the 20th century. Whether you prefer thin or thick crust pizza, you can find a pizza of your preference at the best pizza restaurants in your city.

This place has a variety of calzones for every taste. Each calzone comes with a size of marinara for dipping. You can even request additional "toppings" at no extra cost. Worth checking out. The calzones are huge! Its a little too much for me to finish, and it doesnt break the bank. Two thumbs up.

Great and quick delivery and multiple options for you.

Everyone usually eats here late at night after a night out in Morgantown, but the food really is good. I'm usually not a fan of calzones but these are out of this world good!

I haven't lived in Morgantown in 7 years and I still salivate thinking about the Buffer Zone (I may even have dreams about it) This place is that good, I tried a variety in my college days but none live up to the Buffer Zone (think a chicken wing calzone). My last memory of DP Dough is ordering it, passing out due to my own stupid decisions, missing the delivery, re-order after waking up then waiting an hour.....depressing. But still, I wish we had DP Dough where I live!

Have gotten food poisoning from this place on several occasions but of course in a drunken mind state I always find myself going back

I give 5 stars because, like many other reviewers, I was in an extremely happy alcohol fueled stupor when I tried this place. It, at the time, was like heaven on earth to me. My brother had just graduated from WVU and was taking his two sisters out for bar hopping tour of Morgantown. Somehow my sister and I ended up ordering a cheese calzone, I think because we weren't coherent enough manage anything more. We split it. My brother still gives us a hard time about that. Obviously they are well known for calzones with more than cheese. But seriously, it was soooo amazingly delicious! My only complaint is the fact that they close the bathroom at night. I totally get why but it sucked having to walk down the street to find a bathroom. I mean, come on, after a night like I had, a bathroom close by is mandatory!

Best drunk food in Morgantown! Open late although you won't wanna straggle in there around 2am as that is usally when it gets crazy with all the drunks on high street.
(5)Sher Y.
Can't stay away from this place after a night out. Danger zone for me.
(4)Becca H.
I came in here because they were offering a free calzone if you signed up for some random-ass credit card. Of course I did it. The calzone was pretty regular. Nothing too fancy although it was pretty big. I feel like it would have been more tasty if I were drunk which can never be a good sign. It's a pretty regular place with pretty regular prices.

I have dreams about eating the Buffalo Chicken Calzone from DP Dough. I only get to Morgantown about once a year, and this has become the most important stop on my itinerary. Grant it...I might be eating it at 3 am after a night of drinking, but it is the most delicious thing I've eaten in a long time! And it just gets better everytime I eat it! Love Doughpy Dough!!!
(5)Zanna H.
This is the best late night cramming, drunk, party, just starving food ever. So many varieties, so many combinations, so cheap! Best of all they would actually deliver to the dorms! I cannot express my love for DP Dough completely with words. I am waiting with excitement for one to open in Philly!
(5)Jenn B.
Good drunk food, but wouldn't recommend it otherwise.

Dp dough is a great dinner or late night option. Be aware, if you are drunk write down your order because the staff won't give you your food if you can't repeat the order items. It's odd but true. Come here if your not afraid of tacking on the calories. The food is fantastic.
(3)Chris M.
Great food and not a bad price. The menu has become more diverse, but so have the prices. The perfect place for something simple.
(4)Anson P.
The variety of calzones here is pretty wild. I had a Time Zone which consisted of peppers, mushrooms, onions, mozzarella, and ricotta. The marinara sauce complimented the calzone really well and all of that managed to stay off my suit. I like how these folks have targeted college students, notorious for munchies and poor tipping.
(4)Sasha G.
Great Pizza, and I wanna give them more stars BUT their online ordering is absolutely horrible and frustrating. It makes your re-enter the same information multiple times. Online ordering needs to be more user friendly.
(4)M M.
Placed a delivery order and after they charged my card and applied my coupon they called me and asked me to MEET them as they'd changed their delivery route! If I wanted to meet someone, I could order carry out! Who DOES that???? And to a repeat customer, too! If they were at all professional, they should have delivered that order and alerted me that they wouldn't be able to deliver anymore after that. IF they were professional....... It's not like the food was all that great.
(1)Michael D.
Good late night drunk food. My favorite is the Combat Zone. Overall decent but it is definitely targeting the student population. If you are looking for quantity at cheap price. This is the place to fill your gullet. If you are looking for a quality calzone, you might want to try elsewhere. But hey, if you are up at 3:00 am this us the best place your gonna find.
(3)Poop B.
Dp Dough is as greasy as it gets but in the good way.;) I am always a little scared to go in there but the people are mostly nice except for the high street drunk peeps but thats okay. i always get the comfort zone because it is good and makes me feel better when I'm alone and have no comfort. the bathroom isn't the best but after i eat dp dough my poop always smells like the calzone i ate the night before, so that is always good for bathroom advertising.
(5)Amin A.
Construction zone breaded chicken steak mozzarella onions green peppers... Amazing. Literally amazing
(4)Eric M.
Love, love, love D.P. Dough. Always order the Danger Zone. The only complaint I have is that their delivery times can be a little long.
(4)Billy M.
This place is the best restaurant in the US by far. Counter boy is also super cute 10 stars
(5)Eric S.
This place is way over rated. I've eaten there r times over about a 3 year period each time hoping its better than before. Unfortunately its not. Their dough is under proofed and tastes like the dough you make from a box in the supermarket. Their fries tasted like those crinkle cut microwave fries you buy for kids
(2)Rachel M.
Oh, D.P. Dough ... . It's not really much of sit-down restaurant - so much as a place to wander in and have some good eats whilst you sober up a bit. Other folks've captured the gist: cheap, plentiful, abundant variety, and uniformly pretty tasty. However, other details are relevant. Among them: -The long-suffering employees - they are _amazingly_ patient, given some of the nonsense that occurs, late at night. Several even have fun, snarky senses of humor, if you're paying attention. (Tip these folks. There's no way they get paid enough to do what they do.) -The people-watching can be utterly exquisite - also, late late at night. Sit in the little areas near the front, sort of in the windows, sit back, and watch the fun, both inside and out. -The calzones' names may have very little to do with their contents - e.g., the Low Cal-Zone - which has broccoli, garlic, and plenty o' cheddar and mozzarella. -Oh _yeah_... one more important detail: given the oft-irresponsible sorts that wander in, in the wee hours, it is standard policy (in posted signs, in very unambiguous terms) that they lock the bathroom doors at night. (I want to say, after midnight.) So pee 'fore you leave the club - they have no mercy, in this regard. You'd have to have worked in a place that has preposterous weekend hours, in a place like Mo'town, to truly understand why this is necessary. All that being said, fear not, ye who are not late-night revelers. it's really not a rambunctious place during the day. You really could wander in with the fam on an afternoon of downtown shopping - and, as a bonus, you'd even be able to use the facilities.

DP Dough offers good calzones at reasonable prices. I'm not sure I agree with the reviewers who say this is great drunk food, since I've always found the service to be a bit slow, and I've never met a patient drunk. However, it's slow because they're made to order, and it's worth it for the gooey cheese calzone.
(3)Tina D.
The Buffer Zone! SO GOOD. Perfect drunk food around 3 am. Why don't we have anything like this in CA?!?
(5)Josh A.
OK, I'm one of the few not writing as a late-night, post-binge-drinking diner. The calzones are actually pretty decent, though greasy - always freshly made, nice and hot with a bit of singe on the crust. Not much ambience, but I guess that on a hopping Saturday night it would be packed with happy drunk kids.
