Worst.Cracker Barrel.ever. Customer service here was less-than-adequate. Waitress Amber was horrible, with little personal skills. She was unwilling to accommodate my lunch requests. Not only was she rude, so were the other two people we encountered. Save your money and go elsewhere.

It is always interesting when I read reviews and see the "warning" signs of poor service, etc. But being the diehard Cracker Barrel fan, I'm hungover from a wedding reception I crashed, and I'm hungry as hell, I decided I'm up for the challenge. It's Sunday morning and the place is packed. The gift shop is full of people browsing, we were welcomed with a "hi folks, c'mon in" as we came through the doors. Both the hostess and our server were both friendly, inviting, social and prompt. The water and Iced Tea came immediately (Aahhh...) and the food came about 10 minutes later. Food was good, not great, but met my expectations. I hate when people complain about mediocre food at places that serve mediocre food, and they know that going in. It's like jumping in the ocean then bitching that it's too cold and salty. Once again, reviews are relative and important to consider, but sometimes places aren't on their game. Fortunately, today wasn't one of those days. All things good.

Usually you'll find me at a Cracker Barrel whenever I get a chance but never again at this particular location. Picture a beautiful Sunday afternoon, usually a very busy time for any CB, not this one though. Half empty, that should have been my first clue. The wait/welcome staff were milling around the check-in counter like they were holding a family reunion and we weren't invited. My second clue should have been that we were told it would be about a 20 minute wait. Huh? (remember I said at least half empty). Finally, the welcome person called out for someone that their table was ready. Hey, don't you have to turn the mike on for it to work? And wouldn't you actually turn it on when you heard nothing coming out of the speakers? No, just a chuckle and back into the dining room she disappeared. After checking in with other Morgantown friends I was firmly told "oh, that place, we never go there anymore". Neither will I. Try the Longhorn Steakhouse across the road, much better. We had our food probably before we would ever have been seated at CB.

Meh, Meh, Meh. The cuisine is well, industrial for lack of a better word. There is nothing homemade here. The country store part is the best part of the visit to any Cracker Barrel. But they are like McDonald's - wherever you go, they will all taste the same.

I had my first and last experience at Cracker Barrel at this location while travelling recently. It was directly beside my hotel, I was hungry, and ventured into a terrible meal. The whole "country store" thing is cool, and I actually enjoyed browsing for 10 minutes before going into the restaurant. I ordered a steak and asked for it medium rare. The sole of my shoe actually looked appealing after the server brought this meal to my table. I sent it back, but to no avail as the "replacement" wasn't much of an improvement. I would welcome a visit to Dennys rather than eat at Cracker Barrel ever again. Truly awful.

Grilled chicken, green beans and hash brown casserole and cornbread. Order came out wrong and food was tasteless -except chicken that was way too salty. I have given up on Cracker Barrel.

I am usually a HUGE fan of CB (don't judge, I love their pancakes and coffee on the road) but this one was...eh. Long wait, then the pancakes were tough =( They did offer to make them again, but I was so hungry that I just asked to swap one of mine out.

Food was alright. One of the things i always get in places like this is biscuits and gravey...i really hate how these "country" places never have any good gravey on my oh so buttery biscuits...
