CiCi's has been one of my favourite pizza places since... /almost/ as long as I can remember. Unfortunately, they've closed a lot of locations over the past several years and it's gotten harder to find one. I live in Pittsburgh, and although there used to be two (that I knew of) here in the past, both have closed. Now the closest one is in Morgantown, in a different state. In my opinion, it's completely worth the about an hour and a half each way. Of course, CiCi's is a chain, and the pizza is pretty consistent across the several locations I've been to over the years. But what I really love about their pizza is the pizza they make that doesn't have tomato sauce. Particularly, the zesty pepperoni pizza. The spinach pizza also contains no sauce and is great as well. Maybe this doesn't sound too appealing for someone who really likes tomato sauce, I realise, but it's just so good that I'd have to recommend it to anyone who hasn't tried it. As the only other review noted, the management is pretty good here. I completely agree with that assessment. Sure, it's a cheap pizza chain at the end of the day, but I'd pick it over plenty of "nicer" pizza options any day. Given the chain's troubled history with closings, I highly suggest you come here soon if you have any interest in coming at all-- before it too goes out like so many other of its locations have already.

The freshest, best stocked salad bar I've ever seen in a pizza joint. The entire staff was friendly and "Johnny-on-the-spot" with keeping the buffet line freshly stocked. Everyone was friendly - this was one motivated crew! Too motivated, unfortunately. The staff tries so hard to keep tables bused that after a 30-second jaunt to get more pizza my salad, sauce cup, tray and everything else left at my table was swept away! I had to start all over. Thank goodness I had taken my cup with me. They did the same to a family seated in front of me - while they were still eating at the table! The bus boys apologized profusely in each instance, but that's a serious party foul. Ask first, guys! In any case, they meant no harm, the food was great, and the prices are great. You get good value for what you pay. This establishment seems well-managed.
