Decent Chick-Fil-A location though a bit slower than what I'm used to in Maryland. Had to pull off into a parking spot while we waited for our spicy chicken biscuits. Food was ok but not as good as some of the locations I'm used to. A bit drier than it should have been.

I drove through today and I absolutely LOVE your food!! The staff is always friendly and waiting at the drive-through isn't too long.

If you like chicken well then you will chick fil a or as I call it chicken filla it's just a cute nick name that I have for it! The chicken nuggets are delicious there fries are the best I have ever had in my life. I believe that the staff are trained to be extra friendly! And they are always polite prompt and serve up delicious food!

Yeeeaaahhh! Yet another foray into the world of good ol' Christian Chicken. Large restaurant with an equally large parking lot that was put to good use as we showed up at the height of the lunch rush on a weekday and at the sight of the drive thru line I called an audible to go inside to eat while hoping that it wouldn't be a bad call. Thankfully it wasn't. Busy as they were we found a booth no problem and the employee who I placed the order with was literally following me back to our table with the food almost as soon as she gave me back my CC. It's not really worth mentioning the food because CFA is about (and I say this in a good way) the most homogenized chain going where a #3 in Quakertown, PA is the same as a #3 in Elkton, MD as it is the same in Charlestown, WV. Yeah, I know some people are down on the chain because of its politics but quite honestly I don't give a damn because quite honestly what they do sets the bar for the fast food industry in terms of food quality, efficiency and great customer service.

As Chick- Fil-A recently started using canola oil to fry their fries I was eager to see what the hype was surrounding this fast food chain that I had to stay away from due to my allergy to peanuts. I went back to my favorite small town Morgantown and decided to try it at the first location I had ever seen! Let's just say I'm addicted now! Hoping and wishing that a NC location is in the works!

We all know what Chick-Fil-A tastes like. It's probably the best fast food chain in America (excluding Bojangles and Raising Canes, which most in Morgantown have probably never heard of). What sets each location apart is service, which this location excels on. Whomever the manager is here needs a raise. Every member of the staff is prepared, educated and works their tail off, even for simple things as keeping your drink filled. The two spicy chicken sandwiches were ordered were awesome, took seconds to reach our table and tasted like they were just cooked. This is a great place to get a bite on gamedays as they handle the crowd well and are affordable. Great job staff. You're hard work isn't going unnoticed. Hey Burger King - you're next door and tend to be empty and have no one in your drive through. Look across the parking lot and take a few pointers!

Food was OK. It was fast food so don't expect much. We went for the playland to kill some time before a drs appt. I do have to say that I would not allow my daughter to take off her shoes, the carpet was nasty. That room needed cleaned.

This place will ALWAYS have a special place in my heart. I think its among the last eateries where the owner & employees take pride in what they do. The restaurant is always sparkling clean. A single fresh flower surrounded by baby's breath and a sprig of leaves sits at the top of each table. They actually BRING YOUR FOOD to the table. YES! AT A FAST FOOD PLACE! If I had kids, it would be the ONLY place where I would let them run around the play area. It doesn't smell of stale cheez-its and piss. I think they actually clean the kids play area.

This is probably the best chick fil a in America. The people are ultra friendly, they treat their work like it's a 5-star restaurant. If you try to get up to refill your own drink you'll be promptly sent back to sit down while someone on the floor does it for you. It's clean and a model for how restaurants much nicer than a fast food chain should operate. I plan to stop here everytime I go to Charleston :)

Chick Fila as a whole i enjoy ; sometimes the experiences are good and others, like this aren't. So this is a rather large Chick Fila but a slow drive thru. Not only was a cut off mid sentence while ordering, I was also then made to wait 10 minutes while they made me a extra sandwich i ordered from the start. I understand not having the food there right when I order it but when you come to my car PLEASE apologize it's the least that could be done. As for the food, it's what I came to expect from this establishment, however the customer service here was something I wasn't expecting to be disappointed on.

I hate fast food and almost never eat it unless I have to, but I'll still eat chic fil a. Regardless of my political and religious views. Because I eat there for the product and service and that is all.
