Pretty good - would do this location again. From out of town and read all the negative reviews. They must have made changes in their staff. Were greeted and seated in no time. Wait was on us as soon as we were seated. Order placed and drinks served in several minutes. They made me aware of an off-the-menu mixer that is pretty scarce (zero carb Redbull) so we were impressed. Had specific directions for apps then meal. Followed our instructions. Food order was exactly as ordered and it wasnt a simple one. No real wait on food - very timely and there was a large crowd in for evening rush. In all, this location was above average. A little pricey on the drinks which is the only reason there isnt 5 stars. For a chain restaurant, you have to offer all mixed drinks at a normal cost - you're not a high-end, big city, fancy joint. Chains can purchase alcohol in bulk and demand a discount that they should pass in to patrons.

One of the worst BW locations I have ever been to for a bite to eat. Please explain to me why the worst BW's seem to be in college towns! Poor service, terrible indifferent management, and lukewarm retried wings. UGH! Plenty of better places to eat in the home of the Mountaineers!

This is probably the worst BWW you can go to. The service is insanely slow, our orders were wrong (2 out of 3 of us) and my grilled chicken tenders were so overcooked and cold. They were hard, dry, and I couldn't even chew them. No amount of sauce could help them. I also ordered a side salad instead of fries because I'm allergic to the oil they use in the fryer. I told my waiter this yet my meal came with fries touching all of the chicken. I was so annoyed that I let my husband eat my meal and left half of the obliterated chicken on the table. Never again! And they also charged me 5 bucks for the side salad!

Went with my sister today and had a fantastic experience. Everything was clean, even the bathroom. The food was all fresh. We shared potato wedges and my salad was great. She asked for a twist on the normal wings and the wings were not dry and cooked perfect. Our waiter was on point: attentive, courteous and witty. So glad we went, we'll be back soon!

Sub par Bdubs, Really big TVs everywhere, but the projection screen is too big, nothing special I would recommend the one Downtown.

While the food was good. The last time we visited this location we had horrendous service. We were seated during a slow lunch time but waited 15 minutes until I had to ask the staff for a waiter. We were going to leave until a little girl who just clocked in came over and served us. We asked to talk to the manager not to just complain but to thank the waitress and he seemed not to be bothered. I didnt expect free food but a discount would have been nice. It was our third time there and our last because all three times there were issues with the service.

Great food, but make sure you check your bank transactions. They charged me more than what was on my receipt after I left a tipped (by credit card) and signed. I assumed they charged me for a higher tip than what I posted; which I left a good tip to begin with. With that said, I'll probably not go to this location again as often and will start using cash and not tip as well. Mistake or not, I find this to be unacceptable and I wouldn't be surprised if they do this to other customers.

After having two excellent dining experienced at the Bridgeport/Jerry Dove Drive location (one dine-in, one pick-up), on the drive home from work the other day I decided to do takeout from the Suncrest Towne Center location. The girl who took my order was polite and friendly- no issues there. When I arrived for pickup, parking was an issue. That plaza seems ill thought out to me. With their location wrapping the corner, I wonder why they don't do a carside takeout service along side or in back?? When I stepped in the place was busy, but not extremely so. I walked up the area to pickup my order and the girl who greeted me was great. But as she went to the kitchen to get my order, several of the hosts awaiting tables crowded into my personal space, enough for me to mention it. Two walked past me and actually bumped into me, which I saw as unnecessary with the allotted space. I got a very cold vibe from them, and felt like I was a nuisance and in their way! When the girl came back out with my food, I asked if I was in the wrong spot, if I should move to the other side, and she said I was fine with a laugh. Before printing my bill, she went through my order and opened the boxes to insure everything was there. However, when I got home, my Buffalo Chicken Ranch Wrap had hardly any buffalo sauce on the chicken. Aside from a few bites with a hint of it ( a SLIGHT hint), the rest was like a crispy chicken ranch wrap. This was disappointing because I only ordered from there to satisfy my wing/spicy craving. I have to admit that error (which is big in my book for a place that touts their wing-y flavors), everything else was good. The chili-con-queso was a little light on the queso, but it was good. I also got a side of the veggie boat and it was good, the celery and carrots clean, crisp, and crunchy. Two stars off for the unwelcome atmosphere and the lack of the restaurants signature buffalo where it was promised.

Ordered grilled chicken salad, chicken was boiled and shredded and cold. Greens were wilted and , tomato wedges were pink /green. With large group didn't feel like making a scene . I don' have high standards , I generally go on the theory that if " It has weight and takes up space " I'm satisfied . In retrospect I'm really pissed with quality of food and my willingness to accept it. Service was good. Experience was offset by good company of friends. Do not recommend this place.
