Italian Cuisine
The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.
Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.
If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.

Hands down, the best Italian food in the Morgantown area, and certainly one of the best restaurants in town. The food is authentic (I can't stress this enough) with high quality ingredients. The service is phenomenal. The cocktail list is perfect. The atmosphere is romantic and warm. Love this place!!!

Great Italian Food !! Maybe better than my own?!? Service was excellent. Owner took the time to come and greet our table. Fresh food and some ingredients even directly from Italy. Cannot recommend this place enough.

Really nice atmosphere, music, and service. The food was quality and authentic. Antonio's is a hidden gem in the busy city of Morgantown. I went in for a nice dinner with family and had a great experience. I will definitely be coming back for more with friends or on a romantic date night.

This place was really good. I got the Abruzzo chicken and it was fantastic. My wife got the civitella and it was great too. Our wine as nice and the service was great. We didn't get deserts but I heard they were good as well. We will be going back.

The food was very good but they had no Ketchup or vanilla ice cream for kids. The food was not dry but I felt like it needed some ketchup. There aren't many dessert options for people with nut allergies. I suggest a expanded menu.

We've been twice and both times were excellent. I'd confidently say this is better than Oliverio's. Their red sauce is particularly delicious. The table bread and dipping oil/herbs are very good. The menu has half size options which offers the perfect amount for a lite appetite or someone who wants to try a couple of dishes. They gets credit for making the desserts in house, but their tiramisu left something to be desired which is why they get 4 stars instead of 5. Lastly, service has been consistently good.

First timer, decor cozy and Italian themed, food took forever but was ok when it finally arrived. Waitress was nice but overwhelmed even though the place was nearly empty. After dinner coffee came out cold, the cup was cool to the touch, waitress should have known not to serve. She offered no coffee refills. Would not go back nor recommend.

My boyfriend and I were looking forward to going here for several months. We were very disappointed when we finally made it. The menu has very few selections and the food was bland and overpriced. We will not be returning.

We took my husband and daughter here for their birthdays. We food was awesome. The service was good and the staff friendly. The pasta sauces wereour party. I was impressed. Definitely get the half portion unless you want enough for a thick and unique. The best part was that they offered free dessert to the birthday people in couple of days. A great place
