Chinese Cuisine
The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.
Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.
There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.

The food is good, the prices are amazing, and the owners are sooooo nice. Seriously...five bucks for a takeout container of your favorite entree, fried/white rice, + an egg roll? I'm sold. I haven't even tried the bubble tea yet, but I'm looking forward to it next time! Try this place!

When I pulled in here last night, I was not expecting much. Twin drive-thru/take-out Chinese? Especially 30 minutes to closing? Folks, the food is great. Even the wonton soup was impressive, the stock rich and fresh. The General Tso's was nice & spicy like it should be. The only place I know locally that offers bubble tea! Yum. I hope that means eventually we might see some taiwanese entrees on the menu. Service was also impressive. The owners, Christine & Tony, were friendly and efficient. They are obviously not new to the business, having successfully run a restaurant in Elkins, MD for years. They are new to Martinsburg though. Let's show them some much deserved love, folks.

The Szechuan beef was very generic. Mushy meat that may of had a breading. Sauce was watery with red pepper flakes for heat and a lot of oil swimming in the bowl. The vegetables were not cooked, not even stir fried. The Vegetable Lo Mein was OK. Nothing memorable. Crab Rangoon was entirely too sweet with almost a whipped marshmallow texture, bland. The egg rolls were pure oil. Again with minimal flavors. The food seemed Americanized and lacked the punch other local establishments have captured. My wife found it to be Ok hence the two stars, I would rather get frozen P.F. Chang's.

Very nice people working. Great food. The egg rolls are wonderful. Fast service. Simular price to other restaurants in the area. Double sided drive through. You really should try it. Much better than the new china on the other side of town. No beggars asking for change out side.

Automatic 3 stars for being the only place in "da burg" to have bubble tea. One extra star for decent customer sevice. Typical and decently (for the area) priced "Chinese food". Still annoys me that substitution for lomein instead of rice for a small additional price is not offered with the lunch special. Makes no sense, but that seems to be the norm around here...again, annoying. Oh, and really fast service. The free candies are an added bonus as well

I was curious about the newest Chinese restaurant near me and I had never had Bubble Tea. Wow...First the Bubble Tea is great.. wonderful taste, they make it themselves and its something I really recommend to anyone who likes tea in general, but its hard to explain how good it is. The food I got was human chicken and an eggroll. Both wonderful, and the hunan chicken was very spicy which is a real plus (not like the sweet sauce ive had, its more red pepper) the eggroll was great. Besides this the lady at the drive thru window was so nice and friendly, ill be coming back and I hope this business does well.

BEST BOBA tea I have ever had! Sweet and funny proprietors, and the food was cooked in front of us. Tiny shop, good food, good people. It appears to have been a Rally's type of drive through in the past, hence the double drive through and tiny seating area. Don't let that scare you off. They have plans to expand the building front in the future. Hopefully the word gets out how good they are so that this can happen for them. Our meals were tasty, hot, and fresh. Christina and her son Mike, showed me the bulk tea that they brew for the bubble tea. It was awesomely fragrant. One reviewer mentioned that their beef was mushy, I had Mongolian bed and thought it was tender, not mushy. I felt like it was a higher quality meat than usually found in such dishes. Price: We got two "small" meals, which came with white rice $5.95 each, and there was enough leftovers. Seriously, I don't think we are half of our order. The BOBA tea was $2.75 each, so the whole thing was under $20. I love the tea and the owners enough to start creating reasons to go Martinsburg. Seriously.

We've gotten "to-go" from here twice. Satisfied both times. Definitely not a dine-in spot and we were leery of a drive-thru Chinese place at first.....DON'T BE! Their food is really good. We've tried the House Special LoMein, Kung Pao Chicken, Twice Cooked Pork, Curry Chicken, Peanut Chicken, Mongolia Beef, Egg Rolls, and Fried Dumplings. The only thing we didn't really care for, though it wasn't BAD, was the Kung Pao Chicken. It just wasn't made the way we are used to and not to our taste. The egg rolls are big and pretty tasty but a little on the greasy side. We love the curry chicken (think indian yellow curry sauce over Chinese thin sliced chicken and big chunky veggies), the peanut chicken (fried strips of chicken in a thick peanut buttery sauce), and the mongolian beef (standard style but good and spicy).

I've enjoyed everything I've tried there so far. The owners are what keep me going back. Very friendly, remembers your name and what your favorite dish is.

Y'all. They have Bubble tea! Seriously... outside of Winchester and Hagerstown, there is no boba to be found out here. But sweet Christina (that's the adorable owner-along with her husband) offers bubble tea in black and green tea flavors. Now, let's talk about their food. I got quite spoiled living in San Francisco and so I'm very picky when it comes to "Chinese" food. I usually don't like it out here unless we are in DC or up in NY. However, the few things I've had from Golden China have been very good. I love their spring rolls and their Sweet and Sour chicken is very good as well. They serve the sweet and sour sauce separately, which I very much appreciate. Their fried rice is perfect. The service is the best, however. Christina is sweet and friendly and so, so helpful. If you aren't sure what you want, just ask...she'll help you figure it out. And I love that there's a drive through. As one of the other reviewers said, it's a better location and you don't have to deal with drug dealers and beggars in the parking lot!

Love this place!!! At first glance it may not look like much but their quality of food is great compared to the other Chinese places, AND they have bubble tea, beat thing I've ever had. They are very nice people! Try them out you will not be disappointed.. oh and it's drive thru too!
