Not very busy but service was very slow. Salad bar looked a mess with food everywhere. The sneeze guard is so big you can't reach the items in the back. You have to get the salad bar if you don't want to leave hungry because the main course portions are so small.

I had a bad feeling about coming here in the first place, but it was close to my hotel and so I figured why not? Bad decision. All the people working seem so depressed and miserable, the place is basically empty. I ordered the southern style chicken tenders and my mom ordered the baked potato and broccoli cheddar soup. I saw our food come out and it was sitting on the counter for more than 5 minutes while our waitress just talked to co workers. Finally she saw our food and brought it out. The chicken tenders were so burnt, almost black. I ate them because I didn't want to send it back and also short on time. My mom said the potato was very under cooked and the soup was bad and salty. Very disappointed.

I've have visited this location a few times over the past year and I believe today was my last. The food is okay; the service is horrible. 2 hours for a table of 6 is insane. The server came to the table 5 times. She removed one plate. We had to stack our plates on a near by table! My buddy never did get a refill. Those of us with water were the lucky ones because she was so lazy she just left the pitcher on the table. When we ordered ice cream for 2 people in our party it took 20 more minutes to bring it out.

Wonderful food! Freshest ingredients, had a "Ruby Relaxer" and a BBQ Chicken Flatbread with a trip to their Fresh Garden Bar, absolutely great! Definitely recommend to all!

Wonderful experience! We were traveling through town & stopped because they had gluten free options. The service was amazing & the food was delicious! The waitress even sent me with a drink for the road & gave us a coupon! We highly recommend it!

Slow. Slow. Slow. Stopped off the interstate for a quick burger. Mistake. Slow.... I say again, slow. Food was good, but slow service.

It's a chain I know so I know what to expect from the food. I do like that RT has a salad bar. The service at the bar is always friendly (I always sit at the bar)

I have given this place more chances to get it right than I can believe. It's too cold in here. The salad bar is so poorly designed the the last of an item is frozen. It seems weird to scrape pasta salad like you would a windshield in January, and because the sneeze guard is so low, you will drag your sleeve through the dressing, so wear something nylon. The crab cakes are full of vegetables. The lettuce wraps are awful, compared to P.F. Changs, anyway. When you order steak and potato that's all you get on the plate; no garnish to add color and the potato rolls around. If you order fried food at a certain time of the month, everything tastes bitter because the oil is old and rancid. They change the oil based on the date not on the use, the manager said; orders from corporate, she said. And two dinners of this mess cost about $50. I blame myself for giving them another chance. Go to Appleby's down the street.

Chain restaurant. Need I say more? Ok, I will anyway. (It is a review after all) It's a restaurant. It has food that will fill you up. It's within walking distance of a couple of nearby hotels, therefore it's perfect for travelers staying in the area. After you drink way too much at the bar, you can stumble back to the hotel to sleep it off without risking a DUI offense. That in itself makes this place worth 3 stars. Nothing cringeworthy, nothing spectacular...

This place is next to my hotel so I came in for a beer, now this is the first time eating here and I was really surprised with how good the food and service were, are. I am back already having some drinks at the bar. Food is good but does have a similar seasoning on many dishes. I enjoyed my meal the other night but opted just for drinks tonight. I wish the menu were a little more diverse.

One of the nicer Ruby Tuesday's I've been to. Salad bar is usually nice, and the food is good. The service is alright. It's usually kept clean and parking is easy. It's right off interstate 64 which is convenience for travelers.
