Kind of dirty. Fairly decent food (southern comfort / homestyle meals) Bob Evans is somewhat pricy for what you get IMHO OK service. Kids eat free on Tuesday...so I went with my son Got charged anyway...when I brought this to their attention they said they fixed it but did not want to give me a receipt to show my credit card was credited...well next day I looked and they charged me twice. Doubt I would go back again.

You know what? Just don't come here. There are so many better options - fast food, other sit down restaurants...pick something else. Anything else. We ate here again today, and service hasn't improved much. No drink refills without asking specifically for one (I had an empty glass, but another member of my party asked for a refill, so they brought one for her but not for me), a management staff that's busier holding up counters and shooting the bull rather than helping out an obviously overworked wait staff, and get this - the wait staff are also the only bussers. This means they get paid the same as waitresses but are expected to do the job of two people. This is the reason tables are dirty until a patron shows up - today, the lady who sat us grabbed some napkins to wipe down our dirty table. That's a poor management choice in my opinion, and had led to the decline in service I've experienced. So just avoid the whole negative experience and go basically anywhere else. But if you absolutely MUST eat here (and I don't know why you would) tip your server who is doing double duty and obviously not getting support from management or the company.

Gave them another chance tonight....same problems. Ordered on line an hour and 15 minutes ahead of time and still had to wait 20 minutes. The lady asked my husband if he wanted vegetables AND mashed potatoes. .yes that is what I ordered an hour ago. Well get home and guess what? No vegetables. Rolls were small dry and overly browned.

We came to support a school fund raiser. As a party of 6 it took a long time to be seated. About 6 groups of 4 or less were seated while we waited. It took about 10 minutes to get drinks. My father in law ordered meatloaf which they were out of. It took an extremely long time to get food. When the food came we had several missing items. I upgraded to a 3 course meal and the soup was never brought, my wife did not get her salad and my son did not get the side of parm cheese he requested with his speg. When the manager came to ask how we were doing and we informed her she apologized and fixed my wife and son's order and gave free desserts to the table.

There isn't much of a selection by the Interstate, but Bob's doesn't depress. It is a typical food restaurant, and the service is decent. I don't mind stopping here, but I wish their food selection would improve.

I came to Bob Evans. Someone recommended it to me. I was a business man from from Idaho. (It was before I got fired for fraud). I had a very long night and no one knew what to do. I asked the clerk at the hotel, the clerk told me... Bob Evans. I also had a recommendation from a former wife. I walked into Bob Evans, I ate there. I was staying at the Mariott Inn, i don't know why I didn't go to shoney's. But it was good. I got the Western Bob Evans Sausage and Gravy Biscuits. It disagreed with me, but I agreed with it temporarily when I ate it. Just not afterwards. The waitress was mean, but I assumed she was rude. I got back to the Mariott, I ate my leftover Bob Evans there. I ate. Later I got fired, but thats not a Bob Evans story, anywho the atmosphere was disturbing but accompanying. I ate there. No Wifi.
