11/11/2014 I took my whole clan out for a fancy meal on a rare weekday off for my wife. I would have liked it slightly more if i could hqve parked with 20 miles of the place. Get your act together RL. All the reserved parking and open monthly parking merely added insult to injury. THIS PLACE SUCKS LOBSTER BALLS!!!

Very,Very slow service. I love the clam chowder, but sometimes it is cold, and so I send it back only to get the bowl back Luke warm. I have gotten it when it was Not bad--I keep ordering when my husband andI go to Red Lobster. Maybe I Should switch to chicken noodle soup from a Can and stay home... The entrees are fairly decent.. The worst part is you don't ever know what you are getting and Forget going with a large group ------A hot Mess!!!!!They need to get their act Together.............

How come, despite how many empty tables there are, you've always got to wait at least 15-20 minutes to be seated at a Red Lobster? My complaints end there. My mom is in town visiting me and she'd seen the ads about the Festival of Shrimp on TV. Despite not being a seafood person, we gave in to her whim. I feel like we were rewarded and then some. All three of us ordered different two different shrimp dishes each and they were all expertly done and tasted OUTSTANDING. I'm not sure they could've done any better. It was DELICIOUS. The cheese rolls they brought out were also always HOT! So perfect! And for the icing on the cake, the host let my fiancee shake hands with one of the lobsters. Literally.
