Chinese Cuisine
The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.
Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.
There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.

Hidden gem! Surprisingly good given the decor. Best Chinese food in the Morgantown area by far. Comparable to what you'd find in Washington, D.C. for quality Americanized Chinese food. Egg rolls are crisp, quality cuts of meat, right flavors and consistency of sauces, and nice authentic people. Worth the drive from Morgantown!

Best Chinese food in Fairmont, WV. After my boyfriend moved here, I was searching for a good delivery place. After trying Happy Garden and getting MSG poisoning, I tried Ken's. Portions are huge, all the food was fresh and absolutely delicious, and they delivered within 15 minutes. Great place!!

Great chinese food. Arguably the best in town!

My boyfriend and I order during school at least once every two weeks. And we love it! We always get the general Tso's chicken! The portions are very large and they always give you plenty forks, napkins, sauces, etc. One of the best things on their menu is the cheese wontons they are to die for! The only downfall of this place is sometimes they take a while to deliver. But other than that very very good!

From out of town staying at the Microtel in Fairmont (White Hall) and called for delivery and was told no, it's to far!!!! This is a 10 minute drive! Seriously!!! You suck!

Ken's is the reliable Chinese restaurant in Fairmont, WV. Their delivery service is great as they deliver between 10 and 15 minutes after ordering. Their delivery guys are always surprised to receive a tip, so if you are reading this and order from them, tip their service! The food ranges from ok to a bit better, but it will never leave you dying for more. The servings are big, but the food portions usually come with way too much of the sauce that comes with your meal. They also do not take special directions very well, as asking for brown rice or extra broccoli and less General Tsos Chicken will result in a frustrating order process. If you like their food, you may rate them higher, but I saw their food as middle of the road...no better, and no worse.

Kens has been our go-to Chineese restaurant for many years. I usually get the General Tso Chicken combo w egg roll. Hot, and cooked just right. My wife usually gets mixed vegetable w brown sauce or tofu w. brown sauce and cheese wontons. Consistently perfect. There is a bit of a language barrier when ordering, so we always have a menu and use the number. No issues. Delivery can be a little long sometimes, and I'm sure that wold be attributed to how busy they get. Good sign. If you're in a hurry, call for pick up. It's all good at Kens.

I love giving restaurants good reviews and have not left a negative one ever even if I experienced it. However, this is neither good or bad. Score this as officially bizarre. So, this is a Chinese delivery restaurant with no accessible menu either online or by email or by Facebook or by Yelp or by Google or by anything other than actual physical printed paper, which they are happy to bring you AFTER you call and order. Wha?! No, seriously do you have a menu? Only one we bring you after you order. True story. They also said I could drive there and get their printed menu to take back and then order delivery. Seriously. Is this place run by the federal government or something? I can't make this up, this actually just happened. Sorry for the one star, but there should be another option for simply impossible to do business with.

I've always liked the food from Ken's, but the delivery takes FOREVER. Today though, I've been waiting for longer than any person should have to wait on a clear weather evening. I'm waiting on an order right now that was placed OVER 2.5 HOURS ago. It's still not here. My rating is about the length of time. We called them an hour ago and were told the food was already on the way. It's still not here. I live two miles from the restaurant. It shouldn't take more than two hours to get my food. I'm VERY unhappy with this restaurant right now.

Ordered from Ken's tonight, and the food was tasty! It was ready in about 20 minutes, and the phone was ringing off the hook with orders while we waited. I got sweet and sour chicken and my fiance got General Tso's. The egg rolls are large, and were very good. We will be ordering from Ken's again in the future.

Horrible, just horrible. The chicken was nasty and the egg roll was the worst I ever had. Go anywhere else but here.

Great place for delivery when it's raining on a Saturday night. Great portion sizes and the food doesn't taste as if it's smothered in grease like other fast food places I've tried.

Food was delish and delivery was quick. Portion size is excellent and I always have leftovers. Im hoping that they consider later hours but a perfect choice for those days you dont want to be in the kitchen cooking.

We got Ken's for New Years Eve and we're not disappointed. Really good food. We ordered General's chicken, sesame chicken, shrimp lo mein, and rangoons. Very good, but astounded that there was no online menu. I took pictures and will try to upload onto Yelp.
