I love BDubs but this one sucks. The food was terrible. Everything was overcooked. The drinks were ok, but it's hard to mess up beer. The staff mostly ignored the customers and I always had to flag some one down.

Nice place to go hang out. Good food and always good service. Very nice atmosphere. THis place can get very busy, but the service still remains at the same pace as if there were very few customers. Can't go wrong going here.

We went here tonight with 25 people. It was alittle disorganized even though the restaurant was not that busy.

I travel the entire east coast for work and have to say this is the worst "Wild Wing" experience I have had! Restaurant was disturbingly unclean & smelled of uncleanlyness, yet the the staff was just socializing with one another. Not a sign of management... My go to Wild Wings dish, Fish Tacos were an extreme disappointment for the first time ever! One taco had one filet of fish the other two? What sports bar serves cold French fries? Charleston WV! (Not sure why I even gave them 2 stars other than waitress was ok)?

Bw3 has good food and good atmosphere. The wings are really good along with their burgers and chick sandwiches. Can heat really loud during a popular game.

Food was good as usual but the service tonight was mediocre. The waitress told me she brought me ranch when it was clearly blue cheese. Then after we finished our meal, the waitress never came back. Finally had to get a manager to get our check.

I love BWW's but I really hate this one. Some of the servers are rude, act like they dont care, or snippy. Everytime I order wings it seems like they have just dabbed it on with a Q-Tip; I always have to ask for extra dipping sauce of the wing sauce i order. The food is very good when it is prepared right but the owner needs to retrain some of his servers or hire new ones. I know people have bad days but it seems like we always get the ones that are having their bad days. Go to the Cross Lanes location if it's not too far from you; it is top notch.

Terrible service. Got there at 10:25 and our party sat in the bar. After 10 minutes of being ignored we got up and went to Quaker Steak. Only 2 other tables were occupied so it's not that they were busy...they just didn't care. Other tables had dirty plates and the wait staff were too busy feeding their faces rather than doing their job. This place is swirling around the drain. I will not be back.

Service has improved dramatically. As always the food and bar are excellent. And they have a Dos Equis margarita. Now I don't know who's idea it was to mix beer with a margarita but this person is a genius. Truly their name belongs in the annals of alcohol history. I highly recommend this for everyone above the age of 21.

Horrible location. Order was never submitted to the kitchen. When management came out to apologize one of the items wasn't even on the menu any longer. Huh? Management did finally get us our food and bill was taken care of. Location at Cross Lanes is much better.

I've been here several times, usually to watch a fight because the only other place that plays them in town is hooters. It's like any other BWs. It's usually less crowded & has sub-par service, but it's what I've come to expect from the area & the wings aren't bad. It's usually pretty empty on fight nights, but this one came after a steelers game (popular NFL team in these parts). So after the Ravens knocked them out of the playoffs, everyone decided they were fight fans & NO ONE left. I asked if we could just order some wings to-go so we can eat after the fight & they can still get my business for going to watch the fight there. They informed me they shut the registers down early due to the fight (???) & couldn't help me. So I watched the fight & left. Not entirely their fault (it was crowded), but they didn't help either. Ended up with taco bell for dinner. I'll be back, for lack of a better alternative.

Food is edible but not great. So disappointed to find their hottest sauce is not really great tasting (hot, but the flavor is horrible) Tried to eat in once and had to leave due to the noise level.

Wings were delicious. Service was horrible. Manager stepped up and removed the appetizer from our bill. That earns this place a 4th star. I recommend the Mango Habanero sauce. It's great. Come here if you want good wings and you aren't in a hurry.

Kick ass hot wings! BWW knows what hot is... The wings were as good as any I've ever had. My table got chili cheese fries, sampler platter, and hot wings. The food was good, service was great. They weren't busy, but we were treated like gold by Mary. Would eat here again for the wings, if for no other reason,

Most of my reviews focus on the service aspect of the restaurant. Buffalo wild wings in WV has got to be the slowest service ever. I've been to BWW about 2-3 times and I've been there on WVU vs Marshall game night, lunch time, and a non-game night --- no matter what time of day or event...the service is slow! It takes 5-10 minutes for the hostess just to see you exist. When you are finally seated-- you don't see your waiter or waitress for another 5-10 minutes. Expect to spend at least 2 hrs there.
