Chinese Cuisine
The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.
Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.
There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.

Great family dedicated to great food. Small place but appropriate for the area. Very fast service.

What an amazing find! Driving through Charleston on our way home from a trip, we happened on the Bamboo Garden almost by mistake, but are very glad that we did. The egg rolls were hot but not greasy at all. The chicken with ginger was excellent. Hubby's happy family was also excellent, with plenty of seafood and chicken. We would definitely recommend this place without any hesitation and will stop here again on our travels.

My favorite Chinese restaurant around Charleston! Best crab rangoons around and the green beans are so good! The owners are always friendly!

Bamboo Garden is a blessing to this town. Massive servings, hot food. The woman who works the register is insanely friendly. She remembers local and frequent customers. There's never too many people inside of the building, which is a blessing and a curse because I'd like to see more customers dine here.

The ONLY Chinese restaurant in Sissonville with decent food that's cheap -- a place where I make sure to stop by for a meal every time I'm in West Virgnia. Service. Awesome. Friendly. AND they remember me!! Given that I'm probably one of the few Asians that eat here, it's still nice that the waitress remembers who I am. She also couldn't stop commenting on how cute my baby is, so that's always a good thing. Atmosphere. Typical chinese restaurant decor. Food. Some are better than others; depends on what you order. The Sweet and Sour Shrimp is tasty. The shimps are battered, deep-friend and the sauce comes on the side... clever idea because the dish doesn't get soggy! If you want chopsticks or tea, you'll have to ask for it! The fam-bam and I have a trip planned this summer back to WV so that probably means that we'll be having lunch/dinner at Bamboo Garden soon!

Absolutely a favorite of mine. Crab rangoons as big as the palm of your hand, huge servings, and super friendly waitstaff (ok, one waitress) who remember what you prefer and are always thrilled to see you.

This is the most authentic Chinese food you can find in Charleston, WV. The sauteed Mandarin string beans and orange beef are so delicious. Their spicy chicken wings are so good and cheap. Its more better than Quaker or Buffalo wild wings. Also, the creme puff dessert is very good!!! The owner is very fast, fun, and friendly. :)
