Stopped in for lunch today with a coworker. We were immediately greeted by the smiling hostess, who began to seat us at a table in the middle of a room. She gladly obliged us when my coworker requested a booth instead (he has a bad back and sitting at a desk all day is tiresome- we wanted some space to stretch out and relax). We were quickly greeted by our server- I didn't catch her name, but she was blonde and it was clear from the start that she would be a great server. We immediately placed our appetizer and drink orders--- chili con queso and we mentioned we wanted a beer. She immediately gave us the drink specials- Miller, Blue Moon, and Jack and Cokes. My coworker ordered a Blue Moon and I ordered a Corona Light with lime. She initially brought us each a water- not requested, but much appreciated with spicy food, and then left to get our beers and enter our app order, after listing the food specials. A runner came out shortly thereafter with our appetizer order and it was awesome! Real chili with meat and beans poured over hot and violently orange nacho cheese. The tortilla chips had a bit of seasoning and seemed warm from a fresh frying. A little later, our server returned. My coworker was having trouble deciding which burger he wanted, and she gave a good amount of info so he could make a good choice. I ordered the crispy buffalo chicken salad with ranch. I'd say about 10-15 minutes later our meals came out. My coworker seemed to enjoy his burger as he quickly ate it. I ate about half of my huge salad and was full. Very good salad with lots of chicken with just the right amount of sauce, over a bed of mixed lettuce (not just wimpy iceburg, but also field greens and lots of crunchy romaine), carrots, cucumbers, tomatoes, croutons, cheese, and few sliced of red onion. We enjoyed our meal and talked, and the waitress checked in on us 2-3 times to make sure our food was good, that we had drinks, to take our plates, etc. When she brought the bill, without me asking she must have noticed that I had a lot of salad left and brought me a to-go container without prompting. At this point, both my coworker and I commented again on how pleasant it is to have an excellent server. My coworker picked up the tab and left a generous tip. Our server even provided us ice waters to go for our return to the office. Overall, from the food to the excellent and attentive service, I rate this place five stars. I know it is just a chain, but the service put it wayyy above standard. Despite a longish drive from our Stonewood office location, I know we will undoubtedly come back for another pleasant and long lunch! Thanks BW3!!!! Wish I could remember the server's name!!!!

Of the dozens of BWW we've been to over the years this location offered some of the best service. Even at midnight when we arrived (after a WVU football game) the staff was friendly, eager to maintain tables and checked back on us often. BWW remains a great place to drink and watch multiple games, but struggles to provide quality food. We started with the popcorn shrimp, which taste ok, but came to our table lukewarm, at best. The wedge potatoes, on the other hand, were much better. However, the rest of our meal didn't impressed. I ordered my old standby, grilled chicken buffalitos and the chicken was bland and the tortillas were hard. The pulled pork sandwich tastes like gas station stuff. Few will argue that quality is poor at this chain. However, if you are coming to watch games and drink, you probably won't notice it as much. It still remains a great place for sporting events and that's not going to change. At least this location delivers great service, which can't be said at most BWW's.

What's the deal with the "BW3" crap? It's "Buffalo Wild Wings"...TWO "Ws", not three. Are you retarded? Seriously. It's not a rhetorical question. Are. You. Retarded? Fine. I know it's for "Weck", but it's really not at all even a little bit in the name anymore, so let it go. Good wings, lots of TVs, cold beer. Not a cultural center here in West Where I Live, but good. Had to be up here for a meeting with the 'Ferociously Brave Individuals' and this is where I landed to watch a sport or two and get food to go. Beer? Check. Wings? Check. Fries mit cheese? Check. Heart attack? Pending. Wasn't expecting the great service. Mal. (Malerie? Malcontent? Mallomar?) Whatever. Really good. Really very good. Makes me want to come back here. Hahahahaha...I know, just kidding. It's West F-ing Virgina.

Long long wait. The server was nice but he had to keep trying to find out what happened to our food. First the ticket was list, then apparently the cook was confused and put it to the back, then the order was wrong. Did I mention the long wait?

Buffalo Wild Wings...it is what it is. My sister hangs out here sometimes, and often brings my dad. When we stopped in while I was visiting, the bartender, Malerie?, asked where he was, which was nice. The place was packed, but the bar area had more tables available, so not too long of a wait to be seated. But then no servers to be found within a 180 degree radius...not even to stop by and acknowledge our presence at least. Finally one of us went up to the bar to place our order. Malerie, one of the bartenders dealing with the crowd, was nice enough to then come over and wait on us. We thought it was strange that there were like 3 hostesses and 2 employees who appeared to be just hanging out beside the bar, while nobody seemed to be covering the tables in the bar area...made no sense. Where was a manager to help out? The buffalo chips were fine. Decent selection of beer and spirits. Plenty of TV screens everywhere. A range/mix of patrons in a casual sport-centric atmosphere. On the loud side, but understandable. Malerie was very cool to step up...and we were impressed how she handled four different drinks/shapes of glasses all at once in her hands while delivering our drink orders. But overall, service could be improved.

No offense to the locals, but this is about the only good place to eat in the Clarksburg area. My BBQ hot wings and fries were excellent. Service was also excellent.

Stopped by here for a few drinks and apps. Service was really good, a change from past experiences at BWW. I had some fried pickles and they were actually pretty good. Not salty at all. Other person had wings and he said they were very good. The bar area was really nice and had a huge selection of TV's to watch. For once a good experience at BWW.

We went for dinner around 7. It was wing night, so we knew it would be busy. It took a while for the waitress to take our order and it was over an hour before we got our food. I've been here before and service tends to be a little slow, but not this bad. Our food was hot and fresh when we got it, so that made up for the wait. I got traditional wings in mild and the Garden Refresher. It's an appetizer that comes with pita and vegetables, hummus and taziki dip. The hummus portion was tiny and was bland. The taziki dip was good. There were lots of fresh vegetables and the pita was good. This is a good place for wings and sports. There are tvs everywhere you look. Avoid if you are in a hurry.

Their wings are average to above average but stay far away from their burgers unless you like them burnt to a crisp. Well done (blackened) is the only way they will prepare a burger, even if you request otherwise.

The prices are cheap and the food is great here. They even have half priced wings on Tuesdays and Thursdays. This particular location also has a nice deck to hang out with friends. This place is a great.

Visited here twice during a recent trip to the Clarksburg area. While my business associates like this place, I was not very impressed. The service is bad. Plain and simple. They tried but fell short on several occasions. During our first visit the server was complaining about stuff in her personal life. Frankly I could care less about your problems. I'm not your therapist, I'm your customer, so please treat me as such. On our second visit it took 10 minutes before the server came over. We ordered some appetizers and our main meals. They brought the appetizers and we still did not have our drinks. This was at least 20 minutes after sitting. Unacceptable. The wings are really good, but the rest of the food is just okay. If I come back I'll only get wings and nothing else. On top of the bad service and mediocre food the place is gun free victim zone. As if someone that wants to hurt people will stop because of their pointless sign. Duh. They should seriously change this policy. I hope I don't ever have to come back. *This business is NOT gun carry friendly.

I really hate leaving bad reviews. I really do. Let me start by saying it was the same BW3's food you get anywhere. So, all in all, the food was tasty. Our waitress however didn't know if she was coming or going. The girl had no sense of what needed to come first. Instead of waiting on us or asking if we needed refills, check, etc, she decided to instead talk it up with a friend who came in. Then, she proceeded to clean tables for no on that was coming in instead of waiting on us. Very poor waitress. I tip very well as I have been in the service industry and I know how overwhelming it can be at times. But, this time the tip was a big fat zero. There is no excuse for this. I'm glad I am just a drive by instead of living in the area. My husband had to literally go to the front desk to have another person go get her to give us our bill. Also, this was almost 4PM. Not busy at all. No paper towels in the men's room my husband stated. Come on BW3's get your act together!

Not going to base my review on my Super Bowl Sunday or they would get a one star review. I always order the same thing which is boneless Asian Zing or a Southwest Queso wrap. Both are good, service kinda stinks so I get mine to go! Too much talking & chatting among employees causes longer wait time.

I do like their boneless wings and options of different sauces. Service is good, place seems to be clean, what you can see. The only gripe I have is....it is pretty much a sports bar and way too loud. If you are going to go watch a game or ufc fight etc. then it is ok. If you want to just sit down and enjoy your meal, go else where.

First of all, it has to be said that I'm a Chicken Wing Junkie. I love them and the other tastey treats offered at Buffalo Wild Wings. And this location is no exception. However, I've been here several times and while dining in, the service is usually very bad. I can recall being there to watch a game with a friend. We sat at the bar, hoping for faster service since the bartender was right there. And we sat there for at least 15 minutes before we were even acknowledged. I can understand if they're busy, but at this particular time, they weren't. I've also been there and sat at a table before and actually got up and left after sitting there for 20 minutes or more without having anyone stop for our drink orders. Take out, however, is a different story. When they answer the phone, staff are friendly and fairly helpful. My food has always been ready fairly quick and I'm in and out. Notice I said 'When they answer', though. Because I've called before and had the phone ring and ring without anyone answering. Last night I called in an order and it was ready when I got there. Everything was in order, and tasted great. Wings were a little dry, but overall it was a decent experience. I'll be back, but this store needs to step it up!

Great place for a beer and wing fix. Plenty of options for the kids as well, and a good gave of trivia with the family is always fun. Great location for a stop after a WVU game, if you time the crowds right. Large beer selection, yet I wish it had more microbrews/variety.

Matt J.
I really don't have anything special to say here. Service was spotty at best, the wings were about average, and they had some incredible aversion to changing the television to a football game (TVs were showing bowling) during college bowl season. Meh.
(2)
Erik L.
Adequate beer, adequate wings, service adequate, and open. This is to me the epitome of casual dining inc. sports/family edition. Not a bad place for watching a game if you like standard "wing" restaurant fair and the occasional amusing beer. If you have to escape the family this will do, keep expectations low.

The food is reasonable. The service can be acceptable on some days and the absolute worst on other days. Most of the hostesses and servers are college-age; so don't expect good service and you will enjoy reasonable wings and other selections.

Crazy on game night. Waitresses all seem quite attractive or at least trying to be. Good service. Food consistent with national food chain standards. Burgers okay...wings are great.
