Chinese Cuisine
The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.
Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.
There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.

I liked this buffet, went at 12:00 on a Thursday, place was clean and the food was fresh. Even the sushi was surprisingly good, they had a good selection including a rainbow roll. Very satisfied.

Ate here at the beginning of December 2014 and it was good, made another visit the following week and my fellow diner got what I like to refer to as a "fortune drink". He was drinking from the straw in his cup when suddenly it got clogged or jammed, upon investigating he found a fortune from a fortune cookie, needless to say I didn't take another bite and we promptly left, this tells me that someone isn't doing the dishes very well if they are washing them at all.

It was a pretty decent Chinese buffet a few years ago. I was moonlighting/detailed to Huntington for work for a few weeks. Dad visited one weekend and he was impressed by the sheer size of the place too. I lathered, rinsed, and repeated.

Eaten here a couple times with the wife. They have multiple options for a good price. For a buffet, they have a good sushi selection. Nothing too fancy, but still you don't expect so much from a buffet.

Bugs. My aunts were having a lunch together and we saw bugs climbing in and out of spaces in the walls. This place has dirty rags laying on the table separators, and bins filled with peoples finished food. There is writing on the walls that says: u812, b3, b4 and so on at each table. Food here is quite delicious. But at the soft serve, they spelt chocolate and vanilla wrong. So much for that.

2.5 stars. In terms of chinese buffets, it's your average "I'm-not-sure-whether-I'm-going-to-get-food-poisoning-but-the-food-is-sitting-right-in-front-of-me-and-i-can-have-as-much-as-i-want-and-it's-cheap" joint. The server also forgot my friends drink a few times, which is a little strange because they didn't have an order to worry about. They had sushi, and I had a piece, it tasted fishy, as did the crabs legs that were sitting in warm water as opposed to ice. I didn't take the chance. But for cheap food and lots of it, make it happpeeeennnnn!
