Been here about a dozen times. Wish there was somewhere better to go for breakfast in town. Food tends to be either over cooked, under cooked or cold. Omelettes especially overcooked. Hash browns under cooked and metallic tasting. Frozen perhaps? I have had an occasional good pecan waffle here once i learned to stop ordering the omelettes. My husband enjoys the breakfast skillets but he'll eat anything. Coffee is pretty dreadful. Wish i could bring some take out coffee from the Sweet Spot in with me.

My friends and I were camping 20 mins away for a concert at alpine valley and our experience at Jessica's restaurant was nothing short of amazing. We were a big group of about 10 and they made sure we were in and out quick. Service was great, coffee refills and water pitchers were consistent and the food was just what we were looking for. The breakfast skillets were delicious! Highly recommend this restaurant to anyone in the area looking for a good breakfast.

Just had lunch at Jessica's, overall it was a nice experience. The positive + affordable diner cooking + food came out fast and hot + the server was friendly & efficient + a whole pitcher of ice water on the table + clean tables and bathrooms The negative - street parking can be tricky to find - large menu with just average food Overall it was fine, it's nice to spend your hard earned money at a local place instead of a national chain.

Stopped for breakfast lunch on a Sunday. Very busy, but never felt rushed. All enjoyed their meals. Grandma felt the salad needed to have the lettuce spun better as her salad was too watery. Service was good and prices were appropriate. We will return when in town.

The food is generally pretty good here. The breakfast is pretty good...although they give you one plate for hash browns, pancakes, and eggs...with the eggs on top of the pancakes? They are reasonably priced. Staff is always friendly.

Stopped in Whitewater looking for another breakfast location. Sadly they were no longer in business so I stopped at Jessica's. Quality of food was good. I was seated without a wait and order was delivered quickly. So if you are really hungry or in a hurry I'd recommend Jessica's. But I gave to say the service was lacking. Once I received food my server never came back until she brought the bill and I was finished with my Meal. I did want some syrup for my French toast but since she never came back I just ate as is. Didn't want it to get cold. I did leave a tip but only because I feel no tip should be reserved for a poor server. She brought the food quickly but dropped the ball. I probably won't go back. I'll go back to Scottie's in Fort Atkinson

Very clean, very organized, excellent food, incredible price . This restaurant has it down 100%. They have a very welcoming atmosphere and staff. Don't drive by here if you're hungry.

My daughter goes to UW and we were looking for a great breakfast place halfway between Madison and home in Grayslake, Illinois. Logged in here and read the reviews for Jessica's in Whitewater. Off we went, too! When we walked in at 10:30 this a.m., we had a very pleasant hostess greet us with "Good Afternoon! [err] I mean Morning!" We all chuckled and asked for the front booth. The waitress was quick to greet us. I ordered coffee with the Spinach and Feta Omelet to which I requested onions added, side of gyros meat and well-done American Fries. One daughter ordered lemonade a breakfast sandwich with eggs, bacon and cheese on a croissant with well-done hash browns, the other daughter had a fish sandwich and fries. The food came in what seemed only a few minutes but definitely less than ten. It was DEE-licious! I noted Brian C.'s review was spot on! "...the cook knows that meaning of well done hash browns." For only 30 bucks, we look forward to returning soon.

We had a group of 8 to come in for breakfast on Sunday morning at 10 am. When we first told the hostess that we had a group of 8, she told us that it was no problem and we would be seated in 25-35 minutes, great. We waited 45 minutes and asked what was going on with our table when the manager(?) told us that the big groups weren't leaving quickly enough and they wouldn't be able to seat us as 8. We were disappointed because we waited extra time to be seated and now we had to split into two groups of 4. As for the actual food experience, I got a Bloody Mary which was good, and the Steak Skillet which was also tasty. My girlfriend ordered the waffles, which came out cold so she was upset about that. The glasses that they give for water are surprisingly small The restaurant was slammed when we went there so I understand our experience had a lot to do with the volume. However, I would go elsewhere with a large group in the future or prepare to split the group.

Jessicas is a quiet little "main street cafe" that would be easily missed unless you were looking for it. Nestled in the college town of Whitewater, Jessicas offers the basic greek family style menu with very quick, attentive service. I (per usual) ordered the chopped steak dinner (with fries and a salad). When the food came, i noticed my chopped steak was so large it barely fit on the plate and tasted fantastic. Also to note, the side of ranch for your chicken dish is wonderful. I don't make it down to Whitewater often but i may be caught making excuses to come back so i can return

Stopped in Whitewater to visit my cousin. Told her to pick a restaurant well she rattled off a list and said Jessica's has breakfast all day but waffles stop at 2. So off we went. The girls had lunch and I had a big breakfast at 4 in the afternoon, 3 eggs scrambled, 3 golden pancakes, sausage, toast, hash browns, and my cousins Chicken Noodle Soup. The bill was like $27.00 with tax for 3 meals. A meal and a steal. I probobly will visit again!

If you want to take your grandparents/parents/neighbors out for a relaxing dinner, go to Jessica's. Perfect place to just catch up with friends or sit with some coffee, read a paper, and look all distinguished. The food is excellent, it's pretty traditional in terms of style of food, if there even is a style. Resonable prices, all that jazz.

The breakfast at Jessica's is AWESOME. Ever since going to college and leaving Wisconsin, I make it a point to go back to Jessica's every time I come back to visit my family. The wait staff is incredibly nice and quick. They are more than generous with the coffee; sometimes I had to cover my cup just to stop the free refills so I wouldn't get wired the rest of the day. You really can't go wrong with the breakfast menu. Pancakes, breakfast sandwiches, omelettes--all absolutely fantastic. Most plates come with home fries and toast of your choice. Incredibly generous portions for the price; I usually can't finish my whole plate. The lunch and dinner menu is also great, but breakfast is the real draw because everything is so freshly made and delicious. This place has always been my go-to for catching up with old high school friends, and every time we literally sit here for 3 hours. Make sure you tip well here, they deserve it!

We stopped here on a roadtrip, enroute from Boston to Madison, having taken the Route 12 business district branch by mistake. As soon as we saw how cute Whitewater was we decided to stop for lunch, and Jessica's radiated a friendly vibe. My Rueben was hot off the grill and made me happy I was back in Wisconsin. Two sandwiches with onion rings on the side and a couple drinks came to $14. The small town charm and caring service helped us to relax and made our final miles that much easier.

My son goes to UW - Whitewater and we had lunch here when I came down to see him. Classic dinner type menu - a little bit of everything. We ended up ordering breakfast food for lunch. Food was good - fast, hot and well cooked. Great service too. I would not come here expecting fine dining, but it is a very good family restaurant. Not too many options in Whitewater. We will definitely be back.

Had breakfast at Jessica's this morning with my son who goes to Whitewater-it was really yummy! Loved the atmosphere and our waitress was wonderful! I had the corned beef hash skillet and my son had the meat lover's skillet (I think that is what it was called) and they were both super tasty, very reasonably priced, and large portions. I highly recommend and glad we found a great place to talk and eat great food!

Great food and lots of breakfast choices, but the service of the family brings us back. I really enjoy eating there and haven't had a bad experience yet.

I've only been to Jessica's for breakfast, but find it heads and tails better than the other breakfast place down the street. The breakfast skillets are particularly filling and the cook knows that meaning of well done hash browns.
