I was in and outta there in minutes so that's a plus. The bagel was good and they get bonus points bc they put the cream cheese on for me which is a luxury for WI Dunkin. The reason why I didn't give it more stars is bc the coffee was bland. It needed more sugar. I should have asked for more sugar like I usually do. I only went here to grab a quick bagel while my gf was at the doctor's. I'm hardly ever in this area so I doubt I'll be back, at least not anytime soon.

I am usually a big fan of Dunkin. I have fond memories of visiting Chicago in my college days, taking the train into town and hopping off, hoofing it across the city and always being able to find a friendly Dunkin with awesome coffee and tasty donuts to satisfy my energy needs. I drive by this Dunkin all the time, but have never had a chance to stop. I've always wanted to, though! So when my husband proposed that we go for breakfast at Dunkin (we had a gift card to use), I was all over it. First thing I noticed is that it was huge inside! Lots of seating, definitely a new footprint for their stores (it's a recent build) and not like the old Dunkins I am used to. It seemed hip and fresh and I was still amped. Until we placed our order. I'm sad to report that at this location, my expectations were not met. There was a small line, no problem. When we got close enough to read the menu/see what donuts were available, I was bummed that there were very few choices. It was around 10 am on a Saturday morning, though, so that figures. I'm sure they had a morning rush. I'm not picky, it's okay. We got up there and I ordered an egg-white veggie flatbread sandwich (trying to be healthy) with one donut as an indulgence, on the side. Husband wanted the #1 combo, two donuts and a coffee. The girl ringing us up punched all this in and asked him what kind of coffee he wanted. He was like "Oh, I have choices? Okay, ummmm.... cappuccino?" She punched that in and rang us up. It seemed like our order was one or two dollars more than it should have been. As we shuffled off to the side to wait for our order, my husband looked at the receipt and saw that he did not get the combo pricing on his two donuts, one coffee. My immediate thought was "Well, you got a cappuccino, not a coffee." Turns out that wasn't the problem! We showed our ticket to the woman who was doing expedition, and she said "Oh, yeah - that's how it rings it up if you order an extra donut on the side. The computer doesn't understand the combo anymore." It is not our job, as the customer, to know this. It IS the cashier's job to know it. She didn't give a rat's ass, apparently. If we'd known that we'd have rung up my order separately. On top of that, the cappuccino tasted burned and my husband didn't enjoy his donuts very much. Mine was fine, and my sandwich was good too - actually really filling and satisfying with a flax-seed flatbread. But it would have been nice to have the cashier point out that our order wasn't going to pull up correctly, and to offer to work around it for us. It's what I would have done, if I were her. They may as well not offer the #1 combo.

I'm with Joe! The location was clean, the staff was friendly, the donuts were fresh, and the coffee was on par with any other DD I've been to. We had a little bit of everything, and it was all tasty. I mean, it is still Dunkin Donuts. If you are expecting a brunch from the top of the Hyatt, this isn't your jam. If you are looking for hot coffee, fresh donuts, and a smiling staff, then this definitely IS your jam!

What is everyone talking about? I've been in here multiple times and they've been just as tasty as the other DD's and the customer service is second only to the Layton location! I'm just not seeing the problems everyone else has and trust me, if a Dunkin's does me wrong I'll let you know (see past reviews)! Maybe it's the cute one year old I always have in tow. Could I really be getting preferential treatment?

This is a solid dunkin donuts. I don't eat the donuts here (mass-produced donuts are not really my thing, but I do come almost every day for the coffee). The service is usually pretty good, as well as fast and accurate. I've only had two bad experiences here, once an employee was kind of snarky with me because I had pulled ahead and she had to walk my drink out to me. However, the reason I pulled ahead was because that's what the person at the window had said to do. Kind of odd. Another time, it was Halloween and I ordered the jack 'o' lantern doughnut for my daughter (who's three). We left and a few minutes later I handed the bag to my daughter in the backseat. When she opened it up the doughnut didn't have a face like it was pictured. It just had some splotchy orange frosty. Sorry, not good enough! I asked one of the managers about it the next day and he told me that's how there vendor had been sending it to them lately. Oh well, this place is still good the other 95% of the time. Love the coffee and the price!!

Ok I saw the commercial for the new steak, egg and cheese bagel so I thought I would try it. McDonald's has there version so I wanted to compare the to, I don't eat them very much maybe once a year. First off let's take a close look at this dunkin master piece. First off the steak doesn't resemble any steak I have ever had. The egg doesn't look real at all, it looks fake with the perfect circle and a perfect small yoke circle in the middle. The texture doesn't come close to any sit down place with real eggs. It's like a perfect soy roll made to look like an egg and sliced off one sandwich at a time. Now the steak, it's not seasoned and bland with no steak flavor at all. Not even a burger flavor to it. It's a mcrib like kind of meat that was flakey and stringy pre formed beef patty that would never pass for steak. The cheese was American cheese. The bagel was chewy on the top and toasted on the inside. The bagel and cheese were the only real part of the sandwich. This was a poor sandwich offering and at $3.79 it's not worth it. Chic fli a has a real chicken breast, egg and cheese biscuit for the same money and is way up scale compared to dunkin. Ok now who won the steak bagel challenge, Mc Donald's did because it has fried onions which adds flavor to there poor offering. Over all it was bland with the cheese and bagel being the power flavors of this sandwich when steak was supposed to be the star. Dunkin is my last choice for fast food breakfast because they have the poorest of products. Taco Bell just came out with a 2 star menu that I would get over dunkin.

Every once in a while I decide to go off the wagon and splurge for something bad for me. (Ok, maybe it's a little more than 'once in a while.') Sometimes I get the urge for a frou-frou coffee drink, and since Starbucks isn't really my bag so much anymore, I decided to branch out to the world of Dunkin' Donuts. DD has promoted themselves as a 'good alternative' to places like Starbucks to get your morning fix. So, I wind up passing the one in Dirty 'Stallis one day last week and I decided to give it a whirl. I went through the drive-thru, since I was in kind of a hurry. I wound up getting the turkey cheddar sandwich and a large iced coffee (caramel flavor). During the idling in the drive-thru, I wound up counting the number of pre-1995 Chevy Berettas whizzing by on Hwy 100. I didn't know any of those cars were still running and legally able to be out on the road. During my wait, it was clear to me the staff seemed slow and out of sorts. It didn't seem like anyone 'knew' how to make my sandwich or what went on it. There was some bickering back and forth between the drive-thru window dude and (apparently) the cook in the back. $7.00 later, I received a slurry mix of "iced coffee" with no coffee whatsoever. It tasted like someone dumped a bunch of sugar into some ice water and shook it up. I wound up dumping it out when I got home. The turkey and cheddar sandwich had no cheddar added to it and was cold. (?) I thought they were holding up the drive-thru line because they were cooking it. I lingered at the drive thru for a good 10 minutes while they fumbled around with my order. I suppose that's what I get, for trying to save some money on my morning coffee.

In the words of my eloquent husband, "They suck." We had three different people "help" us when we went through the drive-thru. Of course that meant we had to repeat our order three times. We probably waited about 10 minutes (we were the only ones, mind you). My sandwich was chewy. And dusty. I'm not really sure what I ate. No thank you.

I don't like leaving negative reviews, but when the shoe fits wear it. I've been to Dunkin Doughnut shops from coast to coast and for the most part they're all about the same food wise. What sets this one apart is the service. These are some of the rudest workers I've come across in any business. Everyone has a choice as to where they work. If you don't like where you are find somewhere else.

I usually don't complain, or let things such as customer service get to me, but I have to get this off of my chest. First, I have to say that the food and coffee is always good, fresh, and just what I ordered. I go here to pick up a breakfast sandwich and a coffee when I'm in a rush. The coffee is perfect, and the sandwiches are hot and pretty darn tasty. So why the 2-star rating? The customer service BLOWS chunks. The drive-thru order taker is not friendly and sounds very clinical; like she works at a morgue or laboratory. I thought maybe this was just a bad day; we all have those, but I have given this location too many chances. Today was the final straw. After the woman took my order, I said, "Thank you." She didn't respond. This has happened every time I've gone there. I go there about the same time about twice a week. I hope the other shifts have better customer service .Any other restaurant like McD's, Starbucks, Arby's have courteous employees, and they always say, "You're welcome," after I thank them. I drove up to the window and the woman had the look of despair, boredom, and again, didn't even have the energy to say "hello, good morning, thank you, you're welcome," or smile, nod.... NOTHING. She took my money, gave me my food, and that's it. Niceties go a long way when it comes to making customers feel welcome. I don't feel welcome there. I'll take my business where employees have a smile in their voice, and acknowledge my presence. There's a Starbucks right next door to this Dunkin Donuts location, and I'll be going there from now on. Sure, I may pay more, but at least I'll get a smile.

I am a fan of Krispy Kreme doughnuts and Starbucks coffee, so when a Dunkin Donuts went up right next to both these places off Hwy 100, I was naturally curious. I have never purchased their doughnuts before, but had tried their Munchkins and thought that they were okay at best. So on Feb. 5, 2013 I thought I would try out this store. Big mistake unfortunately. I stopped in around 5:30 a.m. to pick up a Munckin pack, a small coffee and some hash browns. I left the store with the Munchkins, a room temp 8oz coffee and two powered doughnuts. Very poor service, some guy with tattoos up and down his neck/arm took my order, but he was actually the best part of my experience because he was nice. Surprised! Another Hispanic-lady was responsible for retrieving my order. I waited about 5 min and the lady had my order ready, I picked up my doughnut holes and bag with what I thought were hashbrowns, I opened the bag and saw two powdered doughnuts in there. I let her know it was not my order, she apologized and went back near the fryer. After about a couple more minutes, she called me back. I was in a rush for work at this point. I grabbed my stuff and left. I got in my car and at the intersection of HWY 100 and National, I dove my hand into my hash brown bag to get some deep fried goodness and all I got was powder paws! There in the bag, sat two powered doughnuts. Tricked again!

Got a combo breakfast meal, they forgot my hashbrowns, called them, they offered me to come back to get them. No offer to replace my meal that they messed up.. Just the hashbrowns. And no apology either.

The customer service is really.... REALLY bad. I came in to get a dozen of donuts cause my brother was having a sweet tooth. When I came in, there was an employee, lets call her A, in front of the cash register talking to two other people(it was definitely not work related). I kind of expected her to go behind the register and ask me what I would like today, but she just kept talking to the other people. After a couple mins of waiting another employee, lets call her B, finally came and asked me what I wanted. I felt pity towards her AND me cause I don't think she knew what she was doing. But anyways, right before I ordered, the lady who was talking to the employee A went behind the counter and into the kitchen saying, 'Technically I'm not supposed to be back here but whatever.' After picking my dozen of donuts the employee B went to make my drink. As I was waiting, I'm eavesdropping on the conversation that employee A was having with the other people. I didn't really know the context but I heard one the person say, 'Why don't you just leave now,' and then employee A said, 'Technically if I just leave now, I'll be fired on the spot.' Like, really? Really? You have to have this conversation in front of customers. It took me almost 20 mins to get my 12 donuts and a slushy... and I was the only one there ordering! Btw, the donuts aren't even all that. The ones I got were stale and hard. I should've just gone across the street to Krispy Kreme.

I've noticed all the reviews are pretty old and would like to state, for the record, the soap dispenser has been fixed (in both bathrooms). They have a new manager there that ACTUALLY CARES!! and it shows, the staff seems more enthusiastic, they care, and put in more effort. They may not be 5 Stars yet, but they are working their way to it. I've been coming here everyday all summer (99 cent iced coffee/tea too good of a deal to pass up!! lol) and the change has been noteworthy. For all you haters I'd say give them another chance, and keep an open mind, if your looking for the bad, the bad is all you will see... my 2 cents
