Went to enjoy a late dinner with the wife and kid and needless to say was very disappointed this time around. Granted we visited this location about an hour from closing time we walked in and paid for our buffets and was noticing a guy cleaning some tables and he looked at me and said "you are going to have to sit over there." Instantly I became upset because why would I want to be told where to sit......it wouldn't have been nowhere near as bad if he had nicely asked me to sit in a certain area. I wasn't going to sit where he was cleaning obviously but it was still upsetting.....the manager noticed I was upset and asked he the situation and he instantly became apologetic and offered me a free meal the next time I visited......besides that they only had like 2 or 3 different pizza's out, none of which I cared for, and had to wait 5-10 minutes for a pizza to be made......now its not always like this but I strongly suggest to go before 8-9pm.....and normally the staff is very helpful and cheerful and i would recommend this place to anybody looking for a cheap meal to get full

I been coming here since they opened. Always friendly service with good food. You get a whole buffet with 10-12 different pizza's or you can get one made to order. They have a pasta and salad bar too along with desert. Where can you go nowadays and feed a family of 4 and get stuffed for under $30 like here at Cici's Pizza. You will not find a gourmet pizza here but you will get a quality good valued meal for the price.

Forgive me father, for I have sinned. I went to a chain restaurant....and I liked it. I feel so ashamed. Ambiance: Cafeteria style, aka no style. Seriously, don't expect any ambiance here. Beverages: Serve yo'self your own darn soda byotches, we ain't got time for that. Food: All you can eat pizza buffet. In addition to rotating pizza varities there are also pre-made salads, soup, pasta, breadsticks and dessert. The buffet, all you can eat is $5. Shut the front door you say? Indubitably. Oh, and if there is a variety of pizza they don't have on the line, you can simply order it and they will bring the ENTIRE pizza to your table for you. For $5 flippin dollars! Granted a beverage will run you an extra $1.00, but at $6.50 for the whole kit and caboodle, that's cheaper than Taco Bell. The food, wasn't horrid. Of the two salads offered, Italian and BLT I opted for the latter. Yeah it was a typical salad mix, but it was fresh. It had barely any dressing and the "bacon bits" were those hard, weird, fiberglass things. I liked the garlic bread sticks, they were gooshy and had a good dusting of parmesan. I tried several pizzas. The buffalo chicken was SPICY, but I'm a wuss about spice. The cheese alfredo, bland. Chicken and Mushroom alfredo, decent, mac and cheese, decent, Spinach and mushroom, yummy! I loved their cinnamon rolls on the dessert area light and gooey and full of cinnamon. I could have eaten an entire pan of those. Additionally they also offered Dessert pizza and brownies. Staff: Pretty much staffed by teenagers forced to be over exuberant in their greetings. They were all genuinely polite though. All in all, I'd return. I think it's a great place for a family with kids to go. The variety of pizza's will keep the kids happy and the price will definitely sit well with parents. This is the only Cici's in Wisconsin I checked with the staff as well as the corporate website.

Most awful tasting and vile excuse for food I might have ever eaten. Most of the pizzas have this strange creamy sauce that hits your tastebuds and makes you immediately nauseous. How this restaurant receives as many patrons as it does simply baffles me. I suppose the only star I could shell out is due to the fact that its absolutely dirt cheap and all you can eat. However, I would never recommend this place to anyone that doesn't have strong self hatred. It really is that bad.

I love this place! Great value...good, not great pizza, but it's $5. Plus EVERY time I am here EVRYONE is super, super nice!

Great price for all you can eat pizza. Plus they will make any kind you want for free!

I don't come here often, but when I do I'm not disappointed. For the price of a McDonalds value meal I can get a drink and a buffet of salad, pasta, pizza and dessert. Is it the best I've ever had? No. Is it good enough for me to want to come back? Heck yeah! Cici's doesn't claim to be the best but it should be proud of what it offers. It's a very kid friendly restaurant- which I often try to avoid. The pizza is made fresh with the option for a special order at no extra charge. There are a wide variety of toppings available and they rotate the pizza combinations constantly. If you see one you know you'll like, grab two slices right away! There is always pasta available as well as a full salad bar. The dessert portion is often the same choice of brownies or a greasy delicious cinnamon roll. So good, but so bad for you. The staff here are friendly and the place is pretty clean. The only problem I generally have is with parking. The lot for this strip mall fills up fast.

Cici's pizza...buffet style all you can eat pizza, pasta and salad. As you walk in the door we were greater by a very nice young lady. Asked if we visited before. This one was our first visit so the whole staff greeted us with a bell ring and a little Cicis greeting. The pizza station was filled with a variety of pizzas ranging from traditional pepperoni, customized to dessert pizza which is my favorite! The restaurant was clean and most importantly staffed with great people. Always asking how was the pizza and very personable. $5 you can't go wrong, bring your appetite cause the pizzas will keep coming!

The service was great, the food was fresh, and the experience wasn't all that bad. If you're planning on a quiet night out this isn't the place for you. If you want a kid friendly environment with good food for the right price, CiCis is for you! I only gave three stars for the following reason: I tried to recognize a wonderful employee (Jamika) by informing the manager (Dave) and he blew off the comment by saying "We hear that often, she's new." Then quickly turned around, I'm assuming to ignore the recognition. I'm utterly discusted with his behavior. SHE'S the reason we stayed. She was upbeat, positive, and very polite. Even while cleaning up the vomit on the floor and getting balloons for all the kids. It's people like her who make businesses strive. As for Dave, he should be the one cleaning up the vomit on the floor.

Just try this place for the first time. Great job. Came in near closing food still hot and fresh. Staff super friendly and accommodating and very enthusiastic about serving us. Had the buffet. Salad good and loved the cinnamon rolls.

If you're considering this as a meal option, you should reconsider. I never thought a place could make Pizza Hut look like a 5 star dining experience, but alas Cici's has succeeded. Where do I begin? As you walk in the door a gentleman asks if you're familiar with the menu. Me being an honest, unprepared man, foolishly answered, "I am not." WRONG ANSWER! Does he go on and explain to me the simplicities of a buffet? Nope. All of a sudden there's a bell ringing, followed by a litany of minimum wage employes yelling "welcome to Cici's!" At this point half of the overweight, unemployed, pack of mouth breathers known as guests stare at me with a confused look as if to say, "how have you never been here, it's West Allis' Mecca of gastronomy!" How embarrassing. Moving on... I begin to survey the buffet lineup of endless pizza, pasta, and salad, as I scout for the classics. Ya know, pepperoni, works, and perhaps something quirky. "Oh look, they have one with pineapple, how fun?!?" Played out, firstly. And not very good, secondly. Figure it out pizza guru's. Anyway... I go for a slice of pepperoni, and one of veggie, and find myself a lovely little table, with a view of the parking lot. Which I've come to realize, is what West Allis is. One big parking lot. So I go for the veggie first... I make it two bites before giving up. I'll just throw some adjectives out there. Soggy, unpleasant, limp, undercooked, under seasoned. "Ok, perhaps the pepperoni will be better, nobody fucks up pepperoni." Wrong again. I slide my plate forward and decide it's gonna be a salad bar day. So I cruise over to the salad bar. Now, I've been at a salad bar or two in my 32 years on this rock, and let me tell you, this was not that. It more so resembled the burger bar at Fudrucker's than any salad bar I've ever seen. Pickles, jalapeños, banana peppers, what's going on here? I settled for a few pizza toppings atop a bed of iceberg lettuce with a side of lite Italian dressing. Which I might add may as well have been a mixture of water and oil. Adjectives for this portion include bland, limp, insulting, and confusing mostly. Needless to say, not much better than the pizza bar. At this point I figured I better call it quits before I snap on someone. I skip the pasta and dessert, and hightail my ass outta there, to never return again. High points, the busboy was friendly and prompt. Also, the soda was not flat. That's about it. In closing I'd say step it up Cici's, but based on their clientele, I'd guess that's not necessary.

The 1 star is due to the soda selection they have on tap. We followed suit and paid for the buffet like everyone else. The pizza selection was mediocre and tastes as though it had sat out for a while. Once realizing the we could make a request I opted for a deep dish pizza with 2 toppings. The pineapple on my pizza was old or tasted that way. And, don't hate, the chicken that was skimped on was flavorless and small. I joked that I needed my glasses to see the tiny little cubes. Now on to the noticeable violation. The busser/table cleaner was using the same dirty rag to wipe down all the tables. And where did that rag go when she went from table to table??? She put it in the same place with all the dirty dishes she was collecting. My daughter wanted to eat here as we were passing through town and that's how we ended up here. If you want affordable pizza and price is the only thing that matters...you will like it here. If you want better quality food keep driving.

Descriptive phrase: cheap pizza buffet. The quality of pizza at CiCi's is never going to win any awards, but you can't go wrong with a $5 all-you-can-eat buffet, especially when they do serve up a lot of different options (including desserts and salads). Workers were also extremely nice and attentive to the somewhat rude and obnoxious clientele.

My favorite part of Cici's? Feeding a family of 5 for under $25. The food is steadily rotated (besides, its pizza. Pretty sure it could sit out for 2 days and still be good). They always have a variety of pizzas, and are more than happy to make a whole pie with the toppings you want at no extra cost. Friendly staff. They work hard to keep the dirty dishes picked up. My only advise, avoid the weekend dinner rush. Kinda busy, and it seems every single mother with 8 kids is there.

This is a nice place to get all you can eat pizza. However, don't go in thinking you will be wowed by the quality of the pizza. It's good for the money, but just very so-so pizza overall. There is a decent variety to the types of pizzas served and they also make any pizza you would like on request without any additional cost. There is also a salad bar, a pasta booth, and and a dessert selection (3 options including the brownies). Service is also very warm and friendly. Overall, its a nice place to go and eat some pizza and more on the cheap.

  • Jason K.

For the price, it's good. The quality isn't wonderful and the selection is limited. There was no cheese, sausage, or pepperoni pizza made when we came. It came out eventually. The dessert was weak. Tazinos has a better setup but is more expensive. For a cheap pizza buffet, you can't go wrong.

It was slightly over $10 for two people and two drinks, that's Mcdonalds pricing for all you can eat pizza, Not a bad stop once in a while nothing was all that impressive but for $5 did you expect it to be? The breadsticks however are pretty good.

Ok so update. Tried using the yelp check in offer and was denied. Told their store is corporate owned and doesn't recognize yelp. So negative stars from me if I could.

We had a coupon for one free buffet if you buy one and a big drink. We heard that Cici's was something like the old Shakey's and were really looking forward to trying it. What an utter disappointment. The salad bar wasn't bad, but not anything special. The pizzas were mostly dough with very little toppings. The atmosphere was not good at all--noisy and certainly no ambiance. The chicken soup was tasteless as was the garlic bread. I guess you get what you pay for. At $5.55 per person, what can you expect? You would be much better off by going a little bit north and eating at the New China Buffet. Now that is one terrific buffet!!!! My hubby and I go several times a week there. I must say that the entire staff was very friendly and amiable, but that certainly would not be enough to bring me back. As with any restaurant, it's all about the food and this food was atrocious.

Cici's has mediocre all you can eat pizza for $5. That in itself is a good enough reason for 3 stars. Palatable pizza, pasta, and salad as well as drinks. My favorite is when they have the buffalo chicken. Not as good as other pizza chains, but as they say, it's deece. You can also take it to go very quickly. If you're eating in and the pizza you want is not out, you can request it and they will make it immediately. Yes there are kids because it does cater to families. If you were looking for a quiet romantic dinner (even while i was there they had "That's Amore" playing)... and even at 8:00, lady, it won't be found anywhere with a $5 buffet. That'd be like going to the mouse and pizza eatery across the street and complaining about the birthday parties and the noise of video games. If you're like me and just eating out with friends, you won't mind. Staff is outstandingly friendly and are quick to clear your dirty dishes while you're on round 2. Polite too. With cheap, eatable food and friendly staff i will definitely Cici them later!

Been to many Cici's. Convenient, economical and value for the money. This Cicis is no exception. Excellent location. Neat inside. Very good selection of pizzas. When we requested a special pizza, not only did they bring one to the table, but were courteous enough to add one to the buffet as well. We were pleased with their attention to detail and customer service. Would not hesitate to go again.

OK, Let me start with the good. As a Mom I am always looking for places that a) my child will eat the food b) she won't disrupt the universe and the elderly couple next to us and c) if she doesn't eat a thing I won't be out $10. CiCi's is your place if this is what you are looking for. To top it off, she gets a balloon, which makes her day. You are greeted with a bell and howdya do if you have never been there before. Kids get a kick out of this as well. However, as far as pizza buffet's go. I have had much better. I find their pizza bland, their salads over dressed and wilty, and their pasta sub par. You can get specialty pizza made for you and brought to your table before placed on the buffet, but once again, compared to other pizza buffet chains the quality is lacking.

I enjoyed this Pizza Buffet! I went to CI Ci's with a group of my kids and there friends etc and only paid about 50 bucks...there were about 14 of us. This was a huuuugggeee help so i didnt have to pay hundreds of dollars for all of us to eat. Now the pizza was good i only ate the cheese pizza which i only eat. The kids ate and ate and ate some more! I different variety of pizzas were amazing. They even allowed you to create a pizza and it was brought to your table! One of the cooks was very amusing and entertaining. He sang and made a fool of himself (tastefully) for the joy of the customers. Another staff member came around and handed out ballons. The ballons were for the kids to get in free with an adult purchase as long as they bring the balloon back...cool right? They also had a pasta bar which i didnt try but i heard from others that the soup/pasta bar was good. Bottom line this place is more for kids than it is for adults. If you have a kid that doesnt like pizza or is picky about their pizza , then you have a huge issue my friend! Take the kids out for a treat let them stuff their faces until they cant take anymore. Its a cheap eat and a time to sit with the family. Enjoy!

I really hate leaving bad reviews. That said, I get pretty excited about pizza buffets and have been known to enjoy a frozen pizza a bit more than it probably warrants, so it's fair to say that while I wasn't expecting anything truly amazing, I was expecting something at least edible. The salad bar was the tastiest thing in the place, despite the utter lack of toppings other than baby carrots (such as shredded cheese, broccoli, cauliflower, green peas, sweet peppers, and so on). The salad greens looked fresh and clean and tasted fine. Was happy to see French dressing. The pizza buffet was a bit astounding in how unappetizing it looked. There's supposedly a variety of pizzas to be had, but everything had this bland, underbelly look to the toppings and crust. Crust was doughy, dry, and chewy. Cheese was tasteless and gummy. Couldn't say anything about the sauce. I couldn't get past the basics to notice anything about the toppings besides "there's a piece of pepperoni in my mouth" or "there is something chewy in my mouth" (I think that was the macaroni pizza?). There were no pizzas with vegetable toppings of any kind. I can't stress how much the assorted pizzas visually blended into one another. I was a little dismayed by the amount of children in the restaurant around 8pm and how it affected the atmosphere. We weren't expecting a "quiet romantic dinner" by any means; we were expecting that there wouldn't be kids climbing all over the tops of tables. However, the employees were friendly, engaging, and polite. So that's something.

$5 buffett 2-4pm M-TH. Great for kids. If the pizza you want is not on the counter they will make what you want and how much give you a number and bring it to your table.

There cooks don't wear gloves... the selection is small and there pizzas looked like they had been sitting there for hours even though they were busy. I drove all the way from Madison to come here because of their $5 deal... I guess you really do get what you pay for.

  • Abrar A.

Everything was much better than expected, food quality, variety, and customer care (also including special requests without extra costs). Its not fair to compare it to a fancy dinner, it's great at everything it claims. Been there 4 times and consistently had great experience. Manager and employees keep going out of there way to accommodate anything they get a hint of, so naturally one may develop a bias for them.

We went to CiCi's yesterday (Sunday) for lunch. As a childless couple, we appreciated how this child/family friendly place does its thing. I'm a sucker for warm and exuberant customer service, and every employee we encountered exuded such. There was an upbeat feeling in the air, which I think came from happy-sounding banter going on in the open kitchen. There were lots of young kids, but no chaos and no loud noise. Everything is very very clean. There is a game room in the back. And ya can't hate their all you can eat prices. And now about their buffet: I admit I was disappointed at first that the salad bar isn't an all out do it yourself salad bar (at least at this visit). It was two pre-made salads, complete with dressing mixed in. Italian and BBQ Ranch. We thought both were just fine. I did wish that they had more dressing on them but realized that would make them soggy and wilty, sitting out on a bar. So smart choice. I realized that if this was a do-it-yourself bar I would've been stuck behind fellow customers, watching them carefully pluck grape tomatoes one by one with a pair of tongs, and agonizing for precious seconds over dressing choices. And there just isn't a lot of floor space for lines to be bunching up. An overall top priority of this place seems to be to move people through the buffet line QUICKLY, and keep things neat and simple, which I well appreciate. Along that line, there was only one soup choice, and one kind of pasta - cavatappi - which I thought was cool - I've recently decided cavatappi is the best shape of pasta for easy and tasty eating. If you're going to have one kind of pasta: CAVATAPPI is an excellent choice. All of this simplicity leaves all the more room on the buffet line for more pizza choices. The pizza is of course not gourmet but an ok compromise (I think) between the palate of a child and that of an adult. I found a couple of kinds pretty pleasing, especially the chicken, sausage and cheddar. My husband ordered a pizza to go and he was given a soda and a free piece of pizza to enjoy while he waited: exceptional customer service.

Welcome to CiCi's!!!! If you want pizza, if you want salad, if you want bread-sticks, and you want it RIGHT NOW, try out CiCi's. You'll be welcomed energetically, you'll be served a wild assortment of different pizzas, and you'll be amazed at how little you spend. CiCi's delivers consistently on some yummy pizza for very few dollars. This is not an upscale, gourmet pizza joint. It's a fast, yummy, unique-pizza-buffet kind of pizza joint. So if you're taking in a quick lunch or looking for an easy dinner solution, give CiCi's a whirl. Parking is plentiful, the staff are always energetically friendly, the pizza turns over quickly and is always warm, and you'll find the salad, bread-sticks, and desserts a nice addition to the large pizza varieties - if you save room for them. And it takes only a few dollars to enjoy this ride!

First time at Ci Ci's. A friend told be about it. $5.00 all you can eat pizza, with some soup, salad and bread sticks. This review is based on the fact that it is only five bucks. Drinks are an extra $1.00, but all you can drink. Soup: Not so good. Salad: Plain-Jane, but fine. Bread sticks: Good. Pizza: Great! They have about 10 different kinds of pizza. One was a macaroni & cheese pizza. It was actually very good! Of course, you have to like mac & cheese to begin with. Service was quite good. Someone came around to pick up empty plates, so they wouldn't pile up. Naturally, this is kid heaven, so they are always in the way. But, like I said, it's only five bucks. Overall, a good place to go and stuff yourself with pizza. Good place for a family to go, without going broke.

We finally have a CiCi's Pizza in Milwaukee. Something to challenge the Tazinos folks. CiCi's varies in quality substantially depending on location, but fortunately this location seems to be very well-run. The staff is still doing the "welcome to CiCi's" thing with mild enthusiasm, the restaurant appears clean and well-kept, the pizzas are kept fresh as well. CiCi's is like the Wal-Mart of the pizza buffet world, it's cheap and fast and at least acceptable in quality. Some of their pizzas are hard to tell apart. Tazinos is definitely a step up, and has more original pizzas which have more taste, but Tazinos is farther away, which is a downside. Hopefully the existence of a competent local pizza buffet chain will keep CiCi's clean and fresh.

We enjoy going here. With a little one who is just 1, you can't beat their buffet prices. The place is often busy, but never chaotic. They now have a create your own salad bar, which I'm a very big fan of. The staff is always friendly, especially the manager who always seems to be there when we go. Because it is often busy, you can guarantee fresh, hot pizza. And if you don't see something you like, you can special request it.

My first buffet experience at CiCi's was on a Sunday afternoon. The place was super crowded. I paid $5.81 for a single person buffet with water, including tax. Unlimited pop is available at an extra buck. They have a different rate for kids. Overall experience is an OK experience. Food Quality 3 stars; Food Taste 3 stars; Service: 3.5 stars; Dining Atmosphere 2.5-3 stars. Food _ I am not too crazy about their pizzas: overall too salty with "sprinkle" of toppings. Out of 10 pizzas available, ham and pineapple pizza, spinach Alfredo pizza, chicken buffalo pizza, and vegetables pizza are edible. Garlic bread tastes like a salty bread with little to no detectable garlic aroma. The rest of the pizzas taste really blend and basically, you are chewing bread, just like cows chewing grass (only organic cows eat grass but that won't make you organic ... just saying LOL). I can't tell most of their pizzas apart, so some labels would help. I like their cinnamon roll. I think brownies mix at your grocery store would taste better than their chocolate fudge. I have a love/hate relationship with their one and only pasta soup. It was difficult to ladle the soup without spilling. My taste-buds are telling me that they love the soup very much but my brain is telling me that it has too much additives and preservatives in it. Their pasta sauces _ Marinara and Alfredo _ are OK. I like their salads _ pre-made Italian and Ranch. The pickled pepper in Italian is almost too acidic. My teeth and my taste-buds argued O.o Service _ Everyone is very polite and highly energetic. I went there alone and my perfectly untouched food and water got thrown away by a bus-girl. Though she ran and grabbed me a glass of water, I had to go back and grab my food again _ not a huge deal, just felt bad to have my food wasted. Some sort of signs on the table would help reduce these issues. Dining Atmosphere _ It's an "amusement park" for kids, running around the restaurant with halogen balloons and enjoying their childhood to the fullest. Some kids joined my table multiple times (not for eating), blew their balloons up and then released the air around me "as a sign of sharing." Finally, I was asked politely to wrapped the balloons full of saliva _ which I did. I love kids but quickly ran to the bathroom to wash my hands. In a way, I thanked those kids for bringing my appetite down cuz I wouldn't want to stuff myself with too much Carbs. Well, I don't blame the kids nor the restaurant. It is just not the right place for me. It was a whole new experience and was good for one time only. Most likely I will not be back.

This is such an enjoyable atmosphere! The manager remembered me from the first time I stopped in for lunch. I don't have children but I still had a good time here. And yes managment and employees here do have very outstanding customer service! These days that's hard to find anywhere!

I have never been disappointed going to CiCi's. CiCi's has good value and quality for the price. My only complaint is that we take the bus and it's 45 min bus ride to the only place. Other wise it's great!
