Chicken was cooked ok, however steamed vegetables were pretty bad. over cooked. Corn bread was also bad too. too soft like, steam from it made them soft. spanich dip was cooked ok, however the taste for off. I don't I think I will be visiting them again, unless I want a whole chicken.

The customer service was great and the manager was right there so we could ask a question. We got the BBQ pulled chicken, cinnamon apples, loaded mashed potatoes, and the cornbread. All of it was great and very well portioned. Overall, very speedy and excellent.

I've never been blown away with the customer service when it comes to quick casual or fast food.....but every visit to Boston Market gives me a little bit more faith in humanity. I'm not sure who is in charge of the training here, but everyone is VERY polite and actually seems happy to be there. Where else can you say that in food service? The food never disappoints me either. It's definitely a little pricier than your average fast food restaurant (thats the only reason for 4 stars and not 5) but once in awhile, its totally okay to splurge. I will second the comment that someone else said about the new lemonade....it's definitely not as good as the old stuff.

It's fast food, what can you really say? Well, I suppose you can say the staff is AWESOME! The food is what it is, but the staff was really exceptional. Normally my wife and I go to a friends home for Thanksgiving because our families are so far away. However, this year they were out of town - so we were out of a place to celebrate Thanksgiving! That is, until we decided to do what we did about 8 years ago - go to Boston Market for Thanksgiving... after our friends heard about that, we were never able to skip out on eating with their family. At any rate! When we arrived, the staff was just as cheery as they could be! Most places the staff are not too happy to be working on a holiday, but they were really great! One guy even suggested avoiding the stuffing, because it seemed a little too watery for his taste. We didn't listen.. and should have - because he was right! They also put everything on plates and carried it right to our table... though they may do that all the time, it was still nice. All in all, it was nice. The food wasn't superb - but then again we were there for our Thanksgiving meal, which is always better home cooked. So we probably had our expectations a little high for the food. For an every day fast food meal, it would be good.

I love th food but man the service is brutal. I did an online order for pickup and had to wait 45 minutes for my food! What's the point of the online order then if your gonna not have any turkey when I get there at 5pm. I had my order in at 9am for a 5pm pickup. A joke of service. But their food is delicious.

Ordered a chicken pot pie which had a light flaky crust and was quite tasty and it came with a side order of corn bread. My dining companion had the 1/4 chicken with corn and mac & cheese; the chicken and mac & cheese were reported to be delicious but the side order of corn was inedible. Service was fine but cashier pushed way to hard on the desert and additional sides. Price for lunch for 2 was $16 which although the food was generally good was outrageously high. If price was at $10 - $12 I would have rated them higher.

I am a fan of Boston Market. I am a fan of their staff. This Thanksgiving my husband and I were stranded for Thanksgiving. We normally go to a Friends house but they were not hosting this year. I was not up for making a full meal for the two of us so we decided to rough it out on the town and try to rustle up some TG grub. We ended up at Boston Market. They had a special menu (slightly higher priced) for TG day. As we went to order the staff gave us their honest opinions on the food. They were helpful and knowledgeable and seemed to really care that we had good meal. They allowed us to taste the food before purchasing it. After we ordered the staff again, went above and beyond the call of duty. One staff went to find us "real" plates and silverware. He said we should not eat TG dinner on paper plates. He insisted on carrying our tray to the table for us. We really felt cared for. They made our meal special. They didn't even know us, it was a real treat!

OK... I'm a big Boston Market fan because of the food.. I love the quarter white with mashed potatoes gravy and mac n cheese. The food is so good especially for how quick it is and for the price. I really don't understand the person that thinks the prices are outrageous. To be able to feed yourself for under $10 and be eating something much better than a nasty fast food burger or equivalent is pretty freaking awesome if you ask me. To expect a chicken/mashed potato/veggie meal for 2 people at $10-$12 is just being plain ridiculous. Anyway, besides the food.... the real reason I'm writing this review isn't to review Boston Market as a whole, the review is for the specific location on Hwy 100 and Cleveland .. there is something about the staff here that is unlike any other Boston Market I've been to. They are sooooo nice here. It's almost unusual and bizarre how nice everyone is here, and it isn't just a couple of people within the staff.. It doesn't matter if I go during the day or in the evening, EVERY single member of the staff seems GENUINELY happy to be working there and to have me there as a customer. I actually was just there this evening with my boyfriend who is from Chicago. We both like the food there and we were looking for something quick to eat before he headed back home. We went in, and every person from the guy who took our order to the girl at the cash register, and even the guy wheeling out the garbage... everyone was smiling and pleasant. The cashier girl took our food out to a table for us and brought out a milk for me.. While we were eating, she stopped by again to see if we were doing well and told us if we needed anything to let her know. Shortly after that, the manager came over and asked how everything was. And several minutes later the guy wheeling out the garbage calls over "hey hows everything guys?" My boyfriend could not get over it... he said it is the nicest staff he's ever seen at any restaurant ever.... and he eats out A LOT... nice places, fast food, whatever. It's true though, everyone there seems to really live by the service with a smile saying and the best part is that they seem really genuine about it.. definitely not fake nice. So whatever they're doing over there that has their team of people motivated the way they are, more establishments should be doing the same thing. Will always be back for the food... but will seek out this location for the smiles and service !.. oh and the plates they give you if you are dining in is a nice touch as well.

Boston Market is probably on its way out. Years ago, they offered great value. Good sandwiches, decently sized, with a choice of fresh side items. In recent years, the side items are of varying freshness. Worse, they've taken the sandwich size and dinked with it. They now offer a "half" that seems smaller than their old sandwich, or a "full" that seems larger, and I find that neither is really what I want. The old sandwiches were just the right size. But the thing that kills it? They got rid of their premium lemonade, and now dispense "lemonade" from the soda machine. I haven't seen a lemonade dispenser at the other locations either, lately, so I'm guessing at a companywide change. Boneheaded move, guys, it was something that differentiated you! Now Quiznos wins the lemonade war.
