A family favorite! This particular Cheesecake Factory may be my family's preferred Cheesecake Factory. The seating and service is excellent. The food is prepared to perfection. Great staff and very short wait time. Highly recommend the enchiladas, tamale corn cakes, avocado egg rolls, for appetizers. Every entrée is a great choice.

I'm pleasantly surprised when I eat at the Mayfair Cheesecake Factory. Last time, we got a few different appetizers and they were all good. We also split an order of Thai Chicken Lettuce Wraps and they were the highlight, really good and unique. Service was pretty good and this was while they were extremely busy. The menu is impressively broad but every dish features fresh ingredients and is done just right. I can't imagine how they do the volume they do and maintain excellent food quality, so I will eat there more often and just enjoy it.

It's the standard Cheesecake Factory. Long menu, a little of everything. I do love their white chicken chili. There's frequently a wait at dinner time. I recommend skipping the cheesecake and getting the strawberry shortcake. It's delicious. Also, it's huge so a good idea if you're sharing.

So my girlfriend went out on Valentine's Day (I wasn't with her because I'm in Boston) to get herself a slice of cheese cake because she deserves it. This cheese cake factory told her it would be a 15 minute wait so she orders the slice of cheese cake... 30 minutes pass and it hasn't come yet so they ask how much longer it would be. But they say we have no record of you placing an order and it will be a 45 minute wait for a slice of cheese cake now. So my perfectly deserving girlfriend was deprived of the wonders of a slice of cheese cake. I would not have my valentine treated in such a manner.

Good quality food and friendly staff though I'm a little disappointed nobody is dressed like Bernadette and Penny were in TBBT.

Lost in the menu Vast selection of items with huge portions. Service is always attentive. Prices are reasonable for what you're getting. Oh so yummy cheesecake!

I don't understand what people love about this place. I've been here a couple of times and I always leave feeling this is just another applebees or whatever but more overpriced and with an oversized and confused menu of lots of average food. I can't say anything here is bad, nor is it good, everything left me thinking why would I pay that for that. The service is always slow, and this location is always loud. Yep I'm done with the CCF and can't imagine anything short of the free lunch that brought me in this time bringing me back.

You can find all different flavors here- American, Italian, Mediterranean, Chinese, Vietnamese..etc. It's one of the better franchise restaurant and can easily please anyone picky eater. I brought out of town guests or Asian friends here often. This one has outdoor patio which are wonderful for the sunny days. Stand along heaters are available. The staffs in this one are super nice and very helpful. The only drawback is they don't take reservations but Bar area is first come first serve. Sunday Brunch (open at 10:00am) is good and usually not crowed at all. Kids menu has variety of choices as well. Cheesecakes are always good!!!

Good food. Place was busy. Server did a good job, though she was very busy. Tables are really small.. As in plates falling off the table... Overall it was a mediocre experience. Nothing extraordinary. Good place to go when you don't feel like cooking.

This is one of the better Cheesecake Factory locations that I have been too. Cheesecake is one of my favorite desserts, so it comes as no surprise that this chain is one of my favorites. I really like the design of this one. It has high ceilings and a welcoming decor. The staff was really nice. Our waiter was really friendly and made great small talk- he noticed my girlfriend's Batman shirt and they excitedly talked about upcoming movies and TV shows. It's a little pricey, but the portions are massive. If you eat like I do, you pretty much get two meals- one portion that you finish at the restaurant and another that you get to enjoy later at home. The menu is so long, but it offers something for everyone. From Chinese food to burgers, to pasta, and everything in between. They also have the best free bread at the start of the meal- seriously, the honey wheat brown bread is one of the reasons to go. I went with my girlfriend and her mother. My girlfriend ordered the Factory combination, with Steak Diane and Herb Crusted Salmon with mashed potatoes. She was really happy with everything on her plate. Her mother and I both had Chicken Madeira, and it was amazing. The sauce is the perfect amount of sweetness, and the portion is massive. Her mom loved it too, it was her first time having it and she was really pleased. Naturally, we had to get dessert. Mother got the 30th Anniversary Chocolate Cake Cheesecake. It's layers of cheesecake, fudge cake, and truffle cream. It looked outrageously decadent, and she said it was a good life choice. The girlfriend ordered the Kahlua Cocoa Coffee Cheesecake, and loved it enough that she only ate half so she could enjoy the rest later. I ordered the Oreo Dream Extreme Cheesecake and oh my god, it might be my new favorite. It was so rich and creamy.

Busy and intimidating! Came here on a Friday night around dinner time. We were on our way to see a MKE Bucks game and wanted to eat before tip off. Even with having my boyfriends mom who lives close to the restaurant to go early to grab a table since they didn't take RSVP, we waited about a hour to be seated. Granted, it was 5 of us and there were more people coming through the door then there were people leaving. It was totally intimidating to walk through the door and seeing the hungry patrons wait for their buzzer to sound stating their table was ready. It was absolutely packed. Finally, we are seated and given warm bread and butter. Menu is gigantic. Almost overwhelming. You don't know where to start and where to end. The nice thing is there is much variety meaning you will find something that interest you. It's impossible not too. Even on a busy night, service was pretty good and food came out at a reasonable time. Portion sizes are huge. You won't have room for cheesecake! If you haven't been to a Cheesecake Factory, it is worth the drive, wait and price which isn't very bad. I would place them better than "A-OK" but the lack of seating is problematic. They really need to expand by maybe adding an upstairs dining area or bar to create more room.

Never can go wrong with The Cheesecake Factory. Probably one of the best restaurant chains around. So many different types of cuisine to choose from. Italian, Cajun, Vietnamese, British, American, and more. Went for lunch and was incredibly impressed with the quality and amount of servers they had. Definitely prepared and organized. I tried the Spicy Chipotle Chicken Pasta, oh boy. Really really filling and wonderful. Tasted the same when I warmed up some for dinner. Outdoor patio was really nice and much more quiet of a selection than inside.

Giant menu, giant portions...what more can the standard American ask for? Cheesecake has options fit for everybody including salads, sandwiches, pasta, fish, tacos and more. You can't go wrong by coming here. Cheesecake has been referred to as one of the nation's unhealthiest restaurant chains, and that comes to no surprise due to their rich flavors, big portions and something else...oh duh CHEESECAKE. Don't come here on a diet unless you have unwavering willpower because that display of heavenly desserts is almost impossible to pass up. Though they do have many salad options and a "skinny" menu. They start off with warm bread..so hard not to fill up on the chocolate wheat bread. My favorites include: - Spicy chicken chipotle pasta -Jambalaya pasta -Chinese chicken salad -Santa Fe salad (that peanut cilantro vinaigrette though...nothing like it) -White chocolate raspberry truffle cheesecake (my go-to order) -Dulce de leche cheesecake (a light, almost refreshing option) -Kahlua cocoa coffee cheesecake (brownie bottom, not too rich though) It can get pretty pricey, but you're technically paying for 3 meals. If you come when the lunch portion is offered- get that because it will be enough to share. Expect over an hour wait for dinner on weekends. Also they give a free slice of cheesecake and sing on birthdays.

Dined in on a Tuesday around 6pm. The place was hoping, but because we were only a table of two we got in right away. For appetizer we started out with the Fried Mac N Cheese Balls - delcious, but at a price, and I dont mean in the pocket book. Looked up this baby on my fitnesspal app and they are over 300 calories per ball! For dinner I had the Pulled Pork Sandwich and my guest had a large dinner salad. Both were very good For dessert I had the Oreo Cheesecake - yum!

Great cheesecake the California cheese steak is very good the cheesecake is a little but it is worth every penny Great place very busy worth the wait or take the cheesecake to go

Food for giants and an overwhelming number of cheesecakes for your pleasure. I've been here a few times over the years, so here are my go-to dishes: -spicy chicken chipotle pasta -the club -their crispy beef dish (forgot the name) -white chocolate raspberry truffle cheesecake (hands down the best one) However, you can't really go wrong with any of the sandwich or salad options. If you get sore going through the enormous menu, just go with the spicy chicken chipotle pasta. It seems to be a consensus favorite. The portions are extremely large, so if you can go for lunch, get the lunch sized portion. Otherwise, you may have some food to take home. Also, these large portions come with a comparable price tag...but the food is really good, especially for a chain. Their shrimp and bacon club once showed up in a Yahoo! article as the unhealthiest sandwich in America. And yes, I've tried it because of that article. Not worth it.

It is a good chain restaurant. If my date is cheap (not often) this is a go-to. So much variety and their staff is professional.

Pretty spectacular desserts, and a huge selection all around. The Kahlua cheesecake was out of this world; definitely on the pricey side

We used to eat here fairly often, mainly takeout, but while the desserts were killer, the food was very inconsistent. Well, this week we did takeout there again and my memories were accurate. I ordered the corn tamales to share, the chicken and shrimp gumbo, and the Reese's Peanut Butter & chocolate cheesecake. The tamales were truly so-so, no kick to the sauce. It was the "gumbo" that was truly mediocre. Chicken - way overcooked; shrimp - overcooked, small... And not many. The "spicy Cajun" sauce was neither, and it was packed with tomatos (?!) It was more of a jambalaya, but not a great one. Having had the Coopers Hawk jambalaya earlier in the week, the factory suffered by comparison. It will be very hard to convince me to go back - unless it's just for dessert.

Our waitress took forever to take our order. More than thirty minutes. Our first order of drinks took over fifteen minutes to receive, she blamed the bartender. Our second drink order took another twenty plus minutes to receive, she said she just stared at the bartender. The restaurant was out of salmon, on a Thursday night... They brought our food and my to go order at the same time, no waitress to check and see if something was wrong. They forgot the two year old and three year olds food. You always bring kids food first. The waitress blamed the cooks. Said it was wrong and nobody told her. The food is not worth the price, and the service is lacking! It's one thing to make an adult wait for food, another to make two young children to wait, while all the adults have their food! This alone disgusts me! I cannot stand people who blame others and don't take responsibility. We barely saw the waitress all night!

Iam a big fan of cheesecake so when I went I was really excited. I have tried a couple of their dishes. The first dish is the Louisiana pasta which is wonderful it's a little spicy but not to hot. Another dish I tried was the quesadillas which were ok they weren't bad and they were wonderful. I also tried their orange chicken which can be a little more saucy but overall it was great. My favorite part was the cheesecake I tried the strawberry cheese cake which was great. I also tried the chocolate cheese cake I'm not a huge chocolate fan but It was a great experience! I also love their bread.

3.5 stars actually, but I feel this deserves a breakdown for each category. The categories I will be rating are as I experienced them. The categories are parking, architecture, atmosphere, service, menu, drinks, appetizers, entrees, desserts and price. I believe it is important to note something before I start. This was my GF's birthday dinner for the two of us. I am unaware of birthday protocol but there was no singing, clapping or free dessert. I have been to restaurants cheaper and more expensive that have done it when I only mentioned the word "Birthday" OR when we didn't even mention it but they checked her ID for drinks and SAW it was her birthday! I could not take points off for this but it did not help it's rating case, whatsoever. Parking - 5 Architecture - 4 Atmosphere - 4 Service - 5 Menu - 3 Drinks - 1 Appetizers - 3 Entrees - 3 Desserts - 4 Price - 2

I love the menu...so varied. I do not like the wait nor the close proximity to other patrons, but have worked my way around that. I like the bar area seating and usually there isn't a wait for those seats.

Well I didn't actually get to try a piece of cheesecake after our meal but I may go back for a piece, someday. I've been to that cafe de lux (or something like that) in Chicago that is owned by these guys & it's basically the same story. The place is obviously very massive & very dim inside. It's mostly all about fluff, the food is mediocre. They pack the people in here & they must serve thousands every day. The service was great after they took us to the wrong table in the beginning. Also, the woman patron next to us was complaining about not getting her artichoke, that was a bit annoying but understandable. Me and my daughter both got burgers & a side of green beans. The burgers were good & quite big but a bit overpriced. Fries were blah, not even as good as Ore-Ida. Also the green beans were nearly $5 for a tiny portion. Some of the seating here is quite odd, they put you right next to other parties at some of the tables, that's a tad annoying. Menu is very massive, everybody should be able to find something if you can read in dim lighting. As I said before prices are a bit high for Denny's type food. I may only go back for the cheesecake, eventually

It's fine, for a chain, I guess. The menu is huge, with a hilariously-large number of categories. Also, there are ads in the menu. That's not okay.

First time here. We had an outstanding meal and experience. Arrived about 8:00 PM on Monday nite, 6/11/12. Seated immediately with menus. A few empty tables, so we beat the rush. Server showed up within a minute & took our cocktail order. We were nit-picky on the order but, very soon thereafter, received our cocktails exactly as requested. (Ten points for the server!) We ordered the combination "Steak Diane"/salmon dinner, the sweet corn tamale cakes and the "crispy artichoke." Steak was cooked medium rare as ordered; great flavor and very tender. The sweet corn tamales were outstanding.... served with an in-house salsa of tomato, avocado,etc.... not sure, but SO good. I was equivocal about getting the artichoke dish, but it was outstanding and a very unique dish that I will definitely order as an appetizer next time I'm here. Our server "Veronike" (correct spelling), was extremely professional; she complimented the excellent food to the nth degree. Just an outstanding experience here, tonight.

You know the saying "300 channels but there's nothing on"? The Cheesecake Factory menu is like that. It's something like 50 pages of junk I don't want to eat. From what I can tell they take a normal dish, add some sort of fusion-y spin to it and therefore make it completely gross. We don't go here often because the food is both expensive and not good, but when we do venture in we are forced to wait. And wait. And wait. Maybe on principle, because there are always open tables. I will say that service has generally been good, with that whole fake cheerful "oh, have you ever dined here?" thing. No, but I have eaten in restaurants before so I think I can handle it....

The food at CF is always pretty decent but my complaints are with the waitstaff and ambiance. Tonight for example we arrived at 8:30PM to a restaurant that was about half full. The hostess could have gave us any of the half open table and booths. In my experience most people would prefer to sit by a window in a booth, she choose to seat us and one of there small tables in the far back as close as you can get to the kitchen. In most places this would have not been an issue but CF is already one of the loudest restaurants too begin with, with its high vaulted ceilings the noises just travel. In this case I could barely talk to my wife over the noise of the kitchen staff putting away containers of silverware for the night. When our server was telling us the specials I had to ask him to repeat part of them twice because I could not hear him. Honestly, I usually do not care if a restaurant is lively and loud but this place is off the charts loud.

I have never had the chance to eat here. Went with a group they told us an hour. There was a section open that would have seated all of us, but we got the feeling they didn't want to bother with us. Too bad. Again I didn't get to eat here. We went to Maggianos. They seated us ASAP when we walked in.

Good food. Expensive but generous servings. But honestly, eat somewhere else and then come here for cheesecake, it's delicious and what they are named for.

As legendary connoisseurs of American style decadence, I'm sure you are all aware that The Cheesecake Factory is one of the worst restaurants for you. The quality of the food is all right, but there's nothing amazing on the menu and the prices are unusually high for the average quality of the food. While the interior is extremely nice, if you've seen one Cheesecake Factory you've seen them all. The bar area is always extremely nice with plenty of seating, the floor has a ton of room and a lot of tables feel relatively private, but a lot of the booth style seating can sometimes put you uncomfortably close to strangers. The main reason I'm here is the RED VELVET CHEESECAKE. This cheesecake is so perfect I've been sitting here for 10 minutes trying to find the words to describe it...there are none. There is no price too high or service too poor to make this cheesecake not worth the trip to the Cheesecake Factory.

Fantastic happy hour, extensive menu, amazing food (the corn tamale cakes are scruptious!!) and friendly staff. Every time I order, my food is completely accurate--which trust me, I am the one who substitutes like ten things on a salad. Definitely my go to place!

Struggling to give one star. Waitress was the worst ever. Never checked on us, didn't bring any refills. Asked 3 times for salad dressing that was missing and still never got it. Waited 1 hour for food. Couple sat next to us and got food within 10 minutes so it was obviously a waitress issue. At the end finally found the manager Mike to complain about her. He said he was replacing and the only thing that saved the night for others was we did see her walking towards the parking lot when we left. Manager Mike was nice but we had already paid cash for our food and we're now late for a movie so we just wanted to go. Hopefully the service improved for others after we left. Will have to go to the other location next time.

All I wanted to do was order curbside to go! I called the first time and was transferred to the bakery (I can only assume that it was the hostess that answered the phone). I sat on hold for 10 minutes - I hung up and called again. I explained that I was on hold for about 10 minutes just to order curbside to go. I was told that there were 2 people in the bakery and that the person who answered the phone would go let the 2 people in the bakery know that my phone call would be transferred. As I write this roughly 5 minutes later, I am still on hold. Usually when I sit at the bar (or in the actual restaurant portion) to get my food, I haven't had any issue and I've gotten great service in a timely fashion. My recommendations, don't order curb side to go. Go in the restaurant.

Man, I sure wish that I would have gotten the Red Velvet Cheesecake... it was so perfect and not too sweet. Next time (if it's even still there). I really liked my lettuce wraps from here, they were SOOO good and so fun to eat!! Some sort of bean chili w chicken wasn't too great. I don't like chicken on pizza and now in chili, either. It just isn't right. Was not exciting at all. But Red Velvet and Lettuce Wraps = awesome!

I could write and write for years about how much I love The Cheesecake Factory. I don't even like cheesecake, but I can't get enough of theirs. Everytime I go there is always something new to get, and I probably have had about seventy-five percent of the menu sometime in my lifetime and can not remember a dish tasting bad. My favorite over all these years is still the avocado egg rolls. Their drinks are great, and they actually know how to make a daiquiri. They are pricey, but it is worth it.

Had we had cheesecake factories back in the 90s in Wisconsin, my teenage mallrat self woulda so been all "oh my god" over the whimsical, vaguely Victorian interior and fancy schmancy salads and fusion cuisine. Since it arrived a little later in my life I'm always sort of like "oh, this is kinda cute". It IS a little pricey here, and the food is probably only a step up from olive garden, but I still like it here. The menu has everything under the sun and then some. Our service the other night was really really really good. We split a piece of cheesecake and when we asked for the bill to be split, our waitress split the price of the cheesecake 3 ways. Nice! Our only suggestion? A cheesecake sampler please and thank you! So difficult to decide on one kind with like 40 flavors! Also, weirdly the bar area is really cute here. They have a lot of foo foo drinks here and a happy hour there. It looked like there were a lot of dates going on in the area. So dudes, two things that make a girl really happy? Liquor and cheesecake.

Too much stuff on the menu and I've never had anything that was truly great or I'd up the stars. Portions are disgustingly huge. Who can eat this??? Yeah you can carry it out after you're finished but I came for dinner, not 2 dinners! And it's never as good the next day...it just isn't. The one huge peeve I have is they have no kids menu. I don't mind not having a kid menu in an upscale restaurant but you're a corporate restaurant next to a MALL. Get over yourself. I don't want to pay 9 dollars for a cheese sandwich that is too big for 3 adults to eat so that my son can have some food. Only reason it's getting 2 stars is that the cheesecake is actually pretty good. Service is hit or miss.

I have been to the Cheescake Factory twice now and this review is a blend of both experiences. First time - horrible experience. Long wait time, about 40 minutes longer than quoted and the food was a sloppy mess. After spending $30 for two burgers for lunch, I vowed I would never return. More recent experience - still long wait time and the hostess really doesn't know the meaning of 25 minutes when it is more like an hour that you wait. The menu is huge, just absolutely huge. It's like reading a book. Many selections. The prices are still ridiculous but I have to say that I loved what I had this time and thought it was a really good value for the money. Chicken Di Pana is very good. I was surprised when they brought my plate out and it looked like it was a dinner for two. Our waitress was super friendly and the service was great, couldn't ask for better. My friend treated me and my son because she had some gift cards and even with $50 worth, I paid another $25 toward the bill - this was for Lunch! So yes, the prices are on the high end. Always packed, long waits, high prices, good quality (at least what I had) and HUGE portions. The cheesecake..... ehh, wasn't a big fan. Ironic hey!

I've been to a lot of Cheesecake Factorys but this none just fell short of the service and the quality of food, the white bread they brought out was different from all the other ones that I have been to, and the inside was refrigerated cold while the outside of the bread was hot, second it took a VERY long time for our order to get ready, and at the end although by accident the waitress spilled he container of balsamic vinegar all over our iPad mini and although the iPad was fine the case was ruined and other than apologies they didn't even bother to offer a desert or something to make up for the cost of the case that now has to be replaced. I'm sure we would have declined anyways but it's the type of service that puts you above the rest. So overall a blah experience

Are you kidding me with this place? Can you say...OVERRATED? Tonight we were celebrating my mom's birthday. Plus one...seated right away, although apparently it's not part of the Hostesses job to give a shit because when she pulled out the chair at the table we were being seated at...the floor was disgusting with the previous patrons meal on the floor. The table had a sticky residue on it. FYI...Customers don't mind having to wait for a clean table. Our waitress was great and not overbearing. Hubby and I had the Chicken & Biscuits...DISGUSTING...it was basically an overpriced plate of Chicken Pot pie. It consisted of mashed potatoes on top of that pieces of bland chicken breasts, then on top of that a flat layer of biscuit. This was surrounded by burned and bland vegetables. It was also lukewarm! My mom did enjoy her Crab Bites appetizer & Orange Chicken( a plate clearly for two)which I was glad of. Next on the list the uncomfortable feeling and looks everyone has when sitting extremely close to strangers. The atmosphere was good along with the decorum. As far as food goes this is not on the top of my list actually I would be just fine with not eating here again. I gave it 2 stars because my mom enjoyed her appetizer and dinner.

Cheesecake Factory is one of those go-to chains that is typically reliable for a decent meal. After my visit last night I am not so sure I will return anytime soon. An old favorite, the Eggplant Sandwich has been watered down by removing the unique Indian Fry Bread and the well grilled veggies. What is left is a boring bun, a flavorless aioli concotion, veggies overcooked to mush and smothered in so much greasy cheese, I literally didnt eat it. My dining partner was happy with her meal. Our cheesecake was ok, but not great.

  • Michelle T.

Awesome atmosphere, beautiful desserts, excellent waiter. However, my cheesesteak was very, very fatty and after picking out most of the meat, I asked to return it. They did bring me another dish of my choice, but the manager seemed annoyed and they didn't charge me for my original dish, but offered no compensation for my inconvenience. Being an owner of two restaurants, this makes no sense to me. Mistakes happen, yes, but make sure the customer is satisfied. We were planning to come back for breakfast because the menu is so amazing, but now I'm reticent to do so.

I mean...it's Cheesecake Factory....if you've been to one, you've basically been to all of them. The menu is massive and cluttered with ads, it's pretty inside, they have a lot of cheesecake...blah blah blah. You all know this. I'm writing this, though, because I've been to this location twice in the past week while visiting family ...and let's be honest, there are not too many places to have a nice dinner around these parts. So I figure...why not? Our first experience: It was Sunday night and the restaurant was dead....as dead as anything that has ever died. We were sat in a little corner and a few times I felt like we were forgotten about. We ordered the Boston House Salad and the Chicken Parmesan Sandwich. We decided we'd just share both items...and thank goodness we did...HUGE portions. The salad was very good and the sandwich was awesome. Only thing I didn't like was the roasted peppers...they kind of over powered the entire thing. The bread was pretty cold and hard too :/ Second visit: We came with another couple and it was a little bit busier this time. We were still seated right away and our waitress was very sweet...although very spacey. She took a long time to bring anything at all. We had to ask for the bread and for refills multiple times. My boyfriend and I ordered the same combo...and it was MUCH better this time. We also ordered the sandwich without the peppers so that was a huge plus. The cheese on the sandwich was more melty and delicious and overall...just a better meal. The other couple ordered the Salisbury Steak (yeah, I dunno why that was ordered either...huge joke of the night haha) and the Shrimp Pasta. Both of them were very happy with their choices. The bread was also much better this time around. I'll assume this is because it was busier...but still...make the effort to serve fresh food to all of the guests. My big complaint from this night was the fact that our waitress took so long to come pick up my credit card, we had to flag down another employee to take care of it. It was seriously about 15 minutes!! So...all things considered...3 stars. I do like the fact that even though this location is at a mall...it's detached from the mall. Makes it feel a bit nicer than most other locations. RECOMMENDATION!! Try the Mint Green Iced Tea (Sweetened)....SO GOOD.

Honestly, the food is like Applebees at 4x the price. I've had rude staff insult me directly, and the place is generally so packed full of people, it takes forever to get a table plus a day to get your food. I don't know why people are so fascinated with this place. The cheesecake is good for carrying out though. LOL

I can't believe this place wasn't on Yelp for gluten free!! Many options! Oh and yeah...sweet potato fries.. AWESOME!

Had great service. Huge menu. You'll go back again just to try the item you didn't order. Great atmosphere; but not if you're looking for a quiet dinner. Enjoy!

Everyone knows cf is a chain and the perils and pitfalls associated with that. my wife had a chicken stuffed enchilada with delicious cornbread. It was zesty and flavorful and fully satisfying. My dish was the pasta ragu with gemelli pasta. Beautiful shape for a pasta, I wish more places served it. It was cooked perfectly. The sauce was good but kind of thin and I would have liked a bit more of it. Overall it was kind of salty but not too overwhelmingly so. Service was great and I would definitely stop again.

Everything in their menu is great! I love going on Sunday breakfast and getting the eggs Benedict. The food is great and so is the staff. Love coming here every week!

I don't care what people think, I love The CF. Thousands of food options with HUGE serving sizes (it's about two meals in one), free bread, reasonably priced (it's not McDonald's cheap, but what is?!), my wife loves the cheesecake, and a good open atmosphere. You normally have a little wait time to get seated, but oh well. If you want an above average dining experience without any fancy frills, I would go here.

Pagers not working and we didn't hear our party's name ( even though we were sitting about eight feet away), so after being quoted a 50 minute wait, we eventually get seated after an hour and ten minutes. We get seated and after being somewhat rushed, I ordered a drink and it didn't come till another person ordered a drink later. Our meals come rather quickly (something good for once), my girl's meal had a hair in it (it was a pasta dish). We did get that entree taken off the bill though. Overall, a dissapointing experience from a place that usually excels.

A LACK OF CHEESECAKE OPTIONS in the Milwaukee Metro. I've found it very challenging to find cheesecake dessert options. There are restaurants that offer cheesecake but it's decadent and usually embellished with chocolate OR it's Jell-O no bake. (Drop me a message if you have any suggestions!) Due to this lack of options my fiancee and I settled for The Cheesecake Factory. It pains me to give my dollars to a California based chain restaurant. ORDERED: Chocolate Coconut Cream Cheese Cake (him) - $6.95 and Vanilla Bean Cheesecake (her) - $7.90 TASTED: Sugar coma X x x X sugar coma. We each ate only half our portions as they were just too rich and sugary. The espresso-like buzz followed by a gnawing stomach ache just isn't worth it in my opinion.

I had gumbo, while my companion had a pasta dish. I thoroughly enjoyed my dish, however the pasta was lacking. We had a short wait, but it was normal considering it's a popular place on Saturdays. I would recommend to the staff to clean their sticky tables. Ours was sticky, and the staff did not clean the other tables in between customers. I would not recommend the Cheesecake Factory if you want to talk with your dining companion. We were placed on the tables with chairs on one side and the bench on the other. The young boy on one side of us kept kicking the benches, crawling around, and actually kicked my companion before they finally left. We were relieved before the waitress replaced them with an even group. I prefer to not be part of the conversation of the tables less than a foot on either side of me.

If you can't find something you like from a menu this big, then perhaps eating isn't for you. Observations: -The portions are huge and the prices reflect such. -This location (at Mayfair) is always busy. As are every Cheesecake Factory location. -The complimentary bread is delish. -When you are finally seated, you may end up at one of the table in the long "row." Dining this way is not private, intimate, romantic, etc. I wish ALL restaurants would do away with this interior design choice. NO customers like it. -I have never ordered a meal that I didn't like. Although, several times my entree has come out of the kitchen miss-prepared and needed to be sent back. I blame individual servers and/or kitchen staff, and not the restaurant chain as a whole. -Don't go to the Cheesecake Factory if you're dieting. Calorie counts are high. -One piece of cheesecake is enough for two grown adults.

ok. manager and staff are awesome! food is good. cheesecake good but I think overrated. (maggianos is better) and although the menu is large we have been there many time and are now running out of stuff to pick and are bored. the bread they give you while you wait is good, always warm and fresh. fave food: fried mac and cheese(appetizer) BBQ Pulled Pork, Chicken Madeira dinner and ANY soup is delish!

So I am still a little angry so lets keep this short: 1.Had to wait for a server 2.Corn fritters gooey in the middle, not cooked 3.Manager came when we didnt ask for one and apolgized. Had them remade. 4.Corn fritters came again ,undercooked again manager came and apologized. We didnt we didnt want it and continued to wait for our food. 5. The Navajo says its bread is pan fried but it was way too greasy. The inside was more bland than a salad. The chicken was cooked well but had no salt or anything on it. 6. Crabcake burger ? Decent, best tasting thing all night . 7.Fries too salty. Can see salt on every single one. 8.They gave us free dessert and took fritters off our bill. I still didnt recover from this experience. Overall: unhappy

Typically the fish taco's are fantastic, this time the corn tortilla was soggy and kept falling apart. The flavors were all there. Mmm. Mm m. Strawberry lemonade topped it off. If you are super hungry get the shepherds pie!

Salmon salad. Glass of Cabernet. Cheesecake does it well every time I'm in. You actually get better service on a weekend, when they have more people on. Weeknights have fewer customers, way fewer servers. Service can be hit or miss, but the great food makes up for it. Outdoor seating lets you look at a parking lot, I'll pass if I'm eating. Just wine with friends, yes.

I come here a couple times a yar when ever I am summoned to Milwaukee for meetings/trainings. I really love the warm setting, cozy booths and curtains that you can pull to close your booth-- Food wise they what they are suppose to and expected!

Is this where the fat people go to get fatter? Sandwiches coated in butter than toasted to make a nice greasy mess. Although I do think Olive Garden has them beat (since OG's pasta dishes are actually 14 servings), the serving sizes are more then enough to feed a family of four. I've only been there twice, and the quality is high, but the service is terrible. And the prices are outrageous, of course since it's so much food, maybe someone would call that value. But I do not want to eat the same stuff from the doggie bag for the next three days, so no thanks.

I went there last night with a medium-large group, did not have to wait to get seated, our server was pretty good (minus the part where she couldn't open a wine bottle and had another server do it) - she came back many times to check up on us and made sure our drinks were refilled. All of our food came out really quick and everyone at our table enjoyed their food - I tried more than just my own and I liked it all. I usually am too full to order cheesecake - but I have had it before - a slice is usually enough for at least 2 people. I usually order the plainer types of cheesecake - mainly because I like the simple taste of cheesecake and don't like it drowned out in chocolate and extra ingredients - and they make their cheesecake pretty well. I've been to this location a couple times now, never had a problem. Yes they have a very large menu, but it's also a chain that has to cater to a large crowd. Get over it people. And why would you go to a place like this to order a burger and fries or a sandwich? Silly if you ask me. And portion size - yea they are large, but hardly any larger than most restaurant chains. And honestly people, lets not exaggerate, it's not so large that you have enough for "the next three days" or enough to "feed a family of four"...well unless no one in your family ever eats.

We enjoyed a delightful brunch, as we arrived at opening (10 a.m.), so it was relaxing in the rotunda area, although some took advantage of the patio seating. Our waitress, Kristin, was personable & efficient. Our favorites include their French toast Napolean, with (the best!) strawberries, pecans & chantlilly cream( haven't found better french toast anywhere), & tasty lemon-ricotta pancakes with strawberries. Yum..thanks to Chef Mike. It was nice that the manager,John, stopped by, probably to make sure we could get out of the booth after eating all that food! Did I mention you get warm bread before your meal? He also explained their new Skinnylicious menu.. maybe THAT was a hint!

Stopped in for lunch yesterday and had my first dissapointing food there ever. Chicken club and avacado sandwich was dry, tomotoes and avacado both were not ripe and fries were cold. They were busy, but they are always busy.

My wife and I have been a fan of the cheesecake factory in the past but were quite turned off by this experience. Valentine's day late lunch is apparently not the time to go unless you are OK with the bus staff sweeping around your feet while you are eating and OK with them loudly clanking plates and silverware around as they clear and set tables. It took away completely from the peaceful atmosphere that we have experienced in the past. Food was good, pricing was as expected, service was good. I will return but will avoid slow times for fear that post lunch clean up will interfere with my meal.

My first review as a Yelp Elite! I don't think I've ever seen a bigger menu. 18 pages! I actually thought I wouldn't like the place because it is your typical huge chain I usually avoid, but I actually had a pretty good experience here. I stopped in for lunch and decided to try a couple of their small plate items. I had the Asparagus Salad and the Wild Mushroom Flatbread Pizza. Both dishes were better than I expected. The salad was fresh and bright with a nice lemon vinaigrette and lots of shaved Parmesan. The Pizza had a nice crisp crust, lots of earthy mushrooms and just a touch of garlic. The best bite of the day was when I put some of the salad on the pizza itself. The lemon from the dressing really brought out the flavor of the mushrooms. Along with the food I had a surprisingly well made Pineapple Mojito. My server was polite and friendly and the restaurant is very Wheelchair Accessible. As I was leaving, I realized that I had actually gone to the Cheesecake Factory and not ordered Cheesecake! So I guess there has to be a next time. Kind of like leaving your jacket at a date's house.

I took my family for lunch and did not have to wait. I had the herb crusted salmon. This was the first meal I had at the Cheesecake Factory that I was not really impressed. Still... a great place to eat. The server was friendly and our food was at our table in almost no time at all. The cheesecake made up for my meal :) I tried the new Reese's cake. It was very good. I still prefer either Adam's or Snickers.

This restaurant is very large, noisy (bad acoustics) and typically quite busy. Wonderful dishes such as chicken madeira, jambalaya and shepherd's pie. Love their chopped salad. I intend to try many more dishes as we return. The cheesecakes are creamy and flavorful...so sinful. We both love the Red Velvet Cheesecake and the servings are huge, so you may be able to split a dessert. Good thing this is not next door!

I've eaten here a few times recently, due to my craving for chocolate and/or cheesecake, and my love of sitting outside on mild summer nights. The menu is huge, for both food items and cheesecake flavors. Some things I've tried are the Avocado Rolls...yumm, and the Cuban Sandwich, which I was pleasantly surprised with, and the Godiva Chocolate Cheesecake, and the Kahlua Cocoa Coffee Cheesecake. The cheesecake slices are huge. Eat half, take the rest home...or you'll be hurtin'.

This place is amazing. The food was SO good. The portions were pretty large and we had leftovers for a couple days! The desserts are really yummy, I couldn't stop eating them. They also treated my 9 month (at the time) son like a king. They brought him his own little tray of bread and a sliced banana! His eyes lit up and I honestly though that was the neatest thing a resturant could do. We will be going back in the future!

Cheesecake factory is lame. That being said I don't like cheese cake so my review is on everything else! Plus: There's 18 pages (at least) of food on the menu. So everyone is bound to find something. Minus: None of it's very good. Mostly mediocre. Service is always sub-standard, and restaurant layout is just strange.

For a nationwide chain, I have to say I am impressed with the quality of the food and the ambiance of this outlet in particular. It's a little more up-scale/pricey than what you'd think for a chain as well. In fact, for my birthday recently, my husband and I decided on a return visit for a late-night tapas and dessert style celebration, since the ambiance allows for romantic conversations in secluded booths--with or without liquor being served. The main impetus for our return: Their fantastic hot spinach and cheese dip. The chips seem to be freshly made and somehow not greasy at all. Since we were focused on appetizers, we also got the Thai lettuce wraps, the firecracker salmon rolls, and the fire-roasted fresh artichokes. I'm a *huge* artichoke fan, and I'd never had them done quite like this, with both a balsamic dressing brushed on and a creamy garlic-butter dip to dip the leaves into. I ate myself silly on these. In fact, you might think that four orders of appetizers would be just about right for two people. In the case of this restaurant, you'd be wrong. We took home left-overs of three of those orders... and I digested those artichokes for a whole day before I felt hungry again! Of course, the meaning behind the name can't be ignored either. The desserts available represent a huge variety of cheesecakes and other confections. I'm not big on cheesecakes myself, but their chocolate mousse cheesecake is not to be taken lightly--and I enjoyed the 2nd half of that serving a few days later too. Complimenting the great food are great drinks. If you want something amazingly light and refreshing, try the frozen iced raspberry or the peach smoothie. The wait staff are also a cut above. Courteous and solicitous without being invasive or overbearing, the two waiters we've had on our two visits were cut from the same mold and delivered our food and drinks efficiently but without rushing or crowding us.

Going to the Cheesecake Factory for lunch today! Great salads and love the cheesecake! Only wish the portions weren't so large - just too much waste going on. Love Nikki H - great server and enjoy sitting outside if the weather is ever warm enough

Cheesecake is really good but food is only ok. Being a vegetarian dining here is tough. Even though the menu is huge, everything is loaded with meat. I do love their salads until recently... I go here with my sister (she's a cheesecake fanatic, and makes great ones herself). The food is so big we order 1 salad and share it with the chicken on the side for her to eat (since they don't even offer a vegetarian salad option!). This is so we have room for cheesecake. Anyway, we had done this many times and could tell something was amiss. Then we figured out, they never put any dressing on the salad! Then for us to find our waitress again to tell her about this was crazy so once we did we had to wait longer for her to bring the dressing on the side which somehow didn't make it taste as good as when it's tossed on the salad. Our cheesecake was good but now we can't picture going back since that was odd and the wait is always so long. We have gone to get cheesecake to go which I think is the better option.... or even better would be to visit an actual local bakery instead of a chain that serves frozen stuff made who knows where.

Food so good you will come back time & time again! I had Chicken Marsala & cream of chicken soup. Both so rich & plentiful I feasted on leftovers the next day. I had the Tarimasu Cheesecake and it was enjoyed on day 2 as well Pricey, yes, but you get what you paid for & then some... Friendly staff, excellent accommodations. A truly relaxing & FULL-filling experience!

Maybe it was because I didn't have to wait in line for hours to get in, unlike the Chicago location, or maybe it was because the good food seemed great in a week where dining out, rather than having dinner brought in at work seemed like a luxury - but here goes, a chain restaurant in a Milwaukee suburb gets a 4 from me this time! High ceilings, nice lighting, friendly service (even though they ran out of mojitos at 9 pm) helped make it a pleasant dinner experience. The vegetarian version of the Navajo fry bread sandwich was rather nice and they have what must be the largest portion of Caesar salad I've seen - the leaves, croutons and cheese come piled rather high on a gigantic plate! Which doesn't leave much room for the incredible selection of cheesecake - but we still managed to cram in some delicious Godiva chocolate cheese cake. Great option for regular trips and predictable fare at a reasonable price.

The food was pretty good - not excellent, but above average. If you are interested in eating a piece of carrot cake that is slightly larger than a Volvo, this is the place for you.

This restaurant sums up every bad cliche that chains have to offer. Instead of enticing customers with quality they overwhelm them with quantity in hopes that middle America doesn't know the difference. All the food here is bland and horrible. Service is mediocre to poor. As for the cheesecake I am on to that scam too. I've had it number of times and I finally figured out what was "off" about it. While the cheesecake pieces are gigantic, just like everything else on their menu, it never struck me as good creamy cheesecake, the reason, this cheesecake is way sweeter than traditional cheesecake. It tastes like they poured a ton of sugar into their recipes. Again much like the huge portions they seem to think the sweeter the better but that is not the case. I have never found a single thing on this menu worth eating. While the prices are very reasonable I would much rather pay more for less food that actual has flavor. If I could give this place a negative star I would.

Decent, but loses one star for being a chain, and a half star for being in a mall. The food is pretty good, if you like being overwealmed. The cheescake is indeed fantastic!

I love their variety of menu. They have pretty much everything. Their portion is large so you can share dishes easily. I usually order pasta there. I like Louisiana pasta and their shrimp scampi is excellent. If you also have room for desert, their cheese cakes are outstanding. My favorite is banana creme cheese cake. I highly recommend anyone there.

Yeah, that's right. I just gave 5 stars for a CF. I camped out at the bar after one of the crappiest of crap days, bartender was funny, kind, shared silly stories and never let my glass go empty. Watching a game and winding down was just what the doctor ordered.

At 230 in the afternoon 4 entrees should not take 50 minutes. Everything seemed really overpriced for what we actually got. Had multiple servers as well because ours went "on break." But our good took so long he came back at some point. Skip the meals and horrible service. Get cheesecake to go.

Really good cheesecake with a lot of different varieties. Also, the chicken Parmesan dish is to die for! It's pricey, so I only go there on rare occasions, but if you want to go, you should!

Somewhat overpriced chain but fantastic cheesecake and most of their food tastes good. Their happy hour has $5 apps that are great tasting and solid portion size. Their beer menu is severely lacking tho.

I ordered the basil, tomato, mozzarella flatbread. It was good but nothing special. For dessert I ordered the Adams peanut butter cup fudge ripple cheesecake. It was wonderful but I couldn't eat it all. Our server was very nice but something about her I found a little annoying but I can't figure out why. Prices seemed a little high but I kind of expected that.
