In the United States, you will find the top pizzerias serving pizzas with the toppings of mainly beef, bacon, chicken, ham, and sausage for the non-vegetarians. Other than these famous meat options, Pizzas with veg toppings such as mushrooms, pepperonis, garlic, tomatoes, spinach, etc. are also famous in most restaurants in the United States.

This is my favorite pizza place and I have eaten pizza on both coasts plus worked in the pizza manufacturing business. I have never been disappointed and I could eat there easily once a week. Their delivery times are exceptional even at 6pm on a Friday.

Spaghetti and meatballs were pretty good. My friend got a small ravioli with garlic butter sauce. Here that means 3 ravioli with a stick of butter and some dried herbs.

Interesting, we ordered three meals and appetizers, 6.95 each, waitress charged 7.33, we both ordered a bud light and my son water. Yet she charged for 4 beers? I called her on it. Check your bill people

The best pizza in Wausau. I have had Angelo's pizza many times over the last few decades and I don't think I have ever had a bad pie. The crust and sauce are consistently fantastic and the topping are top notch. I've usually gotten delivery or carry out when I order from them, but dining in is a great experience too. The wait staff is usually very friendly and welcoming albeit young. The price of pizza is a little higher than your run of the mill chain pizza place, but it is so so worth it. Overall this is a fantastic mom and pop place and a mainstay in the East Wausau community. Check their website for coupons to save a couple bucks!

Whoever wrote this and called this below $10.00 is WRONG! WOW! Just a small cheese pizza is $11.00! Domino's is less than this, can get 2 pizzas for the price of one at Little Ceasars. Cheap, we went to Steven's Point to Golden Coral.

Fresh ingredients and very good pizza! Personally, it's not my favorite in town, but it's in my top 3 and many others say it's the best. It's thin crust and their pizza excellent cheese and sauce on it. If you like a crispier crust on your pizza, this is the place for you! Not to mention the owners' niece is Cindy Crawford! ;)

The "Deluxe" is incomparable. As far back as the early 1970's, we ordered Angelo's delivered from their old, subterranean grotto on "close" summer nights. It has never changed or ever failed us. The spice recipe is a carefully guarded secret passed down from father to son. Their Deluxe parbake stands up well to reheating and is definitely worth a detour on your way "up north". Save your coupon, because you may well be back to order your twentieth free one.

I moved out of Wausau 10 years ago. Got an Angelo's pizza on my recent visit and it was just as good as ever. Great thin crust pizza every time.

Had a basic thin crust sausage and mushroom. The taste is great, the crust was great however they need to work on cutting the pizza as this one was not cut even a little bit and when you are in a hotel room without knives...makes it a bit difficult. If it was cut it's getting a 5 but not this time.

Angelo's has been around a long time. If you're from out of town you probably don't know that there's a lot of great pizza in Wausau. This is the best of them and my all-time favorite pizza I've ever had. It's about the tangy sauce and the thin crust. This is also where I learned the joys of green olives on my pizza. This stuff is so good cold the next day! They deliver or you can dine in or get take-out. They have a full bar inside, also. On a busy night, you'll probably have to park on the street.

I am home visiting my parents and decided to go to Angelo's. It has been a very long time since I have been here. The pizza was very good. I will have to go back the next time I am in town.
