This is a rare starbucks cafe. Has alot of seating, no drive thru, and an awesome fireplace. Generally slower in the early evening after 6. Its clean. Staff is peppy and drinks are made as requested. Overall one of the better starbucks Ive been too.

Typical Starbucks. This one is usually really crowded. Sometimes hard to find a table. There probably are a dozen little tables and one really large one. They also have a fire place and four cozy chairs. Also, I'm really not a fan of the parking lot (note if you have trouble finding parking there are more spots in the rear) - awkward set up and have almost been hit getting out.

I often come to this starbucks to study. Today I came in and attempted to study while two of the starbucks workers loudly complained about working 9 or 10 hour shifts. I completely understand that these are probably kids that haven't had the joy of having a real job, but I wish they would complain on their own time, and put their "long" shifts into perspective.

This my favorite Starbucks when meeting friends in Waukesha. It's also where my wife and I spend our weekly date nights. It's peaceful, comfortable, and there's always plenty of seats available. The staff is pretty friendly and always gets my drink just right.

It took 20+ minutes to get my coffee, during which they served five or six people behind me. And made a joke about how that Carmel Macchiato was "going to taste like shit" because they were out of whole milk. Hey, at least they got that right! It did!

I went from living in a city with one of the highest number locations of Starbucks to barely any. Might be a good thing to ween me off caffeine, although it doesn't help that I have five Starbucks gift cards in my wallet. Anyway as a Starbucks location... it is ok... not my favourite, but it will do. There is no drive-thru, however, with the location and almost being hit by drivers failing to look when they reverse every single time I have gone, I think that is a wise idea. The location is a bit small for the amount of people that always seems to be in there. I don't think I have ever seen it empty. Service is a little on the slow side, but the staff seem to be pretty cheerful and peppy.

This is less of a restaurant review and more of a bathroom review. I wanted to get a mocha and a treat but had to leave without. I also want to be mostly positive about every review if possible but not in this case. I had to use the bathroom first. There was a hand dryer in the bathroom. I guess that is the trend but I don't like it. I am sure it must save money on paper towel purchases. I work somewhat in public health and I feel that the time that a person spends drying their hands with a paper towel is also part of the cleaning of their hands. Oh well. I know from observation that many people don't wash their hands and the 2 minutes that you must spend with your hands under the hot air dryer is too long for a lot of folks. Well, in the bathroom the soap dispenser was empty. So now in addition to employees preparing your food with hands that were dried under a hot air dryer, there is no soap for them or me. I got grossed out and had to leave. It seemed very busy for an afternoon time which is great for any business but count me out. I did go to Barnes and Noble for my needs.
