Mexican Cuisine
If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.
Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.
Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.

I didn't think I'd really have much to say about Qdoba...and it's true. I don't. But...a few take aways: Pros: -Guac is now included in the price. Thank you for removing this option for me. No more need to battle myself over to or not to get the side of guac. I'm horrible at making decisions-I appreciate ya tellin me how it is, Qdoba! -Natural light. Great place to go for a sunny meal during the day. The light helps accentuate how clean the environment always seems to be. Kudos. Cons: -It's a bit sneaky. I'm not sure I'd know how to get there if I didn't know how to navigate Waukesha. It's not necessarily on a heavily traveled path. Maybe a best kept Qdoba secret. -Veggie option equals peppers and onions...if you're not a huge fan...pure out of luck. That's really all I've got! Qdoba is Qdoba. Some will do the Chipotle vs. Qdoba battle...to me they're a horse a piece. If forced, I'd give it to Chipotle only because of the soy based veggie option.

I like this qdoba location! The great majority of employees here are friendly and energetic. I have eaten here often during the past couple years while I was going to college. Waukesha. I can think of only one time when the service was lacking. It does tend to get quite busy at lunch rush, but that's to be expected at any qdoba location. Great food, always fresh, very clean, and portion sizes seem generous. They are always willing to give you extra chips for our nachos if you run out :) if you love qdoba make sure you get their rewards card!

My experience wasn't as awful as the other reviewers, although I did have the problem of the foil not completely covering the burrito, so it ended up a little cold... that being said, the foil was not big enough to cover this massive burrito. Surprisingly, the tortilla itself was well wrapped, so didn't have to worry about bits and pieces falling out. The staff are a bit friendlier here than the Brookfield location, but I could tell that one of the girls seemed to struggle with wrapping burritos. It is a nice new location, larger seating area then the one in Brookfield as well. Glad I live within walking distance!

Perfect place to satisfy a hungry appetite. The manager greets you instantly and makes you feel welcome. The food is delicious and the room temp was great. Awesome Qdoba location, forget the women that hate on this place. Aunt flow must have been visiting them

Always disappointing. Even for Qdoba. Note to self - don't go here.

How is it possible to "not have any jalepenos cut up right now" EVERY SINGLE TIME?? Laziness on part of the seemingly all teenage staff. I've been there 3 times but never again. This place is within walking distance and my husband likes it, otherwise I would never have returned. Last visit was horrible, the emo pierced girl was too distracted by flirting with emo pierced boy behind me in line to give me the chips that, you know, come with the queso? Unprofessional, lazy, uninterested staff. I'll never go back, if hubs wants a giant burrito with a side of crappy service, he will have to make the trip himself. An overly annoying experience.

I had always thought that Qdoba was the best of the chain-"Mexican" outfits. This one location, however, has been a disappointment. NOT SO of other Qdoba locations, including the other Waukesha one!! At this Qdoba, near the new Waukesha "bus barn," they just don't know how to make a good burrito, or they don't care. Have had the tortilla on my burrito torn, so the young lady constructing it offered to "re-wrap" the ingredients--she dumped the contents of the burrito onto another tortilla, mooshed everything together into a mess, and wrapped it. OK, once such a mistake could be ignored, but the very next time I went there, the tortilla didn't have to be replaced, but the inner ingredients were mooshed by hand into a shape to be covered by the tortilla. Unsuccessfully, too. There were still things that didn't get wrapped, and of course the inside of the burrito was an unidentifiable mess. The manager of this place seriously needs to step up the training of the help, in how to make a neat, good-looking, tasty burrito. To put it bluntly, I'm disappointed. :-(
