I went into Jersey Mikes last night for my first time ever, I had a free sub coupon. When I walked in, I was greeted by a friendly teenage boy. He chit chatted with me I told him another young man it was my first time, they recommended a sub to me, made it how I wanted and I went on my way. The sub was great and the help was even better!!!

While I have been to other Jersey Mikes and always raved this one was a little different. My wife had never been and I had never been to this particular one, I convinced her we should stop for lunch. I had someone recommend the tuna last week, so I thought I would try it... Must have been a shortage on the tuna, very little on the sandwich- mostly bread... On the plus side- was very fresh. My wife ordered the Italian- nothing special just ok. It was just disappointing $17 later and my sandwich was eh, and hers was just ok. The cashier- very emotionless, and could barely hear her, seemed disengaged. Pluses- seemed very clean, and fresh. Will definitely attempt another time.

Not anything special here. Subs are ok, just not anything I'd make a special trip for. It is fresh & the restaurant is clean, so there's that...

Wonderful customer service, was welcomed right when we entered and had continuous great customer service. The subs were pretty good too, liked that they sliced the meat when you ordered, super fresh!!

Unbelievably nice. They encouraged me to stay and eat... 20 minutes before close! They even checked in to see how my sandwich was. The guys here, all of them, are always friendly and easy to speak to. They don't come off as 'retail drones' at all

Great subs and wraps fast! Don't be afraid to ask for a different bread or wrap instead of what it comes with, or to have it warmed up. They are very accommodating! The staff is always cheerful. My only wish is for other sides than just chips....yuck and they wiped the tables more frequently.

Waited almost 20 minutes for 2 subs that had very little flavor. We even got them the "mike's way". The place was dirty. It was very clear that they do very little cleaning around there. He tables were dirty. I had to settle with the least dirty one I could find. 20$ for 2 subs and you can't even afford to hire someone to wipe the tables down every once in a while. They need to take a lesson from jimmy johns.

First of all, if you are raising money for something... volunteering trip, charity, etc. Jersey Mike's has a program where on a certain day, they will donate 10% of their sales that day to your fundraising efforts. That was the reason I had stopped in... to help some students raise money for an Alternative Spring Break trip to Vietnam. The staff were friendly and efficient considering that there was a small rush when I came in and there were only two staff. Because it was cold I decided to go with a hot sub, the Cheese Steak. They do cook it to order, so it does take a bit of time. I do like that they slice the meat to order and I think next time I will go with one of the cold cut sandwiches. The size of the sandwich was pretty big, especially for the price, so pretty good value. In fact, I could have saved the other half for a midnight snack, but I figured I could use the insulation in this frigid weather. The bread was nice and thick, soft, but not so soft that it was instantly soggy from the Cheese Steak. The meat was nice, not tough or fatty and quite a bit of it. I did find the Cheese Steak to be a bit on the salty side, but it was a good sandwich. It does come with onions and peppers which you can also omit. They didn't really ask about any other toppings, so I asked if I could have a small cup of banana peppers... which I ended up eating on their own, not the sandwich, but they don't charge you extra for that. And they have Diet Mt. Dew on tap!

Ordered the Italian Sub, and the Roast Beef. Nothing special about either of these. The bread was bland, and the rest was non descript. I am probably biased because my FAVORITE sub is Suburpia. I did not care for either of these subs. I could have made a better one at home. You can get a better sub at the deli at Pick and Save, or Sentry. I have gotten very good subs from there. Will not be going here again. Overpriced, and really terrible.

Jersey Mike's is one of my favorite go-to fast food places. A couple of reasons to love them are that they slice meat to order, and ingredients for hot subs are cooked on the spot. I highly recommend the following: The Chipotle Cheese Steak is a bit spicy with chipotle mayo, but the sandwich is well balanced and the bread soak up most of the juices, leading to a nice depth of flavors. For wraps, go with the turkey wrap. It's simple: turkey, tomato, lettuce, but it has a flavorful honey mustard sauce, too. Make sure you get it Mike's way, which adds oil, vinegar and other spices, enhances the meaty wrap. For quick and easy subs, head to Jersey Mike's.

Jersey Mike's has become my favorite sub place. I love that they slice the meat and cheese right in front of you when you order! It's not from frozen like that other place. I happened to be in there right after they opened one day and they were shredding heads of lettuce and slicing tomatoes! I didn't know anyone still did that. I thought it was all brought in that way for convenience. Clearly this place values freshness! I've found this Waukesha location to be clean and tidy every time I've gone. The staff there is super friendly and helpful. - always greeting customers with smiles and small talk. The food is fantastic! I love the #13 for cold subs and the #56 for hot subs. I'm a customer for life! Another thing I've noticed about Jersey Mike's is that they seem to always be supporting one organization or another through special fundraising nights and/or having donation jars by the cash register. I love a company that gives back and Jersey Mike's clearly does!
